The farmhouse is surrounded by a large area of 4.000 square meters with a very well-kept garden, partially fenced, and with an infinity pool with salt water 12 metres by 6 with a variable depth of 1.10 - 1.60 meters, cold water shower, equipped sitting area, gazebo next to the pool with build-in barbecue and sink, sun loungers, umbrellas, games for children and table tennis. The farmhouse is located at the foot of a low hill, near the famous medieval town of Cortona, in a panoramic position, surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen (with weekly change), water, electricity (but not air conditioning) and gas (but not heating), internet connection, 1 baby bed and 1 highchair. Domestic help is available upon request and to be paid for on site.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 30/09. The owners live in an independent part of the house. Only small pets are allowed. Horses on site but are only available to experienced guests.Activities and Distances
