シチリアの緑に囲まれた庭のスイミングプールには、ワールプールと屋外シャワー用の4つのステーションがあります。
ヴィラは最大6名まで快適に収容できます。 1階には、オープンプランのキッチン、ダブルベッドルーム、シャワー付きのバスルームを備えたリビングエリアがあります。階段は、テレビ付きの小さなリビングルーム、ダブルベッドルーム、3歳までの子供用のベビーベッドを追加できるシングルベッドルーム、バスタブ付きのバスルームがある1階に続きます。また、1階の中二階に6人目を収容するシングルベッドがあります。
ヴィラの屋外エリアには、快適なリラクゼーションエリア、テーブル、椅子、長椅子を備えた屋根付きテラスがあり、そこから手入れの行き届いた多肉植物の庭を眺めることができます。忘れられない屋外のランチとディナーを開催するための広いエリアがあり、ビルトインキッチン、肉や魚のグリルを調理するための快適なwoodオーブン、椅子のある大きなテーブルがあります。外には車を駐車するエリアと、シャワー付きの3番目のバスルームもあります。

A superb Villa in a quiet & relaxing location.

A big thank you to our hosts Fortunato and Mr & Mrs Madonia (Fortunato’s parents). We were met exiting the A29, this is the motorway from Palermo airport (takes approx 1 hour) and escorted to the Villa. On arriving the Villa was exactly as it was in the pictures. Mrs Madonia gave us a hamper that had essentials in and we were shown around the Villa. The Villa is rurally located, so a car is a must, however is is ideally located for day trips. It takes about 20 minutes to Mazara de Vallo (costal town), Partanna has everything you need - supermarket, chemist and restaurants. As for the Villa it had everything and anything you need. It is extremely quiet with no one overlooking you. The pool was clean and cleaned by Mr Madonia during our stay and is position perfectly to catch the sun all day. The is shelter from the shade which was great for the children. If I could pick anything out to improve the Villa it would be air con in the bedrooms upstairs as it gets really hot at night, however there was a number of fans to try and keep you cool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

True Sicilian Expeirience

My husband and I finished our Sicilian experience in Partanna. This house was in an ideal locations to visit Western Sicily. It is near the highway for easy access and very private. We enjoyed meeting the owners and were very grateful for their generous welcome basket. We really liked the pace of Western Sicily and this area and house truly capture the Sicily we imagined, Mille Grazie!!

Tranquillity

Our hosts welcome was as abundant as the contents and facilities in their lovely house , there was quite simply nothing more we could have wanted . Everything in the house works and the the description is completely accurate. The hosts are both generous and charming and clearly take a lot of pride in their property and what they offer . You do inherit a rather cheeky cat which was soon won over with a few tasty leftovers. The pool area is perfect and immediately next to the house and the only sound to be heard is the next bottle of excellent Italian beer being opened. This is the perfect location to day trip all the superb classical sites in western Sicily. There are a number of supermarkets near but you are off the tourist trail and there is very little English spoken but the locals are only to happy to enter into a bit of mime and gestures to get the message across. We had a perfectly perfect 10 days at Villa Partanna

Beautiful villa amazing hospitality

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Villa Partanna and the hospitality was outstanding. Everything that you would expect and more was provided. We were in constant communication with Fortunato and the Madonia family couldn’t do enough to help. We asked if it would be possible to have a fan for the smallest bedroom and one arrived within ten minutes. Another day we couldn’t find any charcoal in the local supermarkets and asked where we might be able to buy some. Instead of telling us where we could buy some Mr Madonia turned up the same evening with 2 bags of charcoal. There is lots to see and do in the surrounding area and some excellent restaurants. Again Fortunato was very helpful with recommendations. I cannot recommend Villa Partanna highly enough. Our only suggestion would be to have a visitors’ book so guests can share ideas of where to go and what do do. Thank you for a fabulous holiday in this beautiful area.

Un petit coin de paradis à 2H00 d'avion

Villa tout confort, très propre et idéalement située pour rayonner sur l'ouest de l'île. Et cerise sur le gâteau, l'accueil de Piera et Nino les propriétaires. Juste incroyable!

Bellissima villa in un ambiente naturale, tranquillo, con piscina splendida!

Un posto centrale per visitare i luoghi come Sciacca, Segesta, Selinunte etc. Villa attrezzata bennissimo, pulitissimo e arredata alta qualita. C’è una cucina dentro ed una al aperto, attrezzato con tutto che hai bisogno ed anche di piu. Il giardino intorno è bellissima e l’orto ha tanti tipi di frutta e verdura locale di quale puoi prendere quando ti serve. I gentillissimi padroni di casa esprimono un alto livello di ospitalità, noi ci sentavama benvenuto subito. Il Wifi funziona veramente bene, con gran velocità. Ringraziamo Nino, Piera e Fortunato per due bellissime settimane. Sarebbe un piacere tornare nel futuro.

Maison parfaite!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison, extrêmement bien équipée et très fonctionnelle (cuisine et salle de douche extérieures). Accueil vraiment chaleureux des parents de Fortunato. Côté pratique, supermarchés à 5 mn, et accès à l'autoroute qui mène à Sélinonte, Ségeste, etc. pas très loin non plus. Merci infiniment à la famille Madonia.

Villa Partanna, Excellent Chilled Relaxing Holiday.l

Stayed in the Villa Partanna, 30/06/18 to 14/7/18 and loved every minute ,a really relaxing chilled holiday. Toni and Peira were excellent hosts, we had a pre-arranged meeting with them on the first day and was escorted to the property. On arrival Toni and Peira gave us a very informative tour of the property, Toni’s translating app to English on his phone was very useful. Thank You very much for the delicious welcome pack it was most welcome. We felt at home feeding the family cat, and the regular visits of Leila the family dog.The villa was very well equipped and the pool was lovely, the orchard and vegetable patch was most welcoming and delicious, especially the corn on the cob, zucchini and the local sweet red onions which are local to Partanna .Thank You again, Chow Chow and goodbye from Michael, Sandra, Adam and Dawn.😎😎😎😎

Super Nette Villa An Rand von Partanna

Ringraziando a Piera e Nino, i proprietari, due Persone che sono Veramente Spendite, ci hanno accolto con calore e generosità. E' stata una vacanza di 14 Giorni bellissimi, il luogo e ottima l'ubicazione della struttura. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort, la natura fa la sua parte e tanti sono i luoghi da visitare.Noi abbiamo soggiornato a fine Giugno, siamo tornati a München e pensiamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo! 2017.......... Dank !!! Piera und Nino, den Eigentümern, zwei Leute, die wirklich Herzlich Sind, begrüßte sie uns mit Wärme und Großzügigkeit. "Es war ein schöner 14-Tagiger-Urlaub, der Ort und die ausgezeichnete Lage der Struktur. Die Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist, die Höhenlage der Villa ist perfekt es wird nicht Heiss in der Villa.... da es keine Klimaanlage gibt,die Natur tut ihren Teil zu. viele Orte sind in der nähe, ein muss zu besuchen wir waren Ende Juni dort , kehren nach München ...... und planen im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen! 2017

relax, natura e buon cibo. .... fantastico

Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Partanna e siamo stati accolti in modo meraviglioso. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pronto per un super aperitivo all'aperto con prodotti tipici (Bruschette, olive, caponata, frutta, vino e frutta fresca) tutto rigorosamente prodotto dalla famiglia madonia. I signori madonia sono super disponibili per ogni necessità e allo stesso tempo molto discreti. La location è ottimale perché si può godere di assoluta relax e privacy, e allo stesso tempo vicino al mare ed agevole per gli spostamenti. Inoltre la villa è piena di frutteti e ortaggi per meravigliose cene. Super consigliata

Vacanza Relax

Ringrazio a nome mio e della mia famiglia Piera e Nino, i proprietari, due persone splendide, ci hanno accolto con calore e generosità. E' stata una vacanza bellissima, bellissimo il luogo e ottima l'ubicazione della struttura. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort, la natura fa la sua parte e tanti sono i luoghi da visitare. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in Agosto, siamo tornati a Milano e già pensiamo di ritornarci l'anno prossimo!

Immersed in the countryside of Trapani, Villa Partanna is situated on a panoramic hill, a few kilometers from the beautiful Bay of Selinunte. The Villa is surrounded by a large, lush garden with typical Mediterranean plants, an orchard and a vegetable garden, the fruits of the season are available to our guests may enjoy the freshly harvested products. The pool in the garden, surrounded by the Sicilian green, and 4 stations for tub and outdoor shower. The Villa can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor is the living area with open plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a small living room with TV, one double bedroom, one single bedroom where you can add a cot for children up to 3 years, a bathroom with tub. We also have a single bed for a sixth person in the loft upstairs. The outdoor area of the villa has a comfortable sitting area, a covered terrace with table, chairs and chaise longue, from which you can admire the curate of cactus garden.
