Villa with private pool in El Arenal, located in a quiet residential area and only a 5-minute walk from the island's main tourist centre, with beaches, promenade, restaurants, leisure areas and all the necessary services for comfortable family or friends' holidays.



The villa has a large outdoor space with a private swimming pool and fully equipped garden, including sun loungers, outdoor furniture and barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate throughout the day.

Inside, a large bay window provides access to a spacious and bright living room with lounge and dining areas, directly connected to a modern fully equipped kitchen.



It comprises 5 spacious and well-distributed bedrooms as well as 4 complete bathrooms, allowing a comfortable stay for large groups or multiple families. Maximum capacity: 11 people. Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.



A comfortable villa, well located and functional to enjoy Majorca in complete peace and quiet.

All bookings include free water consumption, €50 of electricity consumption per stay and, in winter and if the property is equipped with it, €50 of non-electrical consumption (oil heating, gas or propane). Very disappointed for the price we paid. We specifically wanted a place with parking. While there is street parking, you do not have an assigned spot. There was space inside of the gate to park two cars, but we were not allowed to park there. The photos of the property are not accurate. The photos show bed throws and decorative pillows. That is all staging. There were no blankets on any of the beds. The beds only had a top sheet. I asked the manager about that they replied that they don't leave the blankets out in the summer because it is too hot. Isn't that for the guest to decide? Leave them in the house somewhere so the guests can use them if they would like. All of us ended us using towels and beach blankets to stay warm. There were ants in every bedroom and cockroaches in the kitchen. There was also mold in several of the bedrooms and showers. The shower in the bathroom near the kitchen is like showering in a phone booth. It is very small. One of the bathroom doors and one bedroom door did not lock. It would also be nice to have extra pillows in the closets for guest if they would like to use them. Positives were that the ac units in each room worked well, the pool was a nice temperature, and the location is only three blocks from the beach. That makes it very walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Side note: would be extra helpful for guests if you had beach toys, towels, umbrella, mats, cooler for their use. We left extras that we bought.

We’ve taken note of your comment about the blankets. As we’re in a tropical climate with very warm nights (between 28 and 30 °C), it’s not usual for us to provide them in our properties. We recommend keeping the air conditioning at a comfortable temperature of 24–25 °C or switching it off if the room gets too cool. Even so, we sincerely appreciate your suggestion, as it helps us to take care of every detail and continue to improve. It was a pleasure to have you stay with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back very soon and offer you a perfect stay.

Massive outside area

Its a great villa - pool was great. BBQ provided which was lovely. Close to everything but far enough away from it too if that makes sense. Peaceful and with a massive garden area/ terrace. No comments

Nice villa

We were very satisfied about the villa. Lots of space and the rooms are very nice. The villa is situated in a quiet place. The only negative thing was the tennis court next to the villa. Early in the morning you will hear the tennis players hitting the ball. All over was the price quality of the villa very good. No comments

We stayed in Villa Santander for a week with 6 friends and it was more than great Everything we needed was available and the property was really spacious and clean. Before and during our stay our contact Marc made sure to check up on us and answer any questions we had. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definately recommend this place No comments

Excellent Place to stay

This place was well equipped and the host was very friendly. This is very close to the beach - 5 minutes walk and you reach the beach and the main happening place. The only one big problem with this villa was that none of the bathroom and toilets has latch to lock the doors. So all the time you are Inside either you make a noisemake a paper cutting and hang it out ( .. rest we enjoyed the stay. No comments

Great Stay

Our party stayed in the villa for the month of March. The property was beautiful and very spacious. The common living areas were perfect for the amount of people living in the house. Just a short walk up from the beach, the house was in a great location while also being fairly quiet. We would definitely recommend the spot and would rebook again for revisits to Palma. The only issues we ran into during our stay was that the fridge was a little small for the 8 people we had staying in the house, and some of the shared bedrooms were a little bit cramped to be shared between adults. Other than that we all had a fantastic stay and would recommend staying here!

Great Stay

Very nice and secluded, but needs and upgrade

Really great location on a quiet street, but not far from the beach and restaurants -about 10 min walk-. The house is really great, but the outdoor furniture need an upgrade, it is tired and not matching, there are also a lot of dead plants on tha deck that brings down the impression. It could be GREAT if the invested some money in new outdoor furniture and fixed it up a bit. Would still recommend this house. The company we rented from were excellent and got us extra sunbeds, food on arrival and were really service minded. No comments

Fantastic location and great for a large group

Stayed for a long weekend with a large group -12 people- and could not have asked for a better place to stay. - Host was very friendly and had provided some drinks for us already chilled on arrival. - The grounds are spacious and nice to relax in -especially the sun loungers around the pool area-. - The pool was clean and larger than expected, although it's not big enough to properly swim in. - The sun terrace is great for relaxing in the sun -or shade of the house-, although the plastic patio chairs could be improved. The best thing is the location as the villa is in a quiet street, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants as well as the enormous beach For the price, you couldn't get a better villa -and I looked through a lot before selecting this one-. No comments

Für ne Männersauftour perfekt.

Der Service und die Reaktionszeit über WhatsApp sind vorbildlich. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Grundstück wurde dieses Jahr verbessert. Stockbetten wurden durch normale Betten ersetzt, das ist viel besser. Die Poolleiter ist immer noch defekt und die Küche bräuchte auch mal neue Möbel.

Fantastic holiday home, simply perfect

Waren eine Gruppe von zwölf Leuten, trotzdem gab es ausreichend Platz im Haus Duschen etwas eng, aber genau wie die Toiletten voll funktionstüchtig Hausbeschreibung spiegelte genau die Gegebenheiten wieder Ein Reinigungsteam säuberte die Wohnung vor dem Einzug perfekt Außenbereich rießig, Anlage und Pool top gepflegt Die komplette Organisation lief reibungslos, sehr nette Betreuung Sehr ruhige Gegend, Nachbarn unauffällig 10min Fußweg zum Strand Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder No comments

Fantástica propiedad para vacaciones

La villa sin duda fue un completo acierto . Un jardín enorme y una terraza junto al salón donde se puede estar tranquilamente durante el día o por la noche sin hacer mucho ruido . Es un barrio muy tranquilo y lo mejor fue el trato recibido por la agencia , muy simpáticos y siempre atento . La casa por dentro es perfecta ya que hay hueco para todos sin problema . La casa está al lado de la playa y de la zona de garitos . Muy recomendable No comments

- Die Kaffeemaschine ein sehr billiges Produkt und ist nicht in Ordnung. Die Pumpe scheint fehlerhaft zu sein. - Das Wasser lief in den Duschen - nicht gut ab. - Die Außenbeleuchtung nicht. - Leider kam aus der Außendusche am Pool kein Wasser. Ansonsten war die Finca top. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Ausstattung. Der Service von PorticVillas ist super. Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr eine Buchung über PorticVillas!
