Chalet Molins 5 in Pollensa by Home Villas 360

Precioso chalet semi adosado situado en la Cala San Vicente, en Pollensa, Mallorca. Es parte de un grupo de ocho propiedades rodeadas por un bonito jardín, que comparten una piscina privada, a sólo unos metros del mar.



En esta encontramos un bonito salón comedor con vistas al mar, abierto a la graciosa cocina y a una preciosa terraza con una zona de comedor y maravillosas vistas al mar. Dispone también de un aseo. Escaleras abajo encontramos tres bonitos dormitorios, todos ellos abiertos al jardín privado que rodea la propiedad. Uno de ellos dispone de una cama de matrimonio, otro de una cama individual y el otro de dos camas individuales. También dispone de un baño.



No es necesario alquilar un coche, ya que en las inmediaciones hay supermercados, bares, restaurantes y centros de excursiones.



En la terraza hay una zona de estar, tumbonas y una barbacoa.



La hermosa playa de aguas cristalinas de Cala Molins, está a sólo 50 metros de distancia.



Hay un gran aparcamiento gratuito muy cerca.



Cabe destacar que disponemos de fibra óptica con Internet de alta velocidad para poder teletrabajar (600 MB).

location perfect, quiet but near a great beach

location perfect, quiet but near a great beach and restaurants, shops etc. villa was very spacious (family of four) and lovely outdoor areas including large balcony. pool was cleaned every morning and was perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation.

The three bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which was perfect for the hot days. There were several of us, but space was never an issue – the large living room with a TV allowed us to relax together comfortably. The kitchen was very well equipped, but we also had the option to dine at nearby restaurants, which was very convenient. And the best part: the pool and the sea were just a few steps away. Simply incredible – we would definitely come back.

Fantastic pool

Brilliant location and very clean. The pool is fantastic and so close to the beach with parking available. Aircon was efficient and quiet and a godsend. The only thing was the bed was very hard - if you like a very firm bed then you should be goodto go. Balcony was lovely and a nice place to sit and eat.

Very nice place

Maria’s villa is excellently located in a quiet coastal town about 10 minutes drive from Pollensa old town. It’s a charming little place with lots of restaurants and two beaches — one sandy and the other rocky to see fish. The villa issparkling clean, has a great, quiet and safe pool which was perfect for us as a family to cool down. I recommend staying here and get a car if you do for access to the islands attractions. Response from Manager

Beautiful surroundings

You can excpect it to be clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. There is a shared pool outside, but was a bit cold for us in the end of October. There is a small beach nearby, and the water is crystal clear. Also you have easy access to the mountains for hikes, and you are just a small drive away from the wonderful Pollenca, plus Port de Pollenca where there are is a bigger beach.

Spacious and well designed holiday accommodation. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. The pool area is small but well kept with loungers. Confortable and quiet

The house is perfectly located within sight of the beach but not disturbed by people walking by. The interior is modern and open with thoughtful touches. The three bedrooms offer space for up to 5 persons with cozy beds and space in the wardrobe.Every room has separate air condition. Cala St Vicenc is a smaller town / village in a very nice bay, not being touristy. There are beautiful surroundings for hikes and some local restaurants within walking distance of the appartment. We had a really great week in Pep's place!

Great holidays

Fantastic Villa in a beautiful resort We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 sons (14 and 11) and stayed in the villa August 2019 for 2 weeks. We had a BRILLIANT time! The villa is as good as the photos (if not better). Everything is as listed onthe site and is in good working order. There was even a small kettle bbq on the balcony which we used on a couple of evenings. Even though the pool serves all of the villas it never seemed to get overly busy and there was always a sunlounger if we needed it. We did a nice mix of eating in the apartment and going out for meals. The choice of local restaurants is good but not as wide as PollencaPuerto so if you don't have a car you may find yourself going back to places during a fortnight stay. The beach is very close - just a minuteso walk from the villa but it was quite crowded during the time we were there and the covered loungers on the beach were an eye watering 22 Euro per day to hire! All in all it was a great holiday and the Villa was superb - it met all of our needs and we were really pleased with the process from booking through to checking out

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in Molins 6.

Die Lage ist perfekt – der Strand war nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und wir konnten auch den Pool genießen, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Sonne. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass wir in der Unterkunft kochen konnten, da sie sehr gut ausgestattet war. Die Abende auf der Terrasse, mit einem Buch und der Meeresbrise, waren einfach magisch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis!

Es difícil destacar lo que más nos gustó de nuestra estancia en Molins 6, ya que absolutamente todo

Desde el primer momento, el recibimiento fue cálido y atento, con un pack de bienvenida que incluía un vino, un detalle que realmente marcó la diferencia. La atención del equipo Home Villas 360 fue impecable durante toda la estancia, siempre disponibles y dispuestos a ayudar. El alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas: ¡era aún mejor que en las fotos! Muy bien equipado, limpio, cómodo y con todo lo que necesitábamos al alcance de la mano, incluyendo el mar, que estaba literalmente a un paso. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. Recomendado al 100 %.

Sauberes Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Schönes freundliches Haus. Toller Blick vom Balkon direkt in die Bucht! Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen, man findet alles was man braucht.

All in all it was a great holiday and the Villa was superb - it met all of our needs and we were really pleased with the process from booking through to checking out.
