Beautiful chalet for 5 people in a residential area of Puerto de Alcudia, 200 meters from the sea around the port and 900 metres from the sandy beach.
Enjoy one of the most quiet areas of Puerto de Alcudia in this beautiful chalet. Outside you will find a nice furnished terrace and gardened areas where you will enjoy the Majorcan summer. The house counts with traditional details like the beautiful well at the terrace. You can also sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or have a drink in the evening in one of the outside corners of the house. The house is within a 800 m2 fenced plot with direct neighbours and partial privacy.

The 200 m2 accommodation is divided into two storeys. On the ground floor, a lovely and luminous living room welcomes you, and there you can have a rest or watch the TV while cooling down with the air conditioning. Through the arch we get to the dining area, with a traditional style and capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is independent and it has a gas stove and basic tools to cook during your stay. On this floor you will find a toilet with WC and a basin. There is another separated room where you will find the shower. The three bedrooms can be found upstairs.. One has two single beds, and the other two have a double bed (and one of this is air conditioned). A second bathroom with a shower can be found on this floor. A cot and a high chair are available if travelling with a baby. Finally, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house.

Puerto de Alcudia is one of the best vacation destination in Majorca since the offer is complete: leisure, restoration, water sports, tradition and culture,... The house is quite close to the port, about 200 metres away, but it also has the beach of Alcanada in a walk distance, with lots of pebbles and seaweed, but quiet familiar and picturesque. If you prefer a sandy beach, that is the beach of Puerto de Alcudia. There you will find all services. You can visit the town of Alcudia, specially on Tuesdays and Sundays when the street market takes place.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
