A Country house built on two storeys offering fantastic comfort in a great location for visiting towns, beaches and the stunning local scenery.

The House is just 10 minutes drive from the beach. A private pool and balcony for al fresco dining make the property perfect for a great relaxing holiday. Ideal for families seeking relaxation in a quiet Country Rustic setting .

We can strongly recommend this house for a family holiday where space is at a premium and the pretty gardens and pool are completely fenced in making it a suitable for parents with smaller children

The interior of the house is very spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a door leading directly on to the rear patio and pool. The living room has comfortable seating for all. All bedrooms are on the first floor, there is two double bedrooms and a large bedroom with two queen size beds (large singles). There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room with wc on the ground.

Additionally a cot and high chair can be provide at no extra cost.

The property is fully enclosed providing a safe environment for children. The pool is 10m x 5m surrounded by a variety of shrubs. There is a large patio area as well as a veranda with a table chairs and umbrella that will comfortably seat six and is an ideal area for al fresco eating. The patio also has a large fixed barbecue. To the rear is a large olive grove giving a wonderful back drop to the property and attracting a large number of birds.The front benefits from partial shade during the day creating a slightly cooler area.

Casa rosmarino all good

Great country house wihich was well equipped 3 large bedrooms and a fantastic pool good location for visiting and exploring this area of southern Italy. Overall the property was in a quiet safe area which allowed for total relaxation. Excellent communication at all times with the property manager. Fantastic rustic, rural house with everything that you need for your stay. The garden and fantastic pool is perfect for relaxing. The house is very spacious, all 3 bedrooms are doubles. The house is easy to find and close to Serranova which has a shop/cafe and restaurant. Other towns are 10-15 mins drive away so easy to get to by car. It’s also well situated for visiting the beaches and some of the larger towns and tourist sites. The communication with the local agent was good. Throughly recommended as a base to explore this part of Italy as well as somewhere to rest and relax. Access to a car is a must.

Pool lovely. House rustic. Would have been nice if host/property manager met us or at least left a garden light on on arrival. Needs modernisation and investment in particular outdoor furniture. Needs comfortable outdoor couch. New outdoor comfortable and chairs. Needs a deep clean and refresh.

Unfortunately our manager was not available to meet you on arrival as you arrived very very late , this is something we will have to revise next season. As an enviornmentally aware person we do not replace all our furniture every year. We feel the standard of available furniture is of a good quality. Très beau séjour

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description. Confortable , 3 chambres des extérieurs agréables et une grande piscine. La voiture est indispensable, c'est assez loin des sites touristiques et de la mer.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i huset. Det er stort, rent og meget godt udstyret. Udendørs områderne er skønne. Poolen er stor og perfekt til os. Der er en god grill og der er fine havemøbler - både på terrassen og fine liggestole ved poolen. Vi kommer gerne igen!!!

Très bel endroit avec une très grande piscine (12.5m * 5m). Bien qu'un peu ancienne, la maison est bien équipée. la propriétaire est très serviable et Angelina qui nous acceuilli a pu répondre à toutes nos questions. Le rapport qualité/pris est correct.

Cette maison est extraordinaire avec une grande piscine

Aucun soucis avec la maison. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine. Nous avons pu faire des grillades. Elle est bien située près des plages et de Brindisi. Un séjour qui ne s’oubliera pas.

Top, immer wieder gerne

Zunächst möchte ich als erstes Geraldine danken, für die tolle Kommunikation, sie hat sofort geantwortet und geholfen. Auch vielen Dank an Antonella, die vor Ort der Ansprechpartner ist und uns noch zu später std. In Empfang genommen hat, da wir so lange im Stau standen. Wir waren mit 5 Personen in diesem tollen Haus das wie schon beschrieben von Olivenbäumen umzäunt ist. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht . Super war auch das Handtücher vorhanden waren, sodass man die nicht auch noch ins Gepäck packen muss. Die Betten waren auch gut, haben top geschlafen. Küche gut ausgestattet. 👍 Die grosse Terrasse lädt zum Sitzen grillen und chillen ein, herrlich. Der Pool war das Highlight, er ist gross und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalt 2 mal gereinigt, wirklich der Hammer nicht nur für Kinder. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe da gehabt und konnte entspannen. Das Haus mit allem drum und dran ist top allerdings sollten einige Sachen mal erneuert werden innen wie außen. Ein kleiner tip: für die Sonnenliegen am Pool wären Auflagen ganz toll, da die Liegen etwas hart sind. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn man ein Auto hat, hat man viele Möglichkeiten die Region zu erkunden. Die Bar antonino die ca. 2 min. Entfernt ist, war super, da konnte man tgl.frische Brötchen Aufschnitt ect. Bekommen. Zum Abschluss können wir nur sagen das wir einen tollen Aufenthalt hatten mit allem drum und dran. Wir können geraldine und ihr Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lg. Und danke

Large airy property on the edge of a small town with useful local facilities. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, large open plan living area and extensive kitchen. We particularly liked the outside space with its large swimming pool and generous patio area for outside eating.

Très jolie maison familiale et au calme d’une oliveraie. Hypermarché à proximité (2km et 8km) Bien équipée aussi bien pour la cuisine qu’en extérieur. Maison propre à notre arrivée. Salvatore qui organise la remise des clés et très gentil et nous a donné quelques conseils sur les visites à faire. Climatisation un peu bruyante mais indispensable certaine nuit. Piscine au top : grande, chaude, bien entretenue. Grand nombre de serviettes à disposition. Point faible : moustiques mort de faim à la tombée de la nuit en extérieur.
