The space
Walk into this Streamside Victorian Retreat and you'll be greeted by 1890's historic design features such as vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, rock gas fireplace, crown molding, and hardwood floors. The main level walks out to the flagstone bistro patio with firepit, tree canopy and antique Edison style light bulbs that sits adjacent to the year-round stream!! We strive to provide an environment where you can create memories that will last a lifetime.

HOUSE:
Designed for Your Comfort - Keep warm and cozy in the winter with hot water baseboard heat. We install window AC units in all bedrooms and living room to help maintain a comfortable stay during the warmer months.

1 KING BEDROOM, 2 QUEEN BEDROOMS, 1 FLEX BEDROOM & 2 BATHROOMS:
The main level bedroom has a queen sized bed with high-end plush mattress with adjacent full sized bathroom with large shower and plenty of natural light.

The upstairs is a fun getaway back in time. The streamside bedroom features a king size bed while the second bedroom features a queen size bed, both with high-end plush mattresses and feature contemporary furniture and fixtures. The large full bathroom has a festive decor and rain shower. The TV library bedroom with built-in bookshelves has an original fireplace with remote candles. The two folding chairs convert into twin beds for some added lounging space.

LIVING:
The living room has a lovely queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen television, and several original leaded windows. A lovely rock gas fireplace will help make a winter time visit warm and cozy.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The festive kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking at home a pleasurable experience. You'll find a gas stove, original pine cabinets, and open floor plan. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and has an exquisite dining set that will allow you to reminisce about your vacation.

LAUNDRY:
The main floor game room contains a full sized washer/dryer to help keep up with the dirty clothes you create while exploring the mountains.

ENTERTAINMENT:
The primary feature of this home and the namesake of the property is the stream side forest setting that will help you create a lifetime of memories during your visit to Colorado Springs. There is a fire pit, adirondack seating, bistro lighting, BBQ, and patio table that seats 8.

The main level has a game room with a foosball table and photo booth area with circus decor. Imagine the fun you can have!

The GAME GARAGE will be a highlight for all - featuring giant chess, checkers and connect-4 games and fun seating for all.

There are three off-street parking spots provided by the back patio of the house.

Enjoy the entire custom stream side vintage home - this is exclusively a vacation rental, no personal artifacts are onsite.

RESPECT TOWARD NEIGHBORS:
We love to welcome guests that are seeking a quiet and restful setting. The neighborhood is home to longtime neighbors and we expect that guests will be respectful of the surrounding environment. If you're seeking to party or have kids that will not respect neighboring properties, this is likely not the right home for you. To help maintain a tranquil setting, we use a noise monitoring device which is 100% privacy compliant and endorsed by AirBnB. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) so that our home is being used for residential purposes, not wild parties. We look forward to hosting you at our Streamside Victorian Retreat.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Upon reservation confirmation, Guest will need to complete a Rental Agreement which outlines the terms and conditions for use of our property. This is the same as the terms listed on VRBO but we require your signature as a condition of our permit with the city.
