Welcome to this spacious and tastefully renovated apartment in the heart of Barcelona’s prestigious Rambla de Catalunya, located just steps from Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. Set in a historic building and offering 130 square meters of comfort, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for up to 6 guests looking to enjoy the best of the city in style.

Starting July 28 2025, there will be scaffolding at the back of the building

Perfect place to stay!

The size of this apartment is so spacious and super comfortable for my family of 5. The location is absolutely perfect as it is located in the middle of all of the action. Walk to shops , restaurants attractions etc. Would definitely stay there again. Jeff

Great apartment in Barcelona!

The apartment was clean and fresh upon arrival. We were traveling with our three teenage children and the space was ideal for us. The location was also amazing. I highly recommend staying here. The one improvement that could be addressed is the WiFi signal was weak and only works in the kitchen area.

Location is A+

This apartment was an exceptional find in the Rambla area - close to anything you will need in walking distance! There was an amazing bakery we stopped in for coffee and fresh pastries every morning, and immediately outside of the door front to the building was dozens of the very best restaurants Barcelona has to offer. The unit itself was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and all of it just as shown on the website pictures. We will look for this area and this apartment on our next trip to Barcelona!

Clean. Very quiet. A little dark. Need better coffee making options. Nespresso was not working properly Location is about a 20-25 minute walk to the gothic quarter. About a 10 minute walk to Família SegradA. Was given the wrong address at check in but the owner paid for cab to get us to the correct property

Great Location

Overall this apartment was a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood is very cute. The streets were noisy, but I think that is common throughout Barcelona. The beds were very uncomfortable and no blankets were provided. The kitchen could have been better stocked with glassware.

Close to everything

The apartment was very close to the main attractions and the metro stations. It fit all 6 of us comfortably. At night the sound from the street was bothersome, but to be expected due to the age of the building windows and the location. Below the apartment, there is a nice coffee shop we enjoyed getting coffee from every morning. Overall, happy with the rental.

Nice Apartment except…

The apartment was nice. The location was close to things. The issues were had to pay through separate a separate vendor. They asked for lots of information prior to sharing code. They only provided one invite to the electronic key app that you are required to use and two outdoor keys. This was problematic when people went different ways at night. If you plan to travel as a group then no worries.

Unique location apartement in the center of Barcelona with AC and all convenience

A nice, central apartment close to many good restaurants

The property was very nice with plenty of space. I was told the agent would be there to meet me at the time arranged but I had to call the contact number as he was not there and the apartment was still being cleaned at 3:00 pm. He seemed very rushed in giving all the information. However, our stay was excellent and the apartment was cool, comfortable and clean.

Schöne , große Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung, die schön eingerichtet , sauber und groß ist. Der Service hat gut geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Altstadt, in der Nähe sind viele Bars , Restaurants und Bäckereien . Samstags nachts, wenn alle feiern , wird es wohl etwas laut, da die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind.
