Bellissimo appartamento appena ristrutturato e ristrutturato al primo piano, situato in una posizione privilegiata nel centro città, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Royal Mile e dai principali luoghi del Festival! L'appartamento è situato in un tradizionale edificio georgiano di Edimburgo in una tranquilla zona residenziale. Si affaccia su Holyrood Park - un'oasi verde popolare e sicura nel centro della città - e Holyrood Palace è a due passi dalla nostra porta ... quando la regina è in residenza sei tranquillo letteralmente il suo vicino di casa!

Mentre non possiamo promettere che il nostro appartamento è una partita per il Queen's Palace della porta accanto - o fornire un maggiordomo privato ... possiamo promettere che avrete un soggiorno molto confortevole qui e tutto il necessario è fornito!

L'appartamento dispone di connessione Wi-Fi super veloce da 100 MB.

Ci sono bei pavimenti in vero legno di quercia con tappeti di grandi dimensioni per il comfort nella camera da letto e nella zona giorno! L'appartamento ha una cucina open space e un salotto che è luminoso e socievole e separato da un bar per la colazione. Hai pieno uso della cucina completamente attrezzata e ben attrezzata - con forno, piano cottura a induzione, forno a microonde, tostapane e bollitore. C'è anche un frigorifero con un piccolo vano congelatore e c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. Nella confortevole e luminosa area soggiorno / soggiorno c'è una TV a schermo piatto e un divano (questo può essere convertito in un letto matrimoniale).

C'è un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici. La camera da letto matrimoniale, con letto nuovo e materasso super confortevole di alta qualità, dispone di spazio per appendere i vestiti, uno specchio, una sedia e lenzuola e asciugamani puliti freschi di bucato. C'è un asciugacapelli per la vostra convenienza.

Spacious clean apartment

The communication between the host and ourselves was excellent. I was a little nervous about the place when I entered the building because it seemed rundown but don’t let the entrance deceive you. This apartment was lovely, clean and well taken care of with pride.

Great location for a walking trip to Edinburg

Smooth booking, complete info just prior to arrival. Access to the property was smooth and as described. Clean, simple apartment with solid basic amenities. Being tall people, a bigger bed would have been ideal. Appreciated the coffee and laundry with the kitchen supplies. In summary, accurate description and photos. Do recommend!

Amazing location and super clean updated apartment

This updated apartment was exactly as listed. Super clean which is very important to us. The location is even better than you can imagine. Close to Royal Mile and if you like to run and hike this is the location for you with Holyrood park at your door. We highly recommend this apartment.

Loved our stay

The property is exactly as shown - while quite small it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A perfect location for Holyrood and Arthur's Seat which we really enjoyed and found very beautiful. Approximately 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Mile and 20-25 minutes to Waverley station. Buses travel near the apartment but we never took them. Many thanks to Ben and Ollie for their fast and attentive responses at all times. We miss Edinburgh and our home away from home already!

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Ben’s place is well situated for an easy walk to the train station and Edinburgh sights. He responded immediately to questions I had. Neighbors are friendly as well. Clean and comfortable place. Recommended!

Lovely Apartment

For some reason we were actually expecting an efficiency apartment so were pleasantly surprised to find it was a one bedroom (so much larger than expected). It was beautifully designed and cozy. I wish those responsible for the exterior maintenance would take half as much care. I would tell anyone not to be put off by the entrance foyer and stairwell. They are dank and dark but the apartment was perfect. The area was also very nicely located. We were originally supposed to stay for 3 nights but only got to enjoy two due to a fiasco with the airline getting us to Scotland. We stayed one night then joined a tour group to travel all over Scotland. Everyone on the tour asked where we were staying in the city and they were all envious of our location. It truly is near everything. The owner was response and courteous. I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying there again if I'm ever back in the UK.

Delightful Location

The flat is spacious and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom, though tiny, has everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked and very clean. We were happy with the location and walkability to the Royal Mile and to Sainsbury’s, too.

Perfect for a visit to Holyrood

Nice appartment in Old Town Edinburgh

We enjoyed are stay here. The simplicity and clean modern look was to our liking and a nice surprise to the overall building. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bathroom, though small had a great shower. This set up works well for a couple traveling and not wanting to eat out all of the time. Of course the location to Holyrood park and the Royal mile couldn't have been better. Easy walking and bus transport also a plus. All of the directions and communication with the host was excellent and timely.

Lovely little flat in great location

This flat is located steps away from Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat, with Holyrood Park at the end of the street. The apartment itself is clean and modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything you would need for a few days’ stay. The shower is nice too, just wish the sink was a bit larger! The street is quiet despite its location in the city.

Apartment with Everything You Need in an Excellent Location for Edinburgh!

We were exceptionally happy with this apartment. It was such a treat to be just steps from Holyrood Park, and everything else in wonderful Edinburgh was within easy walking distance. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable, five day stay; the owners (Ben and his brother) have put much thought and care into providing for their guests, and the binder-full of local info is very comprehensive--we wish we could have fit in all of the recommendations, but we did our best! For such a centrally-located place, the street is surprisingly quiet--very peaceful at night. We would love to return again--thank you!!

Wonderful!

I really enjoyed my 5 day stay here , Ben was great! He was very attentive and in Contact before and after check in, the loft was clean and warm, and comfortable. High end linens, and fully stocked kitchen. Really loved it, and I am already recommending to anyone who asks !

Very nice flat with great location

My brother and I own the property. We both live in the city centre - very close to the property. I've lived in Edinburgh for the last few years and Ben studied at the University of Edinburgh and has remained in Edinburgh ever since. We both share a love of travel and have travelled extensively - but always end up back in the world's best city, in the world's best country!
