The villa was rustic and very quiet, which is what we required. Very clean and comfortable

Self catering. The quietness of the area Old and poor TV that we gave up on. Yes satellite is installed and excellent if you understand Germanonly want to watch BBC world news. Pity we couldn',t stream to the TV from iPad it would have been useful, at times.

Wir hatten zu zweit dort wunderschöne Tage. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Besonders hat uns die Privatsphäre gefallen. Der Ausblick. Die Außenküche. Man hat super viel Platz. Einmal am Tag kam jemand für den Garten und der Pool war immer super sauber! Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen und gerne für längere Zeit. Das Einzige was man wissen muss ist, dass man dort ein Auto benötigt und kurz vor der Unterkunft auch vorsichtig fahren sollte. Aber alles in allem war es sehr sehr gut!

Gorgeous location and amazing villa and especially pool !

The outside area was amazing - beautiful pool, lovely gardens, lots of seating and a bbq area. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was stunning actually. The nice gentleman maintaining the pool and garden was friendly and totally unobtrusive. It was good to feel someone was keeping an eye and it was only for a short time each day.The agents looking after the villa were very responsive. The road is very narrow so if hiring a car bear this mind!

it’s our second time staying here and we love the property, located between pollenca port and pollen

we love the gardens and the features of the property which is traditional, the clean pool, location of the property. we would have liked notice as to when the owner turned up to clean the pool, as we never knew when to expect him, although he is lovely and friendly we do like our privacy, perhaps an agreed time for his arrival would be better in the future.

La maison est au calme suffisamment éloignée de la ville pour éviter le bruit.Coupure d',électricité lors d',un petit orage ayant pour conséquence la coupure de l',eau. Beaucoup de consignes ",Attention ne pas...",, mais rien sur la localisation du disjoncteur bien caché, la localisation du lave-linge (d',ailleurs disfonctionnel) non indiquée (à l',extérieur de la maison) et téléviseur en panne.Il faut savoir que le propriétaire, très gentil, vient sur le terrain tous les jours vers 9h pour vérifier la piscine et faire un peu de jardinage et se gare toujours devant le portail . Plus d',électricité = plus d',eau, et tous ces petits dysfonctionnements.

Sehr schöne Finca im Norden Mallorcas zwischen Pollenca und Port de Pollenca

tolle Lage mit viel Privatsphäre, sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit tollem Pool, Grundstück ist von Obstbäumen und Weinreben umgeben viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, überdachte Terrassen, ganz toller Grillbereich ausgezeichneter Service (Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden umgehend behoben, eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden ersetzt, wirklich top!!!) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Wochenmärkte, alles in fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Man darf keine Lebensmittel offen liegenlassen, ansonsten lockt man sofort Ungeziefer an (Ameisen, Spinnen, Kleintiere). Es standen uns aber zwei Kühlschränke zur Verfügung, so dass wir genügend Platz zur Aufbewahrung hatten.

Fabulous villa

Just returned from a fabulous stay at this villa. Pool is great, the grounds are huge, views are beautiful, location is great. To give a bit more information about the location; there are two supermarkets within a couple of minutes driver. You can drive into Puerto Pollenca in about 5 mins. It's not possible to walk to a bar or restaurant but you can very easily get a taxi to either Pollenca or Puerto Pollenca for about 10 euros.

Nice, quiet villa near Port de Pollenca

The outside of the villa (garden and the pool) is really nice. All the necessities are there (dish washer, lots of clean towels, kitchen utensils etc). The smell of the villa (add some scented candles or smth like this) and internet connection - should be at disposal from day one.

Toller Finca Urlaub

Rundherum alles super geklappt. Vor allem das Verhalten während der Coronaviruskrise war vorbildlich. Solange keiner wusste wie es weitergeht wurde die Schlusszahlung verschoben und frühzeitig ein Gutschein für die Anzahlung und eine Kündigung angeboten. Ein wenig hat gestört, dass der Besitzer täglich ein bis zwei Mal für 1-2 Stunden vorbeigeschaut hat. Er war sehr nett, man fühlte sich aber so ein bisschen überwacht. Auch wenn er nur im Garten gerödelt hat.

Schöne Finca im marlloquinischen Stil mit Privatsphäre

Die Lage und der Stil des Hauses ist traumhaft. Die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus bieten alles, was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu bekommen. Absolute Privatsphäre ist gegeben. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und Mitte der Woche wurden Handtücher gewechselt und Toiletten gereinigt. Kleinigkeiten im Haus sind zu erneuern. -Bodenbretter in Kommode -beide Türen im ersten Schlafbereich schließen nicht - Duscharmatur im großen Bad defekt - Furnier Phonoschrank löst sich.

Maison au calme

Villa située dans un verger au calme mais tout proche de la mer et de Port Pollenca. Belle piscine. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Très satisfait de la villa qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. Prestations de qualité pour le linge, la vaisselle à disposition, la climatisation (silencieuse et efficace), l’électroménager, le WIFI. Bref, tout était parfait pour passer de merveilleuses vacances comme chez soi ! Relation avec l'agence rapide et efficace. Les indications pour trouver la maison étaient très claires. Récupération des clés très pratique. Région très jolie et épargnée par le béton en front de mer.

Good but could be better. I would give it 3 and a half stars

Lovely location and outside area very private, calming and relaxing. Pool, barbecue area and garden furniture were all a very good standard. We enjoyed lovely evenings eating in the garden. The house was reasonably comfortable but not as clean as we would have liked. Under the beds and under furniture was very dusty with fluff and cobwebs. That was difficult with a 3 year old as they spend a lot of time on the floor. There did not seem to be a vacuum cleaner and the maid service seemed to only stretch to changing towels and sheets. The dusty floors were just left. The kitchen was functional but cutlery, dishes and glasses were a strange collection. The dishwasher threatened to tip everything out when the door was opened. The oven burnt the first few things we tried to heat in it. There were no instructions for this appliance nor were there any instructions in English for the washing machine. There was a tumble dryer listed on the facilities and we thought it must be a washer/dryer but in the absence of instructions we were not able to use this on our only wet day. We were very late to arrive and shops were closed. We would have appreciated a few more items in the welcome pack. We have rented many properties in Majorca and in other locations and there have always been basics like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea etc. It is extremely unusual for there to be nothing left from previous guests. We searched for spare light bulbs but unsuccessfully. With a little more thought to the needs of weary travellers this could have been a better experience. It would have been a nice gesture if someone from the rental company had contacted us to check if things were OK. However, we had a really good time. Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful location and we never tire of it. The weather was perfect making it possible to live outside. The location and setting of this property is idyllic and with a few tweeks this could be an amazing rental.
