Great spot right on the beach

The property was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. The view of the gulf was beautiful. Aside from the bathroom door not closing, everything about the place was great. We hope to rent from here again.

Perfect Location

This was our third time coming to The Somerset and our first time renting this condo. It was a perfect location and a wonderful unit that fit our family of 5 perfectly. Can’t wait to come back!

A perfect vacation

Stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful unit. I called the owner once when I thought there were lots of extra pillows but no extra pillowcases. She told me where they were located and offered to send more over if needed. There were lots of cases exactly where she told me to look. Great service. Will be back next year!

Great stay!

This unit is located in a great property that has quiet beach access. The unit itself was well equipped and had all amenities, inclusive of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and wagon. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and updated. There was an issue with the dryer not working and the property manager worked to get the appointment to fix moved up and offered to come and do our towels if needed. The unit had great views of the beach and was close to the pool and beach access. We would recommend the unit to anyone.

Great time.

The stay was great. We added an extra 2 days onto our stay. I love the location, we spent one day seeing the alligators. Overall it was a perfect vacation.

The condo was very nice. Great gulf view. Great balcony. The unit was well stocked with essentials and the beach equipment was very good.

Beautiful condo with exquisite ocean views!

We loved this condo! Beautifully decorated in a beachy style. It had everything we could possibly need and was so comfortable.The beach is right outside your door. Excellent communication with owner. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, beds were comfortable with no problems. Condo has lots of room and clean. Communication was very quick with the owner! Location is in a calm area, perfect for family’s.

Paradise

Very, very, nice unit. Tastefully decorated. Appears remodeled recent. Kitchen outfitted beyond adequate.. Some utensils marginal quality. Many consumables that were not listed. Some napkins, cups, plates, plastic silverware, TP, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, liquids, etc. I overbought prior to arrival but perhaps left by prior tenants. Beach wagon, 3 beach umbrellas, 4-5 beach chairs, a couple of coolers, some kids toys. (I bought coolers and 4th umbrella did not need and left). All of this is in the storage closet on beach level. Very convenient. We arrived in the dark.Luggage and grocery carts on lower level. Never found them until the next day. Property ultra secure. Hard to move around. We had 5 adults & 2 keys. "Sleeps 5" should have 5 keys. Need key to/from beach every time with 2 locked gates each time. Different key to unlock unit. Fob to drive in. Porch and furniture had light sand. No bulb in porch light. Entire property is pretty dark. Ice maker, internet, and hot water slow at times. Main TV average quality. Needs pull out wall mount for better viewing/alter beach glare. Bed in den is twin. Not double futon. Grills are charcoal and average. Pickleball scheduling was not kept up to date. I am an owner with multiple properties in Fla and elsewhere. Wife is an interior designer with projects at boutique hotels, luxury homes/condos, & restaurants.Given Marco Island and the cost for Xmas week, everything should be as close to perfect as possible.

Fantastic condo on Marco Island

This is a great property, especially if you like staying on the lower floors. Super clean and well-stocked with towels, beach towels and other basic items (hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). All appliances are newer AND the washer and dryer are full-size. The bed in the master bedroom is firm, but not uncomfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The front bedroom is a finished room, rather than basically an enclosed porch like in some other Somerset units. Overall, this is a great Somerset property and would highly recommend!!

The property and location are great . Would have gave 4 Star's except for the Beds are past due for replacement. They we're ditched out in the middle of the bed . Wish more property owners would put more emphasis on the beds since you spend the majority of your stay in them .

Clealiness

The master bed was very uncomfortable - a dip in the middle. The patio furniture was dirty and looked very old. Pillows on the sofa were feather filled. The feathers kept coming through the covers. We have stayed at the Somerset 3 other vacations with no issues. This vacation was disappointing.

Great location!

First time vacationing in Marco, property location and amenities were perfect however the condo had not been cleaned when we checked in and no sheets on the beds. The manager was prompt in their communication but with a little one under 3, when the cleaning service came the 2nd day to clean it was during nap time and wouldn’t work.
