Beautiful Menorcan Farmhouse

Great location on a quiet part of the island, but 5 minutes to Mahon for restaurants or supermarkets, and 20 minutes to Fornells for sailing and windsurfing. Wonderful outdoor sitting areas and private pool area for relaxing. Would definitely return. Check-in easy and hosts very responsive to all needs and questions

Loved the area. Very quiet. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable. Towels a bit rough. Biggest complaint was finding the place. There were no signs from the road and the directions did not mention it was through a gate marked private. Key was not in a lock box but was inside the villa. Pool was very clean.

Talo ja sen sijainti vastasivat annettuja tietoja. Tilaa oli ruhtinaallisesti meille seitsemälle naishenkilölle. Muurahaiset aiheuttivat alakerroksessa hieman harmia, muutoin kaikki oli moitteetonta. Keittiö oli erittäin hyvin varusteltu ja toimiva. Vain sähköinen kahvikeitin puuttui. Etukäteen olisi ollut hyvä tietää, että puhelinverkkoa ei ole, ei myöskään nettiverkkoa muutoin kuin wifinä. Tämä aiheutti meille ongelmia taloon tullessa, kun avaintenluovuttaja myöhästyi sovitusta ajasta. Tilannetta oli auttanut, jos syrjäisellä alueella pimeässä ollut rakennus olisi edes ollut valaistu.

Great for total peace and quiet !

If you’re looking for total isolation then this is perfect. Very sympathetically decorated and great for larger parties or families. We really enjoyed our stay here and although close to the port and shops a car is needed.

Secluded farmhouse

We booked our stay at short notice having never visited Menorca and wanting total privacy and seclusion. Check in process was fantastic. We rented a car through the property manager’s advice which was a fantastic deal. The manager was on site at our arrival to show us round and was easily contactable by text during the week. The farmhouse is in a beautiful setting nestled amongst some small hills. One small drawback on the location is that it is below the flight path. Whilst offering total isolation, the property is 15 minutes from Mahon. There are plenty of nice beaches within a 20 minute drive. The accommodation is rustic. Don’t expect 5* luxury, expect charm and stunning surroundings. The pool and garden area is stunning. The patio offers the perfect location to dine. One day it was cold and these type of buildings are not well insulated. If travelling outside of summer, bear this in mind. Would 100% return

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Only five minutes by car from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can shop, stroll through its streets that even today transmit the bourgeois character of the nineteenth century, travels its magnificent promenade after a pleasant dinner in one of Its many restaurants. Also just 20 minutes from many beautiful beaches and the natural park of Sa Albufera. So, countryside and beach at your fingertips in this beautiful rustic villa.
