El apartamento está situado en la planta superior de un edificio medieval que data de 1400. El apartamento también es accesible por un pequeño ascensor. El apartamento es de aproximadamente 75 metros cuadrados y tiene una gran terraza panorámica de aproximadamente 50 metros cuadrados.

El apartamento tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno eléctrico, microondas, 4 hornallas, congelador y nevera, cafetera americana e italiana, hervidor de agua, tostadora y una amplia gama de utensilios de cocina. La sala de estar tiene un 49 '' plano Smart TV con canales internacionales, un nuevo sofá cama doble para acomodar un 3 º y un cuarto huésped, un dormitorio principal con una cama de 180 cm de ancho con un colchón de calidad y un gran armario . El baño tiene una amplia ducha incorporada. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado en cada habitación y una conexión wifi muy confiable proporcionada por la compañía telefónica nacional.

El apartamento está situado en una ubicación central muy tranquila y elegante, en PIAZZA DEL SUFFRAGIO frente al conservatorio nacional y de la Chruch Medieval de SANTA GIULIA. Desde la terraza a veces se escuchan Opera Arias de la música del concierto y del piano. Es un ambiente increíble! La vista desde la terraza y desde el apartamento es sobre los techos y los campanarios de la ciudad.

La calefacción de invierno se cobra por 6 euros diarios o de acuerdo con la tarifa de alquiler a largo plazo.

Wonderful Terraced Apartment

Perfect apartment for two! Beautiful terrace on the top floor. Great location. Across from the music conservatory so we could hear music drifting up during the day. Rainy weather when we were there unfortunately, but we will definitely be back during the better weather.

The Lucca Apartments & Villas team in Lucca went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. No detail overlooked. Beautiful sunny patio, nice open floor plan, central location, very comfortable queen mattress. I booked for six weeks, and enjoyed every minute.

The apartment more than lived up to our expectations. It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The property was perfect for a couple, comfortable and stylishly furnished. The wide range of kitchen utensils made self-catering easy. However, the central location meant that a good selection of restaurants and bars were also very close by. We would happily stay there again.

Everything you need!

The location of the apartment was fabulous and centrally located to everything. Check in with Sonia was easy and we felt comfortably at home. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood which suited our needs. The folder with information on Lucca and the apartment was very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you Sidrak for a lovely stay in Lucca.

AMAZING!

The apartment was clean and as advertised! The only slightly unexpected thing was that the terrace is attached to other terraces, this wasn‘t a problem for us, still that was the only thing that wasn‘t exactly as we had understood from the pictures. Thanks for a wonderful stay in lucca, we enjoyed it very much!:)

Small Things Could be Improved

It would be nice to have a mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom. It would also be nice if there is some type of organization of the keys it is confusing trying to get through all of the doors. The place is very comfortable and Alice, the property manager, was always very responsive and helpful. Location is great and the music school was a pleasant plus.

Very well appointed apartment in perfectly central location

This is a very well appointed apartment with a delightful private roof terrace in an equally delightful square opposite the music school - see photo (so we were serenaded by some exceptional musicians.) Its central location is perfect to explore Lucca, which is a gem of a town - we loved it. Do ask about lift/stairs arrangements, and both pressure and temperature of shower water somewhat unpredictable, but apartment beautiful. We definitely recommend and would be very happy to return/ re-book with Mrs. Sonia.

The apartment is lovely. Very nicely furnished, very cozy, clean and comefortable. Great bed. The patio is just gorgeous and nice to sit out in the evenings and to hear the music from across the street at the Conservatory was wonderful. The kitchen is well furnished. Lucca is a fantastic town, it has so much to offer. We walked on the wall every day, sometimes twice! The architecture is beautiful and the streets and shops are delightful. We wish we’d had longer here. Sonia was also most helpful, the whole experience has been wonderful.

The apartment is lovely. Very nicely furnished, very cozy, clean and comefortable. Great bed. The patio is just gorgeous and nice to sit out in the evenings and to hear the music from across the street at the Conservatory was wonderful. The kitchen is well furnished. Lucca is a fantastic town, it has so much to offer. We walked on the wall every day, sometimes twice! The architecture is beautiful and the streets and shops are delightful. We wish we’d had longer here. Sonia was also most helpful, the whole experience has been wonderful.

We loved it!!

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor is amazing, like a five star hotel. The location is perfect, just up Via Elisa close to Via Filungo and a couple of minutes walk to the Cathedral. Communication was so easy, always a quick response before and during the booking. The terrace is absolutely incredible, overlooking a church where there was always quiet music playing. It felt like our own private concert. The bikes provided worked out great to ride the walls and tour the city. Shopping is just out the doorstep as is any groceries you may need. We were absolutely in heaven here and would book anyone we knew into this apartment.

Living the high life in Lucca

The apartment is in an ideal situation, away from the crowds but within easy reach of facilities and landmarks. The tiny lift can be a little daunting at first but easily mastered. Problems encountered dealt with efficiently. Comfortable and cosy place to stay. Thank you Lucca Apartments for our second stay in Casa Ottone. A few niggles but nothing too bad. Only two teaspoons, table mats needed to protect the table, another adapter in order that more than one electrical appliance can be used, a soap dish attached to wall of shower would be useful

Loved Casa Ottone!

We loved the central, but quiet, location and the idea of the roof terrace - but it was so hot, we didn't end up actually using it very much! What a waste! It was beautiful! The place was spotless with everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. The air con is an absolute must! Furnishings are very tasteful and we had another wonderful stay in Lucca with Lucca Apartments and Villas! The sofa was lovely to look at but was difficult to get out of! Could do with a supporting board under the cushions to make it more comfortable, and the seat in the chair in the lounge needs refurbishing as it was like sitting in a bowl. The TV is not placed to be viewed easily from the sofa as the dining table is in front of it. The lift up to the 3rd floor was a must for me as I have arthritis, but beware if you are claustrophobic as it is literally large enough for 2 people only. All of these things are minor but didn't stop us having a great stay!

Perfect location to experience Lucca

The apartment is charming and tastefully decorated. Also very comfortable. We were there in November so we could not use the expansive porch, which I'm sure is a highlight in the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Heating and hot water worked very well for those chilly nights. Mrs. Sonia easy to work with and responsive. My only complaint is that the apartment did not supply what I consider the basics in a rental and I hope Mrs. Sonia will consider these points: every new guest should have clean, unused washing utensils for the kitchen, such as wipees and sponges to do dishes. A supply of garbage bags are basic as well. One other small item: Shower head in bathroom needs to be changed. Other than these small details, the apartment is great. To be able to live in a 16th c. restored villa, totally renovated is a real experience. And to walk the streets and walls of Lucca in November, with absolutely no tourists ANYWHERE, is a real treat. Highly recommend this apartment and Lucca in November.
