Helt nyrenoverat hörnradhus i Gran Alacant bara 10 minuter frÄn Alicante flygplats. Tre vÄningar (inkl kÀllare) plus takterass. I ett trevligt spanskt bostadsomrÄde.

Takterassen har mÀktig havsutsikt och bergsutsikt och pÄ entréplan finns en möblerad uteplats med grill och citrontrÀd. MÀktig bergsutsikt frÄn husets alla fönster. TillgÄng till gemensam pool i omrÄdet (ca 150 m).

Ett rum med queen size (140 cm) och egen balkong.
Ett rum med tvÄ 90-sÀngar som kan stÀllas ihop till dubbelsÀng. Egen balkong.
Ett familjerum i kÀllaren med tvÄ 90-sÀngar som kan stÀllas ihop och en vÄningssÀng.
Ett mindre enkelrum i kÀllaren med en 90-sÀng.

Sovrummen i kÀllaren har inga dörrar utan Àr mer alkover. Familjerummet kan skÀrmas av med draperi.

Huset ligger ca 1 km frÄn en av de finaste sandstrÀnderna i Alicante-omrÄdet. Huset ligger dock rÀtt mycket högre Àn havet vilket gör promenaden hem frÄn stranden rÀtt anstrÀngande för vissa. Det finns mycket restauranger och mataffÀr i nÀromrÄdet och Alicante finns pÄ 20 minuters avstÄnd med bil eller 20 minuter med buss. Det gÄr att Äka kollektivt till Alicante och Santa Pola men hyrbil rekommenderas och finns att hyra billigt pÄ flygplatsen.

Lakan, kökshanddukar, dusch och bad- handdukar ingÄr i priset du betalar hÀr pÄ homeaway. SÀngarna kommer att vara bÀddade enligt dina önskemÄl nÀr du anlÀnder. Du kommer att fÄ fylla i ett webbformulÀr för att meddela oss vilka sÀngar ni vill ha bÀddade inför er ankomst.

Amazing vacation

House is great, we were 9 people and everyone was comfortable. Nice terrace, plenty of parking, just 5 minutes in car to beautiful beaches and 2 minutes to supermarkets. Magnus was really helpful I will recommend 100% this property

Nice family home near to the beach and with pool

Magnus is a very kind host. The contact is instant and helpful. NIce location with a beautiful scenic panorama view from the roof terrace. by feet 15 min to the beach. Everything you need for daily life is near the appartment. For 10 people it is small but suitable.

Gran Alacant - on top of the hill!

We had a great couple of weeks in Magnus’ house, the view was great, more than enough space for 3 teenagers and 4 adults! The walk to the beach from the house was about 15-20 minutes, which is just fine and a good little workout! Would really recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing stay

We have just had two fabulous weeks here. Loads of space, pool was beautiful. Very Hilly area so need to be fit or have car access. Struggled walking back from the beach with a pram! The house was amazing and loved the roof terrace, just a couple of little points, no toaster or kettle which would have been useful, we only cooked twice as we ate out mostly but the oven seemed to trip the electricity so was quite frustrating trying to cook. Overall amazing stay would definitely stay again

So sad to leave!

We rented this house for 2 weeks and have just left this morning. We are so sad to leave. The house is in a great location and the pool close by. The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could need apart from a kettle (but we packed a travel one so this wasn't a problem). This is our 4th time visiting Gran Alacant and we were not disappointed. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house Magnus. We had the best 2 weeks making memories

Lovely property but lacked essentials.

Property was lovely few things missing which could make life easier, eg toaster, kettle, microwave, we were lucky we had a mobile home so brought what was needed from the van, but these are simple things that are required by the English especially when with children, also it was on a steep hill we are in our 60s and thought this should have been mentioned.

Heerlijk huis

Heerlijk huisje, alles aanwezig. Ruimte voldoende door de drie woonlagen, erg gezellig ingericht! Ook dakterras is gezellig zitten. Jammer dat na zo'n reis, je zelf je bedden op moet maken. Strand en zee waren top, ook gezellig strandtentje en fijne bedden te huur. Strand is te bereiken via enorm steile weg, dus auto is wel handig.

what an excellent place to spend your holiday. the property is brilliant, close walk to the pool, air con in the areas that is need. fantastic views from the balcony. also bbq and beach equipment was fantastic. overall we had an amazing time at this property and would highly reccomend to any one wanting to visit the area. also Magnus was excellent all the way through the process. Mycket trevligt hus! Vi bodde först fem, sedan tio och sedan Ätta personer i huset under en vecka. Huset Àr vÀldigt bra planerat och personligt inrett. Allt fanns i huset och lÀget med nÀra till mataffÀrer, restauranger och kommunikationer gör att jag varmt kan rekommendera detta boende. Mycket trevliga Àgare! Stort tack!

The house is stunning. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Nice walk down to the beach, needed the car for the way home as very steep hills. Supermarket less than 10 min walk and some lovely restaurants within 15 min walk. Local beaches were great.

Fuimos 9 personas entre niños y adultos, la casa muy bonita y limpia, el propietario siempre respondía muy råpido los mensajes, una vista muy bonita, una hermosa playa bastante cerca y estå muy cerca también de Alicante centro, pudimos visitar la isla Tabarca desde Santa Pola que estå bastante cerca, la piscina estå muy bien y la casa bien equipada, tuvimos la mala suerte que no funcionaba el wifi, pero casi mejor que fuese así. Jajaja. En general lleno todas nuestras expectativas, 100% recomendada, pepetiriamos seguro

Me and my family (7 in total) stayed in this clean & well presented house from 4/8 to 11/8 2018. The house is plenty big enough for all. We cooked and ate in twice. Bbq in the storage cupboard...what more could you want? The roof terrace allows great views. I would recommend visiting the beach its beautiful..the walk isnt as long as it looks. Over all.. is a massive thumbs up from us.

Luftig lÀgenhet med plats för mÄnga. Beskrivningen var sÄ tydlig att det kÀndes som om vi redan varit dÀr! Allt stÀmde till punkt och pricka. Hemtrevligt, (inte en anonym hotellstandard som ofta kan vara fallet). HÀrligt med AC och wifi och allt som ingick i den hÀr lÀgenheten. LÀtt att fÄ kontakt med Àgare nÀr vi hade en liten frÄga att stÀlla. Bra mat och livsmedel fanns inom nÀromrÄdet och stormarknad nÄs efter en kort bilfÀrd. NÀra till en massa utflyktsmÄl. Bil kÀnns behövligt pÄ grund av den kuperade terrÀngen ner till medelhavet. LÀtt att hitta parkeringen intill hörnradhuset. Orkar man inte ta bilen sÄ finns i alla fall en pool inom ett par minuters gÄngpromenad. HÀrlig utsikt frÄn takterrassen. HÀr kan behövas nÄgra stolar sÄ man slipper ta med nÄgra nerifrÄn. Rekommenderas verkligen varmt, ger fem stjÀrnor med extra plus.

BekvÀmt och superfint rustat hörnradhus

Alla bekvÀmligheter finns i detta vÀlutrustade radhus. Komplett kök, frÀscha badrum varav det ena utrustat med tvÀttmaskin. Sovrummen Àr rymliga med sköna sÀngar. AC finns i hela huset vilket gör att det va skönt att tillbringa de varmaste timmarna pÄ dagen inomhus dÄ vi hade smÄbarn med pÄ resan. Bostaden Àr vÀlplanerad och genomtÀnkt och fÄr en att kunna koppla av sÄvÀl inne som pÄ tillhörande uteplats. Bostaden ligger i ett lugnt kvarter dÀr det Àr lÀtt att parkera bil i direkt anslutning till huset. I omrÄdet finns ett mysigt poolomrÄde, ca 50m frÄn huset, dÀr mÄnga eftermiddagar tillbringades. NÀrmaste affÀr ca 3-400m frÄn huset innehÄller det mesta man kan behöva. Ett större köpcentrum finns ca 10 min bort med bil. Restauranger finns mÄnga inom ca 5-15min gÄngvÀg. Vi gick efter de med bÀst betyg pÄ Tripadvisor och blev mycket nöjda. Vi lagade Àven mat i huset flera kvÀllar vilket ocksÄ gick superbra. Hyrbil rekommenderas dÄ det Àr vÀldigt kuperat och en promenad till stranden med alla grejer kÀnns nÄgot övermÀktig Àven om avstÄndet i sig inte Àr sÄ lÄngt. Vi kan absolut rekommendera fler att Äka hit!

Perfekt in i minsta detalj

Det hÀr Àr ett underbart trevligt hus! Allt Àr nytt, toppfrÀscht och skönt matchande, sÄvÀl inomhus som utomhus. Sara och Magnus Àr sÄ gÀstfria med sitt hus och sina grejer och har verkligen tÀnkt pÄ allt för att göra vistelsen hÀr fantastisk. Vi var tvÄ vuxna och tvÄ barn som njöt till fullo av huset, poolen, havet, utsikten och livet. OmrÄdet Àr lugnt och vÀl omhÀndertaget och sÄ finns det affÀrer och restauranger pÄ lagom avstÄnd. Vi köpte stÀdning av agenturen vilket var jÀtteskönt. Lakan och handdukar hyrde vi ocksÄ frÄn agenturen, och det Àr ju bekvÀmt att slippa kÄnka pÄ men lakanen var 100% polyester och kÀndes svettiga trots den eminenta luftkonditioneringen. Tips: Vi hyrde bil frÄn Avis och det var guld att ha hyrbil - man tar sig lÀtt in till Alicante och parkering verkar vara gratis - men vi rekommenderar inte Avis. Tog jÀttelÄng tid, de försökte pracka pÄ oss en massa extra som vi avböjde men ÀndÄ blev slutnotan högre Àn vad som sagts. Det finns massor av andra biluthyrare pÄ flygplatsen, vÀlj en annan.

Why they chose this property

We bought a completely empty house with a lot of opportunities to host guests. We have been putting a lot of energy during the renovation process during first half of 2017 and we are happy with the result! We appreciate the closeness to the wonderful Alicante but also that it is peaceful and quiet and a lot of fun for the kids. The beach is among the best in the whole of Costa Blanca!

What makes this property unique

The best thing with this house is that you can have a lot of guests and still donÂŽt be in eachotherÂŽs face all the time. And even though it is a Town House the terrace offers you some privacy!
