Casa Caribeña is a beautiful 7 bedroom villa with 7 Master Suites (all with private bath and air conditioning) and 3 guest bathrooms (1 per floor). The villa is on a sandy white beach, with a wonderful Beachfront Infinity Pool and fantastic patios for incredible outdoor living! The Jungle Side Swimming Pool has a wonderful in-water lounging area, surrounded by jungle fora and sundeck chairs. There is also a Rooftop Living Area with a traditional palapa and yoga area (underneath) and Jacuzzi where you can see the entire bay. Whether to take in the stunning colors of the Caribbean or gaze at the spectacular stars at night; this is the place to be!

The ample kitchen has all that you need to cook whatever you like but we have something even better for you! We can offer you a complete Gourmet Chef Service and Food Package, for your entire party! Eat inside in the dining room or you may also enjoy your meals “Alfresco” on the patio directly in front of the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean.

There are 2 living rooms, with the ground floor living room connected to the dining room by beautiful arches; and a powder room bath, along with the wet bar that invites you to create your favorite tropical specialties. Each floor has dedicated WIFI, and the ground floor has English & Spanish (60 inch) TV for those in your party that need to stay connected.

Pampering is also a priority here. You have fantastic masseuses that come to the villa and give the most wonderful relaxing massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials while lounging around the pool, under the palapa patio up on the roof or wherever you prefer. Scuba diving can also be arranged for certified divers (or those looking to be so).

Fun Family Celebration in Tulum

Amazing house, and even more amazing service from Bibi alogn with INCREDIBLE food from Flaco. Bibi makes you feel like you are at a high end hotel resort. I'd highly recommend this house for a quiet family getaway on a cozy quaint beach setting.

Amazing Villa and staff

Casa Caribena was absolutely amazing. My friends and I (group of 9) did not want to leave. From communication with the property Manager, Diana to the chef and house manager, I give them all 11 out of 10. I would recommend staying here.

Great Stay, Amazing Staff

House and the amenities of the pool, jacuzzi, yoga space on the 3rd floor, and what can I say about the staff!! Bibi was amazing, she makes this place what it is. Fully available staff at any time, chef's meals were amazing! We had an incredible stay and you have a protected cove here to snorkel and swim that doesn't exist in the hotel zone, where waves and current are much stronger. This is a great place to stay. There is a lot of construction in this area which was my only qualm as it was noisy most of the day, but that's not the properties or managements fault. It'll quiet down once those buildings are done, amazing place!

I do in Tulum

I feel like I need to gatekeep this treasure but I can’t keep this amazing place to myself. We booked this location for our elopement for myself, my now husband, and three other couples. Everyone enjoyed the privacy of the bedrooms but the various social spaces to come together. We took advantage of the meal plan and the food was out of this world. The food and the chef was better than some of the food/presentation we got at restaurants and the other private chef we used for our wedding dinner. Bebe really made you feel welcomed and cared for. When someone broke a cologne bottle, we asked for a broom to clean it up. Instead she insisted on taking care of it. The rest of the staff worked quietly behind the scenes but they left their mark. We couldn’t have asked for more from any of them. The location was convenient to local activities but removed from the densely populated feel of the resort areas. There is enough to do around the villa that you honestly don’t need to leave if you didn’t want to. The decor of the villa made for an amazing backdrop for our wedding photos as well. We are already planning our next vacation at this location. We came to say “I do” and ended up saying “We’ll do it again”.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We loved our 10 day stay at this beautiful beach side home in Nov. 2024, We planned this trip to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. There were 3 families w 3 young kids. The house was amazing for our group, with more then enough space. We enjoyed the 5 day Mexican meal package. We had a tough time getting consensus on the meals package but we were all pleased with our choice, the meals were all fresh, delicious and filling. The house and kitchen are well equipped with everything that anyone would need. We had no concerns about safety at the property. The snorkeling access 200-300m in front of the property was surprisingly good, we saw an eagle and sting rays and plenty of small fish.The road into the property was in rough shape and took some patience to get to and from the highway in our mid sized sedan. We also had multiple power outages over a 3 day wind storm which caused our fridge to quit working (staff brought in a new one the next day) and 2 nights with out AC. The property has a back up generator so we always had power just not enough to run the AC. Minor compliant and nothing the staff or owner can do about the poorly maintained Mexican infrastructure. We were always kept well informed with updates regarding the power. The staff at the house were phenomenal and really made us feel pampered during our stay. I hope to book this home again and I will continue to recommend it to friends and family.

Long weekend with 10 gal pals was spectacular! We used the house to the max-yoga studio in the morning, all three pools, the beach (paddleboard and kayaks) we brought snorkeling gear which is a must-the fish are so colorful, and had a fantastic crew come to the house for facials and massages. Grocery service was a breeze.But the cherry on top was Bibi and Flacco (chef). The meals were delicious and plentiful. They are a dynamic duo to say the very least.

Perfection in Tulum

We had the pleasure of staying here in February 2022. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to visit Tulum. The house itself was great for our family. My in laws were able to have their own space when they needed a break from the kids. We used the two pools every day and enjoyed the beach. There were sand toys for the kids as well as life jackets for everyone. Jose and Amelia were wonderful and very helpful. Chef was outstanding!! He was very accommodating to our group as we had two picky little kids and one vegetarian. I’m still dreaming about his carnitas.

Perfect for family reunion

The location could not be better- the children were on the beach outside constantly and in the small infinity pool overlooking it . The house was absolutely perfect for three generations and the staff were lovely.

Beach part was location

By far the best part of this property was the location and exclusivity of the beachfront. I did feel like the property was in need of some general maintenance and upkeep. TV in main living area had a warped screen making it difficult a watch a program , paint peeling in some living spaces and exterior as well as some cobwebs in certain areas. The Chef really worked hard preparing meals for our group of 9 which we appreciated as it's hard to please everyone. The best part was the pool overlooking the beach and it was great having our meals out there. Few frustrations--we set up covid testing at our house and they never showed up putting a damper on our plans that day. Also, we do not mind tipping for service but it was kind of tacky having three tip envelopes set out for the house manager, maid, and chef after our last dinner. We definitely planned on tipping but having envelopes out was again kind of tacky.

Slice of heaven

Our family had never been to Tulum before this trip, but we had seen gorgeous pictures of the area and were attracted to it because of direct flight availability and it being somewhere out of big hotel & tourist zone. We got exactly what we were looking for with this Casa. Situated right on the beach, closer to the beach than most of the homes & hotels in the area. Originally we were worried about seaweed gathering on the beach and impeding the niceness of our stay, however, the house staff rake the beach each day. There was very little seaweed regardless. Right in front there are rocky areas because this home sits in a bay that is part of a larger reef traveling down the coast. But what it made for, was nice calm waters that were PERFECT for snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and safe for small kids to swim in. Definitely bring water-shoes and a cheap snorkel with you on your trip here. The casa is set up almost like two separate houses on top of one another, which works great if you have multiple parties staying here for privacy. We primarily used the main level which had 3 bedrooms all with an en suite. I highly recommend booking the chef for multiple days and meals. He cooks everything from scratch and is very service oriented. Beware you will need to speak Spanish, have a translator, or use your cell phone to translate with all house staff as they speak very little English. Especially with the chef; extra clear communication is needed. The "gardener" is Jose, who cleans the pools each morning, and makes sure things are running smoothly. Amelia comes in to sweep and make beds each day and will do laundry for a set fee per load. One of the best things we did was hire a bartender through the host, his name was Arsenio (not sure if that is the correct spelling). Arsenio was incredible. I didn't think we needed a bartender whatsoever, but he made delicious Pina Coladas and Margaritas all day and even some pico de gallo with guacamole. Our nephew had his 6th birthday while we were there, and Arsenio found a pinata in town and brought it with candy the next day, which Jose nicely helped us set up for the kids. We thought we'd use all 3 pools in the house, but the one out front was the only one we all gravitated to. The pools are not heated, and can feel a bit "refreshing." Overall - I would absolutely stay here again! No tourists - absolute privacy - perfect beach - amazing staff and hosts.

Incredible property, better staff!

The property could not have been more perfect for our group - 8 adults and a bunch of kids. The layout of the space, having different rooms and zones to spread out in, and the sun/shade dynamic was perfect. However the best part of our stay was all the joy, special care, and delicious food provided by the house staff- Benito and Erika were amazing and so kind. Everything about this exceeded our expectations!

Amazing place

This is an awesome villa , it’s a gem and at first i thought it was too good to be true but it was trruuueee ! The chef was very nice and helpful as well . The property manager was responsive before , during , & after arrival . The house was clean it was plenty of swim tubes and floats big sprays and lotion , beach towels , utensils . All the reviews are accurate . And i will come back and use the same villa again the views were amazing

Fabulous group vacation home

Our group of 11 (4 kids and 7 parents) had an amazing time at Casa Caribeña. The lovely family that lives on site and cooks and cleans is a highlight. The beach sand is beautiful, pool is lovely, we snorkeled in front of the house. The cenote a 5 minute walk away is gorgeous for snorkeling and scuba diving. Mayan ruins in Tulum should not be missed! Come, stay, you’ll be so glad you did!

Our week at Casa Caribena was very relaxing!

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa only 8 steps from the ocean. Becca is a fantastic cook and was very attentive to our food requests and preferences. The villa was immaculate. The pool was great. We were 3 middle-aged couples looking for a relaxed vacation without a lot of running around. The location provided that opportunity. We ate at the Blue Sky Hotel for dinner one night, and it was wonderful. It is a very short walk from the villa. I would recommend a stop at the Chedraui supermarket in Cancun. We found the Chedraui offered more options than the Walmart in Cancun. If you want iced tea, bring your own tea bags.....none in the store!

Absolutely great!

We spend a week in November at Casa Caribeña. The flight to Cancun was smooth, the drive south to Tulum was easy, and the weather was great – but most of all, Casa Caribeñra was fabulous. Clean, breezy outside spaces, a beautiful pool, spotless bed and bathrooms, and the grounds were impeccable. What I may have enjoyed even more was not cooking or cleaning. Breakfast and dinner were prepared for us - authentic local cuisine by the way - and after a day kayaking, swimming in the cenotes or spending time at the yoga studio it was great to come back to fresh towels, clean rooms, and realizing someone made my bed. Very highly recommended.

Relaxing Vacation at the Perfect Location

Beautiful place, huge house and relaxing vacation. Our stay here was so relaxing and also so wonderful with the delicious meals. Some of us hung around the house almost the entire week and others went exploring, snorkeling, kayaking and to the ruins. We walked the beach, swam in the warm water and had a lot of room for all of us. There were 12 in our group. We wanted to take Lily and the other staff home with us. They are just one of the reasons why we loved this house. It is decorated lovely and has everything that you will need including the beach towels. I’m sure we will return to this house again.

Our Best Vacation Yet

We had the BEST vacation at Casa Caribena. We had extended family from young to older and all had a fantastic time!!! The house was incredibly clean and the cooked meals were to die for. It was so nice that no one had to worry about what the “gang” was going to eat for breakfast or dinner. Lily made a lot so we had left overs for lunch on a few days. The villa is huge and plenty of space, seating, etc. for all 12 of us. Having meals on the patio in front of the water was our favorite! The snorkeling was beautiful right there, we didn’t have to go anywhere else. We had a lot of fun on the kayaks also. They are great for a giggle that is for sure. We spent a lot of time on the roof since it had everything we needed as far as comfort with the living room and of course the roof pool. Having the bathroom up there also made things so convenient that you don’t ever have to come down! We will return to Casa Caribena again. We hope it will be soon!!
