Lovely apartment in pretty and peaceful neighbourhood

We had a lovely stay in the apartment - it was the perfect size for 3 people and situated in a very pretty and peaceful neighbourhood, though still only a short walk to the centre. The rooms were clean and the kitchen fully equipped. Gina was wonderful at keeping in touch and was very quick to reply to any messages. Our comment would be that the sofa bed is not the most comfortable so could do with a mattress topper to be added for extra comfort. But otherwise a very pleasant stay! The comfort of the sofa bed and providing a few more glasses or mugs.

Very friendly host

The apartment is near the seaside and not too far from the center which is great if you want to visit everything the island has to offer. Bright ambience and outstanding balcony in the attic. The apartment's equipped with all you need on a short vacation and the householders are very kind and always ready to hear your concerns.

Great apartment for mountain climbers!

Great apartment in a convenient location off the most beaten paths. Clean, in great shape but oh the stairs! Straight up to the third floor and the rise (approximately 9 inches+) would never ever meet codes in the USA. You won’t have to go to the gym after a few times up and down. Really, if you have difficulty climbing stairs absolutely do not stay here. Otherwise, this is a nice place.

The vicinity to access beach shops and cathedral The only problem was the stairs. On the website it did state stairs however they were extremely steep. This could cause a problem for some people that maybe do not have a specific problem with stairs as a disabled person but steep even for able bodied. Perhaps need to describe in more detail.

Priority Villas's space is modern, clean and minimalist

Priority Villas's space is modern, clean and minimalist. They had all the amenities we needed as well as a couple of extra blankets and pillows for a cozy night. The kitchen is kitted out with pots/pans but we mostly ate out. My friend booked the floor above so I got to see that they are set up similarly. And I would say that the 3rd floor apartment is a lot more spacious than the 4th floor but that's because it doesn't have the balcony - so that depends on your fancy. But they are kind, courteous and comprehensive in their information and gave good info for airport travel in to the apartment. Tip: there is no Uber in Mallorca so the written address is helpful for hailing a taxi!

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado solo había edredón en una cama en la otra había una simple Sabanita de verano nos freímos de frío por tanto el primer día cuando lo dijimos al dia siguiente nos llevaron otro edredón Primero te informan del precio del apartamento después te dicen que tienes que pagar también la limpieza 65€ y ya el último día que tienes que pagar 250 € de fianza no es que me parezca mal pero dímelo el primer día caramba

Location is perfect when you want to use public transportation. Also near to old town. The apartment was fully equiped. The staircase to the 3rd floor is quite steep and narrow so not suitable for fat and old people😃.

Las instalaciones, limpieza, personal y espectáculos nocturnos. Restaurante a la carta con platos internacionales bastante ricos. Restaurantes y comercios cerca. La playa cercana es perfecta para ir con niños, aunque nosotros no pudimos disfrutarla por las fechas.

Die Lage und Kommunikation war super. Deutlich zu wünschen ließ die Sauberkeit des Apartments übrig. Der Kühlschrank roch nach Fisch und es befand sich noch reichlich Sand vom Vormieter in der Wohnung.
