Excellent, location is perfect!

Park shore resort is a hidden gem. This unit had everything we needed for a long stay and the location within the resort was much quieter than other units we’ve stayed in. Our host was easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to our next visit!

Two single beds were broken and no response from owner during stay. Furniture and decor a bit disappointing. Two beach chairs small and uncomfortable.

I'm sorry you couldn't get in touch with ludi, he was in the hospital the last two weeks and passed away from pancreatic cancer. The two twin beds in the second bedroom are not broken, not sure what you meant by that. My apologies you didn't enjoy your stay in the newly renovated apartment.

Great location. Wi-Fi was a little intermittent. Resort pool-there was definitely a struggle to get pool chairs. Thankfully owner had given us the beach pass to go to the beach.

Me and my wife Angie bought Park Shore resort in 2006, love coming down here with the kids when they were small it's a Great location, great resort we love it here. We are from up north in New Jersey where we are both in the hospitality industry in private country club and my wife in the city club so we understand hospitality. We would love to host and also receive feedback on how we can improve and make all of our guests stay more enjoyable.

Why they chose this property

We are in one of the best neighborhoods of Naples, parkshore resort is within walking distance to Publix Walgreens restaurants shops and much more, waterside shops mercado, 5th avenue, 3rd Street is just 7 minutes away. Clampas Beach is 3 minute drive,

Naples zoo, museum, philharmonica is minutes away, there is a lot more to list wish I don't have the space, you will not be disappointed with the location guaranteed!

What makes this property unique

Each unit at parkshore resort is privately owned, my unit has mostly high-end furnishing kitchen supplies amenities and much more, I take my guest seriously and make sure that their stay succeeds there expectation.
