Monti Deluxe - Terrace Spectacular View

Monti Deluxe is a refined apartment situated on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building on "Via Palermo" corner of "Via del Boschetto", in the charming Monti district and within walking distance of many tourist attractions including Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and Trevi Fountain. At about 500 meters there is the metro stop (line B "Cavour") and several bus lines.



The apartment has a perimeter terrace, accessible from all rooms, where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Colosseum and the historic center of Rome. At sunset the view is very impressive.



Monti Deluxe is large about 95 sqm and have two double bedrooms, living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals and has a fridge, oven, dishwasher.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine and WiFi Internet access. In the living room, there is a Smart TV.

We provide linens and towels for all guests.



The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.



The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).



Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time. 



We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

A great place to stay

This is a good apartment, close to many attractions and there are several restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t use it much as we were only staying for a few days.

Just what needed.

The apartment was perfect for us, a family of four with two teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious with spectacular views. We had excellent communication throughout our stay with easy to follow instructions. The apartment is perfectly placed for travel around the city. Not only walking distance to the colosseum but also close to the train station and metro. Not a criticism just an observation, the recycling bin map could need updating as we struggled to locate the ones on your map. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We only stayed there one night, but the apartment is great . Has a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. clean and safe building with an elevator. Just one bathroom so that could have been an issue for our family of 5 if we had stayed longer. would definitely recommend

Outstanding Rome rental

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. This apartment was a great size for the four of us to spread out. The terrace is amazing. The location is close to anything you could need, markets, coffee shop, restaurants. The view from the terrace of the city makes you feel like a local. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The management team was great to work with and the check in/check out was simple.

The response of host was great. They took care of any issues we had. The only suggestion I had was that they leave instructions for the stove.

It was the perfect stay for us. Location was perfect. The atmosphere and the terrace were picture perfect. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. No complaints. You should have. Scheduled preventative maintenance program for the properties. Pick a day once a month and do a deep cleaning and touch up paint. Deep clean from ceiling to floors. It keeps them fresh with limited effort after your first PM Deep clean

Alessandra reacted quickly and was very helpful. Location and view is very good. Dishwasher is noisy, vacuum cleaner does not work, furniture and equipment is not deluxe anymore. Sheets and towels are worn down. The pictures of the flat on the website were taken some time ago.

Quick but Perfect

Great place to stay! Very close to everything. Easy walk to the Coliseum. Very quick response from property management before and during our stay. The transportation company they set us up with picked us up from the airport and delivered us the next day to our ship for a cruise. They were very friendly and on time for both. Transportation was a little pricey, but worth it when you don't know where you're going and don't know the language. We only stayed one night, but it was a perfect. THANK YOU!!

We spent a few amazing days in this apartment and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Waking up every morning to that iconic view felt surreal. The apartment itself was exactly what we needed: beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The living spaces were bright and cozy, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even with the vibrant atmosphere outside, the apartment stayed quiet and peaceful inside. Being able to walk to so many historical landmarks, restaurants, and cafes made our trip even more special. If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Rome with comfort and style — and that unbeatable Colosseum view — this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back! The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower drain was partially clogged, and the water pressure was quite low — not a big issue for a short stay, but definitely something to fix for future guests.

Great location. Apartment quite rundown compared to pictures online. Needs basic appliances and not well presented. Quite underwhelming to be honest. Bathroom not clean and balcony had mops and buckets and other clutter….. and dirty.
