El Splash Resort es un maravilloso complejo familiar "libre de humo". Hay un puente aéreo climatizado que conecta las torres este y oeste, de modo que se puede acceder fácilmente a todas las comodidades del complejo desde cualquiera de las torres sin tener que salir del complejo. La torre este tiene una piscina, río lento, área para niños pequeños, snack bar, gimnasio, 2 parrillas a gas y áreas de recepción / sala de estar frente al golfo. La torre este es la primera torre a la que llegará cuando ingrese al resort desde el estacionamiento y el lobby. Desde la torre este, puedes cruzar un segundo puente elevado y llegarás a la torre oeste, que tiene el parque acuático, el jacuzzi, la piscina y la sala de juegos.

Sobre el condominio
Hay un dormitorio completo, dos literas en el pasillo y dos baños. La cocina completamente equipada con amplias zonas comunes y un gran balcón con vistas al Golfo y la playa.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size muy cómoda, televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, persianas de plantación y baño principal privado con gran bañera de jardín. Hay una alcoba con literas que están convenientemente ubicadas al lado del segundo baño en el pasillo. Pisos de azulejos en todo el condominio. La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD, estéreo con reproductor de CD y un sofá cama Queen.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con un refrigerador de lado a lado mejorado más grande con agua filtrada y hielo en la puerta y encimeras de granito. Totalmente abastecido con utensilios de cocina y platos, cafetera y tostadora. El cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo mejoradas para lavar cargas de tamaño completo (no las pequeñas y compactas que son estándar en la mayoría de las unidades). Internet inalámbrico gratuito en nuestro condominio y en todo el complejo. También ubicado en nuestro condominio: secadores de pelo con luces de noche en baños, plancha, tabla de planchar. Por favor, traiga sus propias toallas de playa. Buscando un condominio súper limpio, muy bien amueblado y bien mantenido ... ¡esto es todo!

BEACH SERVICE está incluido para todas las reservas entre el 15 de marzo y el 31 de octubre. Esto incluye dos sillas y una sombrilla para toda su estadía. El vendedor de Beach cobra $ 45 por día de alquiler, por lo que esto podría ahorrarle más de $ 200 por una semana de estadía.

The condo my son and I stayed in was nice. It was beach front which is amazing, the water is beautiful. The pools and the splash pad are great for kids and family, overall I enjoyed my stay there!!!!

A great vacation

We stayed 11 days with a one year old. The condo was nice and lots of room. We loved the kitchen had a fridge with ice maker, this is way more convenient than you know. The host was super and fast to get in touch when I got locked out of room.He literally called me in two minutes! We will definitely stay here again. The only thing I can suggest is bigger coffee cups and more cooking pots and pans for guests that like to cook at home.

Great view and communication but there is cons

First of all, communication was great with host. View was very nice and splash resort is always fun for kids. There was a few cons that will cause us to not rebook this particular unit. AC can only be set to 72 without freezing up so the unit can’t keep up and it stayed hot and muggy entire time. Unit needs a lot of Tlc and updating, bar stools and couches are stained up and didn’t look clean at all. Overall, I would recommend to book another unit. Sleeping in hot air is not comfortable.

Splash Resort

This review is more about Splash than the condo we stayed in. We will not be staying at the Splash again. This was our 3rd time at Splash, but it has been 4 years since our last visit. The room was clean. Close access to the beach is a plus. The kids play area is a plus. Unfortunately, the pools were dirty. Apparently no one was skimming trash from the pool each morning we were there. Trash included food, bugs, cigarette butts, and grass. The lazy river did not work the entire time we were there. My children enjoyed playing in the lazy river regardless because there wasn't any trash in it. The tubes were scarce and none of them were large enough for a full sized male. The rental umbrellas and chairs were a disappointment. They will not allow the umbrellas to be open when the wind is blowing. I understand if it is enough wind to blow them away, but the wind was about 5mph, barely enough to blow a napkin. Also, they take the chairs and umbrellas up at 5:00pm. Not that the shade is needed, but there is still at least 2-1/2 hours of swimming and beach time left in the day and the chair would appreciated.

Needs lots of TLC…

The room floor was not listed in the description. We had no idea we would be on the 19th floor until the week of our vacation. There was also an additional 25 dollar parking fee per room regardless of whether you carpooled or drove your own vehicle (not listed). The dish washer was broken, the washer would not spin out, the dryer door was broken and the living room sofa set had a musty smell. It was covered with stains and pet hair. This room needs lots of TLC.

Beachview is beautiful

The booking was easy, checking in was easy, the view of the beach was nice. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to a condo with a view of the beach which this condo has. The kitchen has most items but if you need a cutting knife, mixer or cookie sheet/cake pan, scissors, bring your own. Unfortunately the people that stayed in the condo before us did not report that there wasn't any hot water. When I reported it to the owner he said no one else had had that issue but he did have property management check the issue out. They came out and verified that there wasn't any hot water and had a plumber come out. The gentleman showed up at 5:20pm and left at 1:00am. He said he'd return at 8:00am the next day to finish up. The next day my husband noticed water was pooling in the utility closet so shut off the water to help stop any water damage from happening. I reported it to the owner and let him know that the plumber still hadn't arrived. We had no water for a full day. My husband called the plumber at 9:30am and he said he had overslept which is understandable because he didn't leave until 1am the night before except he told us he'd be on his way but didn't arrive until 5:30pm and left at about 10:30pm. I messaged the owner to let him know that it was becoming an inconvenience and I've yet to hear back from him. Not even "I apologize for the inconvenience". I don't blame the owner for the issue itself. I don't like that he stopped responding once I said it had become an inconvenience. Ultimately, beachview condos are a dime a dozen in Florida so I'll find another condo on our next visit. Also, only 2 elevators for 21 floors. I recommend not checking in on a weekend when it's busy during the summer. I heard people waited for an hour to get an elevator to their floor.

After driving 8 hours and being told room available at 4, our room hadn’t been cleaned from previous tenants. After much discussion, was moved to another building. The view from the room beautiful but the room was terrible. It was furnished in junk furniture that I had to put sheets on before we would sit on, room was cleaned so poorly, I wouldn’t set anything on the floor as disgusting. The patio furniture was torn and rusted. The kitchen equipment was so minimal you could barely cook the smallest meal. The stove and microwave were awful, so dirty. I had to clean myself, with my own supplies, to feel comfortable to use. It was advertised as “elegantly clean”, would hate to see what they would call dirty! For the money, it was THE PITS! Would never go there again!

The room served its purpose

I’ve stayed at many VRBO condos in different areas. Normally, when the listing says they provide the essentials to get you started, there is more than what there was in this condo. No small bottle of dish liquid. The coffee pot itself was missing, but we contacted the owner who was very responsive and brought us one the following day. There was mold around the tubs and showers. The shower door wouldn’t shut all the way, and when you would try to get it to shut you could see mold come off onto the floor. The mattress in the master had a hole on each side with a hump in the middle. My husband complained about his back, and he never has any back problems. We enjoyed the property and would stay at this resort again, but I will not choose this room.

Great view and amenities

The unit was clean and has a great balcony with view of the ocean. We arrived early and were able to start using the amenities of the resort and the room ended up being ready 2 hours early.

Eh, served its purpose

The resort itself is wonderful. Weve stayed at splash 4 different times. This specific unit left a lot to be desired. Both bathrooms had visible mold in and around the showers. Both toilets have visible mold/black slime in the toilet bowls. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The couch had holes all over. The kitchen counter barstools couldnt be used by an adult(the height between that and counter is that for toddler legs to fit in). Both remotes to each tv were broken, my kids couldnt even turn channels. The light in the master bedroom hardly worked, in the evening we had to use the master bathroom light as a bedroom light. Overall we were pretty bummed with this unit. Coming from illinois for a week with our family we had hoped it would have been a lot nicer and cleaner.

So disappointing. This is my first time using VRBO and last. I thought since the unit was privately owned and advertised as “elegantly cleaned” it would be safer. This unit was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. There was at least 2 inches of dust on EVERYTHING. There is no blankets on the beds, just comforters that were NOT WASHED. They smelled disgusting. The unit accommodates 6 people but has a 38 gallon water heater. So there is 10-15 minutes of hot water and an hour wait to recycle. I found this out the first night as I was in the shower with conditioner still in my hair. The toilet seat in the master is stained, rubbed down to the wood in spots, and had feces on it. The couch’s in the living room had hair and fuzzy stuff that got all over your clothing. I contacted the owners about the hot water and they sent a plumber 4 days later who said the water heater is way to small for the unit. Like other reviews, the lighting in the master is horrible and the bed is too big for the room. You can not move in the room. The ONLY positive is that the resort is nice and perfect for children. I could not wait to get home and take a warm shower and get out of that filthy unit.
