Wonderful stay in perfect villa, peaceful but so close to Pollensa Town

The villa location and facilities are perfect, there was nothing we would have changed. So many items in the villa cooking facilities, the most amazing Welcome Pack I have ever seen throughout Europe, thank you. Beds comfortable, showers good and plenty of hot water and an easy flat walk into town. With a very good restaurant just round the corner 5 minutes walk. Nothing 🤗

Perfect Villa

Love staying at this villa, it was our second time staying here. Great location for walking into the old town. Outdoor space and pool are lovely. Comfortable bed and spacious accommodation. We will be back again! Thank you for a lovely stay. Bathrooms need anbut other than that, all good.

Great Spot

We loved our stay at Villa March. The outdoor space is worth the stay. I sat by the pool every morning and picked a lemon from the tree in the backyard for my water. We ate dinner outside a few nights and it was great. Would recommend.

Lovely villa, could do with some updating but this did not stop us enjoying our stay. Owl Lettings the rental company who look after the villa were very helpful and on hand as and when needed.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Villa March

The villa March was ideally situated a short walk from Pollenca with all its attractions and provided an ideal base for a family holiday with lots of outdoor seating and a fabulous pool with total privacy and beautiful views. The air con in the bedrooms was essential as the weather was very hot during our stay. We would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the villa.

Has so much potential

The location, cleanliness and grounds of the villa are great. Communication/responsiveness of Owl is fantastic! Whilst we did mainly enjoy our stay, we did have issues with the dreadful smell frequently in the villa and outside toilet. I raised this on our first day and Owl took some measures to try to help (air freshener etc). That masked the smell somewhat but it did NOT sort the issue. A sewage/faeces smell is a very unpleasant smell to live with. It did impact our time here. In a similar vein, the water pressure/temperature in the ensuite shower room is absolutely dreadful!! Literally a trickle of water at times. (This is an issue that has been raised many times via feedback on various sites so it is obviously being ignored). After a few days we gave up trying to use the ensuite shower and had to resort to going to the outside shower. Water pressure/temperature here were much better so long as you don’t mind showering in a sewage smell. There are other small irritants (like no towel hooks in main bedroom/bathroom, knob coming off kitchen dresser, minimal kitchen work surfaces), but nothing compared to being able to have a nice shower in an ensuite that was paid for, and live in an environment that doesn’t smell of sewage

Lovely family stay at Villa March

The Villa was perfect for our family of 5 and we spent most of our time outside around the pool, or in the lovely covered seating area. We were pleasantly surprised at how much land and space were around the Villa. The Villa is in a great location walkable to Pollenca old town and the supermarket. We only had a hire car for a few days of our stay and managed fine without, walking, using taxis or the local bus stop is just at the end of the road. Owl villas were super helpful, especially as we had originally booked for last year. We would definitely use again

Lovely villa, great location.

The villa is exactly as described on the website,a feeling of being secluded, with just a short walk to the old town of Pollensa [ where parking is limited], a short drive to some great beaches or the mountain area. would definitly come again. The water in the pool was getting a bit cloudy when we left.

A fantastic base to explore beautiful Pollensa

The location and quality of the accomodation was great, scenery was stunning and the pool was used a lot by all of us, we also played a lot of table tennis. We ate every meal outside and used the BBQ which was nice, I wish I had one that big at home. The Villa is even nicer than the photos and the Owl Booking team were attentive and very nice and helpful, we would definitely book with you guys again. The only thing I would change would be to add aircon to the licing room, we never used this room as it was too hot, but then again it was in mid August so we were sat outside anyway.

Villa March needs updating inside. We had no water one day, this was rectified quickly.

Had to ask for property to be cleaned and fresh towels given after no one game after 6 days of artival, this is not acceptable and shouldnt happen. Electric kept tripping and had to be reset. Pool area concrete need sorted, cracked and raised areas. Grandson hurt his arm falling over. Pool only cleaned once in our stay. Mattress in first bedroom needs changed very hard and wardrobe needs changed smelt of damp. The whole property needs updating very dark and dated. Would not get in to this property

Quiet area close to polenca

Excellent property, plenty of space and storage for those really wanting to play house, excellent location, maintained to a good standard and the minor queries we did have were attended to same day. Well worth a stay

Beautiful accommodation walking distance to Pollenca

Our family had a wonderful break at Villa March. Quiet location with lots of space, beautiful garden and surroundings and all just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca, Would love to come back

Handy villa for access to Pollensa

Villa March is a comfortable villa with easy access to the centre of Pollensa and several good restaurants (ie within about 10 minutes’ walk). The kitchen is spacious with ample room for cooking and dining, and the garden and pool area is lovely. The villa is perhaps best for the summer months when the evenings are warm, as the heating/air conditioning is on a timer and not available until 9pm by which time it can be rather chilly. If you are arriving in a large car it’s worth knowing that the driveway is narrow with some very awkward corners, so take care not to put any expensive scratches in your paintwork! We booked through the local Owl Bookings office and the staff there cannot be faulted, responding swiftly and cheerfully to all our minor queries and concerns. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

très bon séjour

Quelques appréhensions car première location par le net, mais la villa ne vous réservera pas de mauvaise surprise. Maison typique mais tout le confort est là, spacieuse et accueillante. Extérieur très sympa avec le parfum de la fleur d'oranger à l'arrivée. Super service également pour le prix ! rien à redire. Pollenca quand à elle est une ville calme et idéalement placée entre les montagnes et la me et des commerces pour les plus pragmatiques. Bref je recommande ! (je n'ai pas été payé par owl booking pour dire ça :D)

Beeindruckend!

Sehr schöne und saubere Villa. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Grill im Außenbereich und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir waren zu viert plus Baby und hatten ganz viel Platz. Ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer bietet weitere zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Prachtig huis, ideale ligging

Rustig gelegen maar wel centraal voor strand en vlakbij prachtig oud stadje met fijne eettentjes

The property was bright and spacious and my family loved it. It was also clean.

We all enjoyed our stay at Villa March, particularly the outside areas and the beautiful gardens. It was good to be in walking distance of Pollensa too. There were 6 in our party and the villa accommodated us all very well.
