Emerald Dunes 404 is centrally located right in the heart of this exclusive beachfront destination. This three bedroom residence has been professionally remodeled and offers dazzling views of the glistening gulf waters that extend as far as one can see. The furnishings are both elegant and stylish, which provides a decidedly upscale ambiance. The main living area has plenty of cushy seating for everyone, a flat panel HDTV, and sliding glass doors that graciously lead out onto the breezy beachfront balcony. The dining area offers a generously sized wood dining table, six chairs and additional bar seating. The open kitchen is designed with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal.

Our master bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed sitting adjacent to a picture window which offers a seriously impressive view of the emerald waters of the Gulf. The en suite master bathroom has a dressing vanity area, an additional vanity, an oversized shower with custom tile work, and a whirlpool bathtub. There is a beautifully decorated guest bedroom with a king bed, brand new mattress (Fall 2024), a flat panel HDTV, and comfortable seating. The bunk room offers a twin bed, a full bed, a trundle twin bed, and a flat panel HDTV. Both guest bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. For your convenience, there is a stackable front load washer and dryer located in the unit.

Crystal Beach in Destin is named for the unique composition of pure shimmering quartz crystal sands that makes The Emerald Coast world renowned. The sparkling sugar white sandy shore borders the ever changing translucent, emerald toned waters of the Gulf. Crystal Beach is on Scenic Gulf Drive and borders the Destiny community towards the East and the expansive Henderson Beach State Park towards the West. This convenient Crystal Beach location is just blocks away from the upscale shopping village of Destin Commons complete with a myriad of designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants and a state of the art Multiplex Theater. A Publix Grocery Store and other shops and restaurants are also close by. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
