It was a great pleasure for the whole family.

The house was beautiful and charming, well laid out inside and with plenty of different spaces outside to be together. Pool was excellent.

Villa Maravillas is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The house is big enough to spread out and have some privacy, but also has comfortable common areas to gather everyone together. The pool and garden area is beautiful and relaxing, perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee. The checkin process was easy and clearly explained. Key pickup was located at the office and not the house, but both locations are easy to find and just a few minutes drive from each other. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Super Villa in top Lage

Sehr tolles Haus mit unglaublich tollem Pool und Außenbereich. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Hervorzuheben ist auch die super Lage, in einer Gehminute Strand und Supermarkt erreichbar, sowie hervorragende Restaurants. Die Nachbarn sind absolut unverschämt. Sie drohten uns am ersten Tag, sofort bei der Anreise, dass sie die Polizei rufen falls wir ihrer Ansicht nach zu laut sind oder im Pool „rumbrüllen“ und uns rausschmeißen lassen, wie sie es anscheinend bei der Gruppe vor uns machten, welche angeblich jetzt im Knast sitzen. Was noch etwas unangenehm ist, wenn man kein Auto vor Ort hat, ist, dass man den Schlüssel in einem anderen Ort holen und auch dorthin zurückbringen muss. Unterkunft an sich perfekt!

Enjoyable Vacation but a few issues

We travelled as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The Villa was in a very tired state and in need of some TLC. It didn’t look anywhere near as nice as shown in the photographs. The Villa was full of ants when we arrived, all over the bedsheets. The furniture and decor was far from there prime condition. There were no glasses when we arrived so we had to buy our own plastic glasses. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the fridge kept overheating and therefore we were unable to keep the contents of the fridge cool enough. I must say however that I did report all of the issues to Slow Villas who responded promptly and tried their very best to resolve the situation. They sent the cleaners to the property to change the bed lined and delivered some glasses for us and agreed to a late checkout. On the positive side, the pool was nice and clean and the location was fantastic, in a central position and less than 5 mins from the beach.

Die Villa ist sehr schön. Der Garten und Pool ist super schön angelegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden und 2 Schlüssel für eine Gruppe ist ein bisschen wenig. Die Abwicklung über Slow Villas war super. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage, tolle Betreuung

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Fotos zeigen genau den Zustand der Fincka: nicht top modern, aber gepflegt. Für eine Reparatur wurde sofort ein Handwerker vorbeigeschickt. Supermarkt, Bus, Strand, Feierei - alles dicht bei. Da wir im März da waren, war es sehr kalt. In einem Schlafzimmer und unten im Wohnbereich gibt es keine Heizung. Aber im Sommer ist das kein Problem. Wir waren zu acht dort. Es gab Platz genug. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool sind toll, inkl. Zitronenbaum! 🍋 Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

This house was great for a large group! It was well equipped in the kitchen and had everything needed for a fun week in Mallorca. Only thing that would have made it better would be a heated pool and a bbq!
