Great place for holidays

The house is in a good place, very close to Binissalem. It is also equipped well.The house is big enough for 6 adults, inside and outside. Francesco is a very friendly landlord.

wonderful oasis

This is a beautiful house with a very welcoming owner. It is conveniently located in the middle of the island but it was tempting to spend all our time in the house, enjoying the lovely swimming pool, with its great views, the games room etc.

This finca is a great central location from which to explore the island. We travelled to Alcudia and Cala Milloer in our hire car, and also used the train to get into Palma. There is a train station in Binissalem, but we found it easier to drive to Es Caulls where there is ample free parking at the shopping centre. From there, it's a 2 minute walk to the station and the fare for the 30 minutes train ride is less than 2.The house itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is lovely, and the surroundings of the house are beautiful (there's a great view of the Serra Tramuntana from the garden).Xisco the owner was friendly and responsive to communication.Binissalem is a lovely small town with some good restaurants (we are at Volver and Es Pdal).Overall, highly recommended.

Wir wurden von Xisco bei unserer Ankunft persönlich empfangen. Haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Anwesen ist liebevoll gepflegt und es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck ist genug vorhanden (man muss nicht gleich nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine laufen lassen).

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Alles da was man braucht. Küche toll ausgestattet schon mal ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank, Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürze alles vorhanden. Billiard, Federball, Volleyball, Basketball Fahrräder toller Pool was will man mehr . Picobello sauber und ein super Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Magnifique Séjour

Une propriété idéalement placée pour visiter l'île. Palma est à 20 minutes en voiture, tout est à moins d'une heure de route ! Et pour ceux qui n'ont pas de voiture, il y a à moins de 2 km à pied la gare de Binissalem avec des trains tous les 15 minutes. La maison est grande, climatisée et très agréable et bien équipée. Superbe piscine à débordement (l'eau était à 31 °C mi-juillet). Une belle vue sur la Sierra de Tramuntana de puis les transats à l'ombre. Un séjour idéal. Xisco est accueillant et très sympathique. Location vivement conseillée pour visiter Majorque et à l'intérieur des terres pour la tranquillité !

Eine kleine Oase für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Die Finca bietet ein sehr gutes Rundum-Paket: eine sehr gute Lage, ein geräumiges Haus mit praktischer Raumaufteilung, einem grosszügigen Aussenbereich und Garten, und einer Einrichtung die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt, inkl. Klimaanlage. Es hat sogar Fahrräder, ein Billardtisch, ein Volleyballnetz, ein Basketballkorb und natürlich den Pool… perfekt für eine Familie. Die Umgebung ist friedlich und man ist ungestört, trotzdem ist man in Kürze auf der Autobahn Richtung Inca/Palma. Auch Xisco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit sofort reagiert wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Ideal para familias

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en familia, tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar. La casa es muy tranquila ya que no hay tráfico cerca y la localización en la isla es perfecta para hacer excursiones, ya que está prácticamente a la misma distancia de cualquier destino. En el pueblo hay varios restaurantes para comer y cenar además de supermercados. Xisco es un anfitrión muy amable, nos dejó la casa totalmente preparada y pudimos contactar con él durante todo momento. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería sólo que las camas individuales se quedan pequeñas para un adulto, ya que son de 90cm.

Eine tolle kleine Finca mit super Austattung, schönem Pool und super netten Vermieter! Die Einrichtung sowie Spiel und Sportgeräte sorgen dafür, dass man sich wie Zuhause fühlt. Es stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Alles was man benötigt und sogar eine Grundausstattung an Duschbad, Shampoo u.a. war vorhanden, so dass man ersteinmal versorgt ist. Der Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank machte den Urlaubsstart perfekt.

Perfect in every way

We looked at a lot of properties before deciding and this one stood out over the others for us. I’m very glad to say it exceeded our expectations! The villa is beautiful and the ground well maintained and spacious! The villa was comfortable, roomy and well equipped and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A great place for peace and tranquility, for just chilling out around the pool, playing pool or watching the local wildlife; the chickens living near by were particularly friendly! Great outdoor space with plenty of tables and comfy seating to enjoy the best of the days and nights there. Being situated almost right in the middle of Mallorca and not far from the motorway the villa is ideal for exploring all over the island; even the longest journey we made took less than an hour. It has Binissalem right on the doorstep for restaurants and smaller shops and then Inca less than 10km away for bigger shops and an amazing market on a Thursday; well worth a visit. Booking through Home Away was easy and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful; communication with Xisco was easy through the Home Away messaging service and reply’s were alway quick and helpful. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended!

Super séjour en famille

Location très agréable où nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à Majorque. La maison est très agréable dans un environnement reposant et magnifique. Perfekt!

Xisco ist ein geduldiger, freundlicher und sehr aufgeschlossener Vermieter, der uns direkt mit Infos über Mallorca und die nähere Umgebung versorgte. Bei der Ankunft waren bereits Getränke vorhanden. Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit Kindern dort und es fehlte tatsächlich an nichts. Ein Traum. Die Lage ist wunderschön; ideal zum Entspannen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank an Xisco.

Wunderschön

Wir können die Finca uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. In den Ort kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen und in einem der gemütlichen Restaurants sehr gut essen. Xisco ist ein sehr lieber und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Ruhige Finca mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge

Wir haben 12 tolle Tage in einem wunderschönem, sehr sauberen Haus verbracht. Auch das Aussengelände ist liebevoll angelegt und wird wie der Pool regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Finca liegt einsam in mitten von Feldern am Ortsrand von Binissalem und bietet einen mallorcinischen Flair. Die Ausstattung ist besser als Standardmäßig, wobei das Geschirr leider offen steht und es für 6 Personen nicht ausreichend wäre. Wir waren zu dritt und es fehlten oft Gläser oder Tassen, sowie Salatschüsseln. Die Auflagen für die Poolliegen sind sehr dünn, welches den Komfort schmälert. Wir haben trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und können uns auch vorstellen nochmals hier Urlaub zu machen. Danke an Xisco für die Aufmerksamkeiten im Kühlschrank und das Infomaterial über Mallorca und Binissalem. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.

Schöne Finca, toller Urlaub, klasse Vermieter

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr authentisch mallorquin, es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter hat selbst lange dort gelebt. A propos Vermieter: Xisco ist der perfekte, jederzeit superfreundliche Gastgeber, der bei Fragen immer und schnell behilflich ist. Wir haben uns bei ihm sehr wohlgefühlt, fast als Freunde. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen für alle Finca-Liebhaber in der Inselmitte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
