Villa Carev is a privately owned self contained Villa in Oasis 1, it can sleep 4 people, has 1 bedroom with a king size orthopaedic mattress & bed with a choice of memory foam or traditional pillows, ceiling fan, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle,oven, hob, Extractor fan, all crockery & utensils including wine glasses, breakfast bar with 2 stools), living room (with ceiling fan) with a pull out metal framed bed settee, Wifi, 42" SMART TV, dining table with 4 chairs, downstairs front garden terrace With BBQ, wicker style bench, chairs and coffee table. A roof sun terrace, a large rear Garden with another table and chair set and adjustable sun loungers. From Villa Carev there are stunning views over the mountains and the ocean. If you prefer we can have a hamper ready for your arrival (There are 2 types-Basic & Luxury) which is especially useful if you are arriving late.


Origo Mare: Origo mare which is the development were Villa Carev is located is made of 12 private landscaped Oasis’s each consisting of 50 properties that are well spread out each having their own front and rear gardens and each Oasis having a swimming pool, Tennis and racket ball courts. Origo Mare covers 400 acres along the beautiful untouched beach of Majanicho, perfect for walking, sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing and any other water sports.

Things to do:: Things to do in Fuerteventura include:
-Visit the zoo
-Go to the water parks, 1 is situated on site, the other is just at the top of the Correlejo main strip
-Go to the Market in Correlejo (Monday & Friday) next to the water park
-Take kite surfing/ wind surfing/ surfing lessons
-Go on a camel ride
-Hire a push bike or Trike
- Visit Los Lobos which is a little island just off the coast of Fuerteventura(15 min from Correlejo)
- Visit Lanzarote by foot or car (From Correlejo)

Fantastic peaceful stay

Loved the area very peaceful and apartment very clean and cooking facilities adequate. Loved the front Garden beautiful flowers and lovely view at the back and to top it off the roof terrace was perfect and great views also. Loved the street and very easy by car to El Cotillo and Corralejo. Melissa was very helpful and we were able to stay longer as our flight was the evening, so was able to enjoy another day in this wonderful apartment. The Volcano was fantastic nearby worth a trip

We had a great stay in this property, it is in an unspoilt area close to 2 towns with all you need. A car is required to access the surrounding areas, climbing the local volcano is a must , lovely places to eat in cottilo, the area is safe and quiet ideal for kids, small pool is gorgeous and quiet. Great value for money , we would definitely return .

Property is in need of a little TLC. Outside furniture at the front needs replacing and inside could do with redecorating and updating. That said we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Villa Carev

We had a great stay at Villa Carev. The house is full equipped to have an enjoyable vacation. The Resort has all kind of facilities for those who want to enhance their vacation feelings. We enjoyed the front and back garden very much as well the sun roof. The views are amazing from the roof. For sure we will rent the house again when we shall plan again a holiday in Fuerteventura. One point of interest: in my opinion, a rental car is mandatory since the Villa is in an unspoiled part of the island and therefor to get anywhere a car is essential.

Relaxing.

Unfortunately, the breakfast bar was broken and propped up on books, we believe this is being addressed, but we feel we should have been informed as it was dangerous. Also, someone was supposed to have brought a key for the pool area, no one arrived. The positives, the house is homely, set in a quiet area with uninterreputed views of the coast and Lanzarote. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, the king-size bed and pillows very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. The WiFi was constant, and books and dvds in the house, constant hot water. Communication with the host was good, and the neighbours lovely and very helpful. The pool is a 2 minute walk. As previously mentioned, a car is required, but Lajares is 7 mins away and has a few amenities, Corallejo and El Cotillo about 20 mins , they have everything required. We have had a lovely time and would return.

Nice property if some details addressed

The property is in the north of the island close to all the major natural attractions. As long as you rent a car you'll be fine. We arrived late after dark. The drive was a mission as the property is on an resort which is down some very long country roads. It took a bit of back and forwards in the resort itself to find the property. The property itself was just ok. It would be great little place to stay if some little details were addressed. Some of which made the stay frustrating. Not sure why they haven't been sorted. The front door lock jams and takes a fair few attempts to unlock the door. This happened every single day on our return from trips. The advert says kettle and toaster but both are missing. There was a kettle to use on the hob but it was very rusty inside. We messaged the owner and were promised a toaster which never came. Ended up making tea and coffee in the microwave and toast in the frying pan. Not ideal. The curtains were not blackout so we not able to get bedroom dark. We worked out how to lower the security shutters and used them all week to darken the room. The lounge curtains had broken hooks so were looking very sad. The villa had not been cleaned at all well with food crumbs still on the coffee table, dining table and front room floor. The floor was very dusty and we used slippers all week. When we wanted to use the oven, there were no oven trays to place your food onto to cook it. The bathroom door jammed on the floor and had to be shoved hard every time you went in or out of the room. The walk-in shower needs a curtain as you flooded the bathroom every time you had a shower. We ended up bringing the mop in to use after every shower. The back garden was unkempt, full of weeds and messy with a barbeque that has seen better days. It was dirty and full of ash but even if clean it desperately needs replacing. We were overall disappointed with our stay as these niggles would be easy to resolve and really should be taken care of so as to make the stay for every renter so much more enjoyable.

La zona es preciosa y es un buen lugar para ir en familia, tanto por el jardín como por la piscina. Hemos estado a gusto y los niños han disfrutado. El apartamento es pequeño pero práctico para unas vacaciones. Como aspectos a mejorar la limpieza y que tenía muchos rincones descuidados (sobretodo en el exterior).Por otra parte no pudimos entrar al Crater Park ya que era solo para clientes del hotel.Aún así, nuestra valoracion es buena, nos ha gustado la tranquilidad del lugar y lo recomiendo.

Helemaal GEEN verblijf!

Door een familiaal/medisch probleem van de eigenaar was niets geregeld. We konden daardoor niet terecht in het gehuurde huis. Vervolgens is niemand, ook VRBO op geen enkele wijze bereikbaar! Mijn partner is vanaf kindsbeen diabetes-1 waarvoor zulke stresssituaties absoluut ongewenst zijn. Conclusie: zware afrader als organisatie.

A welcome winter break

After 2 years of not being able to travel abroad we were in need of a little getaway from the winter weather and hussle and bustle of the UK. The property is located on a large but very quiet complex with far reaching views of the coast. The villa is compact but has everything you need, including a comfortable bed! A car is essential but the towns of Lajares, El Cottillo and Corralejo are within 15 - 30 minutes on well maintained roads. Communication with the owners was really good and we loved out stay, thank you!

Bei Ankunft Garten Liegen defekt. Baum und Gartenschnitt in 8 Schwarzen Säcken liegen gelassen. Vermieterin wollte sich darum kümmern nichts ist passiert. Möbel sehr abgewohnt. Keine öffentlicher Bus um mal in einen anderen Ort zu kommen. Tagesticket vom Hotel kostet 18 Euro pro Person. Es war schon enttäuschend. Wir hatten uns das etwas anders vorgestellt.

Kleines Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung.Die Dachterasse ist toll zum Sonnenbaden.TV Sender nur in englisch und spanisch.Die Küchenausstattung ist gut,alles nötige war vorhanden.Kleiner Supermarkt in der Hotelanlage,für größere Einkäufe ist der Eurospar in Corralejo zu empfehlen,dort bekommt man alles zu einem guten Preis.Ein Auto zu mieten ist ratsam,da die Wohnanlage ziemlich abgelegen ist.Ich war vier Wochen dort und habe es sehr genossen.Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.Vielen Dank an Carline und Kevin

Estupenda vivienda para disfrutar del norte de la isla. Con todas las comodidades y con una tranquilidad total. No le doy 5 estrellas porque la piscina no estaba muy limpia y a veces la cerraban a las 17:00!! Aunque reconocemos que no es culpa de los propietarios sino de la comunidad de propietarios... En resumen: recomendable.

We hebben een heerlijke anderhalve week gehad in dit huisje, fijn en compleet keukentje en een heerlijk bed. We vonden het ook erg fijn dat de slaapkamer helemaal donker kon. Daarnaast ook niet erg lang rijden naar Corralejo of El Cotillo. Een hele fijne vakantie, dankjewel!

Ruhiges angenehmes Quartier für zwei Personen. Netter abgeschiedener Garten und Dachterrasse zum Sonnen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, nur Kaffeemaschine fehlte. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Keine deutschen TV-Programme. Viel Abendprogramm im nahegelegenen Hotel. Ohne Mietauto nicht sinnvoll.

MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT THE PROPERTY BACK IN 2005 AND HAVE ENJOYED SOME GREAT HOLIDAYS AT THE HOUSE, ESPECIALLY SINCE HAVING CHILDREN AS THE FRONT GARDEN IS ENCLOSED SO IS SECURE FOR THEM AND THE POOL BEING SO CLOSE AND ENCLOSED IS A HUGE BONUS FOR US.

BECAUSE IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO ENJOY A HOLIDAY IN THE SUN AND IS VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED ESPECIALLY WITH THE AMENITIES ON SITE BEING SO CLOSE. THERE ARE NOT MANY PLACES THAT YOU CAN STAY THAT HAS BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN AND SEA VIEWS AND ALSO WITHIN A 2 MINUTE WALK FROM THE HOUSE BE IN A 5 STAR WATERPARK.

What makes this property unique

Origo Mare is located north-east of Fuerteventura, close to Lajares. Villa Carev has front and back gardens and a roof Sun terrace . Leisure facilities include, entertainment, restaurants and shops are concentrated in an area near the 5 star hotels reception area. At the hotel there is also wifi. This is where lies what is known as 'The Craterpark', which is a water park area of 5000 m² with swimming pools, a wave machine and numerous age appropriate slides. Over 40 activities are offered on Origo Mare such as18 hole mini golf, tennis and paddle courts, mountain bike hire, surfboard hire & lessons, childrens play area and a gym. Children and teens clubs are free (subject to availability) for 3-17 years. There are restaurants and bars for you to enjoy. All of this is located less than 200m from the house which takes just a couple of minutes to get to.
