San Sebastián trip

Very well situated apartment beside the beach in the Gros section of San Sebastián. Perfectly located for our family to enjoy equally both casual strolls to the the old town for pinxos qnd shopping or surfing at the beauty beachfront at our doorstep.

Great location

Loved the size and location of the apartment but it was extremely loud as it was a corner apartment on a very busy street. Trash pickup is every morning at 4:30 am. But you could see the surf beach, easily walk to old town, and enjoy the hopper part of town. The rooms were a good size as are the bathrooms. Only complaint was the property manager was not easy to get a hold of. I had to bug him the day of checkin to get the address and check in details. However, he was very nice in person and showed me all the details.

A lovely visit

We really loved this apartment. The location was super fun with lots of places to eat and drink immediately nearby, and the apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. As surfers, we loved having the surf break right out our window! We would love to visit again some time. Thank you.

Great Apartment, Stellar Location

Five friends and I stayed five nights at San Diego Apartment on Gros in San Sebastián. It was a great stay, as the apartment is perfectly placed for beach walks, surfing, and wandering the Gros neighborhood, which, by the way, was a bit sleepy during the week, but really woke up on the weekend. Plus, it is an easy 10 minute walk into Old Town San Sebastián. There were a couple of issues that could be corrected or at least disclosed more clearly. It was blazing hot in Basque Country the week we were there, and there is no air conditioning in the apartment, just some fans. Since it is essentially across the street from the beach, I suspect A/C is not needed most of the summer, but we could have used it a couple of days. The other issue is that the common areas of the building need some cosmetic help, like a good deep cleaning and some fresh paint. Not terrible or gross, but some of the more delicate members of our party made some comments…

Surfing sights

We stayed with 3 generations of family for 3 nights. Location 15 min walk from train or bus station. 15 min walk to Old Town. Fantastic view of beach with surfers from dawn to dusk. Quiet at night. Comfortable beds and linens. Very clean. Several grocery stores within a block. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants and take out places within a block. Check in and out very easy.

Impresionante apartamento

El apartamento tiene todos los detalles que podamos necesitar para los días que tengamos de vacaciones y está decorado con buen gusto. Tiene muy cerca restaurantes y supermercados y lo más impresionante es levantarte con el ruido de las olas y la vista de la playa. Volveré en cuanto pueda, me he sentido muy cómoda y el trato ha sido muy agradable. Por poner una pega sería la mesa del salón, ocupa demasiado espacio.

The apartment is very well located, well proportioned and very comfy

The apartment is very well located, well proportioned and very comfy. In addition it has great views on the beach...a real pleasure. The service for the office admin was really nice. They managed very quickly to add few this in the the kitchen as we were staying the full week and also managed to upgrade the TV. Really nice and responsive. We are coming back to San Sebastián regularly so I think we have elected our Home to stay here. Thanks.

This place is not only beautiful but it’s 15 min away walk from old town. Old town has the best Pintxo bars. The view from the apartment is amazing. The apartment is a few feet from the beach and it’s also located close to local stores
