In a listed, quiet and wooded condominium, renovated in 2019, located 800 meters from the port and the beach, 600 meters from the SNCF train station, we rent a renovated T3 in BANDOL with a magnificent panoramic sea view.

The apartment consists of:
- A large 25 m² terrace
- A stay
- A kitchen
- A bathroom + separate WC
- Two bedrooms, one with sea view

The equipment includes:
- Living room: HD Led TV
- Kitchen: Dishwasher / Traditional oven / Mirco waves oven / Coffee maker
- Shower room: Walk-in shower / washing machine / dryer

The apartment is air conditioned and has many parking spaces (free).

The condominium has a large swimming pool with panoramic sea views and a pétanque court.

Appartement avec vue splendide

La vue exceptionnelle est l atout majeur de cet appartement. La propriétaire est accessible et sympathique. Le centre de Bandol est très bondé en été et trouver une place reste très compliqué.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Appartement. Besonders die Terrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und Bandol haben wir geliebt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir dort verbracht - wenn wir nicht gerade unterwegs waren, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Alles war wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern war unkompliziert und hat gut geklappt.

La propriété était de bonne grandeur pour une famille de 5. La terrasse est parfaite et la vue exceptionnelle! Il ne manque que quelques petits trucs de dépannage au départ mais sinon tout est comme l’annonce. Merci une belle semaine
