Cape Cod Surf House tiene hermosos techos altos con muchas luces del cielo. Arriba, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama de tamaño completo, mesa de desayuno y una ventana grande con vistas a los bosques privados. También en el piso de arriba hay una zona de loft abierta con otra habitación con una cama de tamaño completo y muchas novelas populares. Perfecto para relajarse y leer un libro o hacer que los niños jueguen. En la planta baja hay un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales. También hay 3 cunas adicionales y un colchón de aire disponible con mucho espacio en la casa para utilizar las cunas. La sala de estar es un espacio increíble con techos altos con decoración moderna de surf y playa. El comedor tiene una gran mesa con capacidad para entre 8 y 10 personas. La cocina está equipada con refrigerador y estufa blancos nuevos. También muchas tazas, cubiertos, platos. Muebles de jardín y mesa de picnic en la terraza enorme con vistas a la zona boscosa privada. Parrilla al aire libre. Hamaca. Enorme lote con mucho estacionamiento.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable. So close to the main drag of New Buffalo, we were able to relax and have fun. Good communication. It's a cute older home, but very clean.

We loved the retro vibe of this property! Very clean and as advertised. LOVED having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and even beach towels! Enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of chairs for all. Right across the street from one of our favorite New Buffalo destinations--Redamack's. The owner communicated well and helped my son retrieve his sunglasses that he accidentally left in the property, which was very much appreciated.

Had a few mishaps while at the cottage but nothing is prefect and our hostess was attentive to our needs. Loved sitting at the big dining table playing games. Wonderful restaurants and bars nearby

Just okay. Not really walking distance to downtown. You'd have to walk through an industrial area to get to the shops. For instance, from the house to The Stray Dog, it's 1 mile. So I'd say, 1.5 miles to the beach. It's right on Buffalo Street, so you can hear the semi-trucks barreling by (50 mph) at all hours of the night. Window in the loft area with the AC unit needs curtains/blinds. The parking lot lights from the fast-food place next door shown through the window all night long. The white walls are filthy throughout the entire house. A coat of paint would do wonders. Carpet is office carpet (very thin) & no padding underneath. The bathroom sink gives you 3 inches of clearance to wash your hands. Shower has mold. Kitchen has ZERO counter space. Would be nice to get rid of the useless antique pop machine in the kitchen & purchase a moveable island. When we arrived, it was pouring with rain and the beam on the ceiling above the bathroom was dripping water onto the carpet. Maria said a roofer would be fixing this next weekend. Someone ripped off the password sticker on the modem, so it took a bit to reach Maria to get the password from her. New Buffalo seemed to be a dead zone for cell service.That said, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. There was plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. Our kids loved that there were beach toys & boogie boards to use at the beach. My husband and I loved the beach chairs and wagon that were available too.

Nice little home with everything we needed plus some! They had beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and most importantly a nice beach wagon to carry everything. They also provided the paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags, dish soap, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. A nice deck on the back made mornings with our coffee very relaxing.

Neat little place close to everything

This is the perfect girlfriend weekend getaway house. Walking distance to the downtown area. Plenty of room and clean beds. The owner is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! Thanks for all the quick responses. Only comments are there aren’t 3 bedrooms…. There are three rooms with beds but we made it work.

Great family house.

No issues at all, great area, and the yard was perfect for my three young boys to play in during the evening!!!! The house was great!!! Wished we could have stayed longer!!!

We loved this cute, comfortable, and cozy house. Very clean. Very bright. Nice towels and linens and super comfy beds. But, our favorite part of the property were the high, beamed ceilings and the outdoor deck. The deck is surrounded by foliage that softens the sounds of the highway. Perfect spot to sit, have a cup of coffee, and chat.

New Buffalo House

The house was great for a long weekend. The yard is big enough to play lawn games and it’s a short walk to downtown. P.S. don’t use the downstairs air conditioner if you stay here in the summer… it leaks and the floor is carpet.

From my island to New

I came from an island and this house far exceeded my expectations!Reminded me of back home!The house was awesome!Super clean.Super cool.Super fun!Can't wait to go there again.Loved the pepsi machine in the kitchen and the FREE SURFBOARDS!!!!

Close to town

Close to town, about 1/2 mile. We rode our bikes in & explored the downtown & the beach. Walked to brewery for dinner. Burger joint across the street. Backyard is beautiful & wooded, enjoyed relaxing on the deck in the evenings. Drawback is that the house is located on a busy road, lots of traffic noise.

Short Vacation

Well stocked and clean. Power went out our last night and it was in the 90's that day. I was a little surprised that none of the windows would open for ventilation. There are plenty of fans provided but some air would of helped. Overall a great place and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Clean and plenty of space

We had a great time, we took our 3 grand daughters with us. Roomy, with large dining room table. Our youngest son and his family rented a place a short distance away so we had a couple of large dinner parties with them. It is worth the drive to Warren Dunes State park, much nicer than the New Buffalo Beach. Would definitely rent again when the grandsons are a little older. Only mistake in the description is there is no washing machine.

It was such a pleasure having you and your wife along with ur granddaughters stay at Auggie's. Loved seeing all the children's books and movies being utilized. Your a great grand father and I'm sure your grand daughters will remember the time they spent at Auggie's with u guys. Love that u utilized the big table. That space was designed with big groups and families in mind. I apologize for the washing machine mistake. Profile was made thinking washing machine would have been installed by now. Glad u guys chose Auggie's.

This property was purchased for the purpose of deigning a surf house in the New Buffalo, Michigan. Surf houses like Auggie's Surf House exist all up the East Coast, California Coast, Hawaii, and Australia. But there wasn't one in the Third Coast. I wanted to give my customers a real surfing experience whether they surf or simply enjoy the surf and beach decor.

This property is unique in that it is in town yet offers private woods in the back. It is a large property equipped with an outdoor shower - large deck - fire pit. The inside is decorated for beach and surfing enthusiasts. Sure anyone can rent a house by a beach. This house was designed to give the customer a beach house and more. What's also great about this property is that you can drive up and park your car and leave it until it's time to leave New Buffalo. Walk to beach during day with provided surf boards and boogie boards. Stop by Third Coast Surf Shop and pick up some surf apparel. Hang out at the surf house after. Do some grilling on the deck. Then, at night, head out on foot to popular places like Redamacks, Stray Dog, and Buffalo Bills Bar-B-Q and more.
