Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of luxury units of the highest quality. Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area.

Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort. This particular unit has a large sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views. There is also a gorgeous pool (heated in the winter months) and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.

There are 2 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other has twin beds and an ensuite.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The state of the art kitchen offers everything required for dining in.

Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

Discounted green fees (approximately 12%) at the Amarilla Golf Course are available to guests staying at this property. Please enquire further and once you have booked we will instruct you on how to book your discounted golf.

The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

We had a great week in the villa it has everything you need with stunning views from the terrace the supermarket on your door step is very handy and the 19th hole restaurant is very handy too and has great food too

Should our clients want any further cleaning / towels then this is fine but there will be a small charge. This is how we manage to keep our prices so competitive (which for such high quality accommodation are very low). Thank you again. Perfect for us

Location was great and apartment was ideal. Pool was lovely if not a little chilly and having the 19th hole on the doorstep weas a huge blessing.

Superb winter break!

Having only been to Tenerife once before, staying in an all inclusive we decided to give self catering a try - we were not disappointed! The apartment was spacious and in a superb location overlooking the pool and the golf course, with a lovely bar and restaurant on site. The staff were very friendly and the food and drink were first class - thank you to all of them who looked after us so well with first class service. It was peaceful and close to many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We had such an enjoyable stay we have booked to go back in November this year and March next year!!

Nice place

We spent a total of 14 days at this property. The kitchen was superb . Air con was fine but not astounding. However the temperature of the pool was a tad too cold (considering the fact it's heated by solar power ). The gym lacked variety in options. A weight rack with proper dumbbells ( 8/10/15kg ) and air con .

Nice Appartement but missing Privacy

Nice view on golf course and harbour. Unfortunately there isn‘t any privacy on the terasse. Inside as well as outside is permanent noise from guests of appartments and of the restaurant. Quality of the building is inferior, doors do Not open and wind goes through window and door frames, current interruptor kicked in several times.... to summarize low value for money

We do not understand your comment that there is no privacy....Yes you have an open plan living area with patio doors that open out to your terrace and to the pool. You also have 2 x upstairs terraces that are totally private. We offer high quality accommodation for the more discerning traveller. We have a lovely on-site restaurant and bar to service our clients. We DO NOT have the type of clients who make noise in the bar - we have a lovely ambience where people enjoy a cold drink whilst taking in the amazing views and watching the sun go down. The standard of the accommodation is extremely high and the location is unique and unrivalled. We are newly opened but are rapidly establishing ourselves as one of the best developments on the island. I guess we will never please all people all the time but we are extremely confident that further reviews will all be very positive and show this one in the correct light.

As good as hoped for in every respect

We arrived in good spirits and looking forward to our holiday. Half way through the holiday, Tenerife went into complete lockdown due to the Coronavirus. What impressed us most was the supportive manner in which Jon Stewart of Tenerife Holidays and Marcos who was on site. It was most reassuring that both parties made us feel that they would do everything possible to ensure we were never going to be left in the lurch. Such a caring and thoughtful manner warrants full praise and many thanks. We stayed in Unit 3 and we can honestly say that it was one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. Every aspect of the property was as good as we were hoping for and the onsite bar/restaurant provided food and drink to the highest standards. Best of all were Marcos and all his staff who made us feel like friends. Their exceptionally friendly and efficient manner made the holiday as good as it was. Many thanks to you all and hopefully we will return.

Feedback for villa 3

Lovely space, great location, if late arrival, there is no food package so be prepared to shop, it would be nice to have milk and a few teabags or coffee perhaps, although restaurant is a few steps away but come morning restaurant doesn’t open till 11am so trip to the shop is required, the staff at the 19th hole were very nice except one Spanish lady with glasses and curly hair who was abrupt and rude, food is very good however, and I would still recommend the restaurant. Very relaxing and quiet place with lovely vista, spacious apartment but could do with a 4 slice toaster and a faster kettle, a little mould around showers and gas obviously been revealed several times, large bedroom but bedside tables need replacing as worn, we enquired if we could keep the apartment on the day we were flying home as had a late flight, this was agreed with the company via a phone call from the restaurant , however a man came to tell us at 11am that we had to pack up immediately as they had a last minute booking, they gave us 90 mins to do this, so we quickly had to shower and leave and sit in the sun for 6 hrs! They told us more guests were coming in that afternoon but no one came in up till 7pm when we left.

There was some minor discolouration in the shower which has been addressed. Thank you for mentioning about the bedside table - we shall certainly look at replacing that. We are very sorry about your last day. In our attempt to offer you the best possible service by giving you a late check-out we have obviously disappointed you. When you asked for the late check-out the team did say that it was fine unless we get a last minute booking. Unfortunately that did happen and it was one that came in that morning to arrive the same day. You did however have the apartment until 12.30 so 2.5 hours extra. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused - we were truly only trying to help. You were lovely guests and our staff enjoyed looking after you. Thank you again. We would love to welcome you back again in the future.

Location Unit 3 Amarilla golf villa

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et à la description. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bien situé pour aller vister santa cruz et le massif de l'anaga comme pour aller au Teide ou au massif de Teño. Commerces et pompes à essence proches de l'entrée de l'autoroute. La petite supérette à 3 minutes a pieds nous a bien dépanné aussi. Je rajouterai qu'il y a des chemins de balades à pied autour de la résidence : le long de la mer vers la montagne amarilla. Très sympa. Sauvage et naturel. Seul petit bémol : la magnifique piscine n'était pas chauffée. Le restaurant le 19h hole est très sympa, agréable pour boire un verre, un brunch ou pour manger. Nous avons même eu droit à une soirée "music live".

Excellent Stay

The property was spotless and very impressive, the bar catered for all our needs and was surprised to see house keeping came during our stay even though we paid for self catering. very impressive views over the golf course, only downside was the pool was very cold! would definately stay again.

Stunning villa in wonderful location

Stayed in this property for 2 weeks in January 2019. Could not have wished for more. Lovely spacious accommodation with a very high spec kitchen. Wonderful views throughout. Ground floor terrace opening to the pool with 2 further terraces upstairs if more privacy is required. Lovely on-site restaurant and bar with friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to the marina where there are many other restaurants. We've been coming to Tenerife for many years and this has to be the best accommodation we have stayed in. Have already re-booked for next year!

Absolutely superb quality - must be the highest standard in Tenerife!

Excellent smooth service from start to finish. Fabulous high quality 2 bed apartment with enormous fridge and freezer, large bathrooms. Spotlessly clean and was cleaned again a week later with all bedding and towels replaced. Our laundry was collected, washed and ironed. Stunning views across the golf course, sweeping down to the Marina. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this. Quiet location - perfect!!

Spacious but maybe not practical

Good very high end spec but issues with wifi telly and only one air con working. Also patio doirs opens even when locked with wind vacum if other door open. All issues rectified and enjoyed the villa. Very windy though and a cold pool.

Apologies about the catch on the patio doors - this has now been resolved. We did also have a problem with one air con unit but again this has been resolved. Yes it was unusually very windy during your stay and this did affect the TV signal but issues such as this are very rare. The TV service is the best available on the island with literally 1000s of channels - all in the language of your choice. It provides significantly more channels than in your own home. Amarilla Golf Villas is rapidly establishing itself as the premier development in the area, with high quality accommodation and an unrivalled location. On top of this our pricing is extremely competitive. We appreciate your feedback.
