Perfect beach house

Absolutely beautiful house and location. A three minute walk over lovely dunes to the sea. The water is calm and clear, beach is quiet and not crowded. Lots to do in the area or just relax at the house and beach. Perfect for kids, beach toys and some games too!

Fabulous house on the beach

We spent a really lovely 10 days in July. The house is right on the beach…and what a beach! Wonderfully clean and surprisingly quiet. The house has everything you need and Gioia was really helpful and responsive. Absolutely loved spending time here. Thanks!

Beautiful house near the beach

We had a very pleasent stay at the villa. What you see is what you get. There is one difference in the images which is the garden. There is a wooden fence now, but this is very welcome. The house is very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen inside is small but modern (induction cooker), but there is an outdoor kitchen with gas, which we used most. The outdoor area is big, has plenty of space for a family with a very groomed garden. The furniture is cosy and the interior design is meditarrenean and beautiful. Also the kids room is furnished lovely as well as the bedrooms. The laundry room is big. Air condition is working properly. I mention that because this is not always a secure thing in italy. Contact to the owner was extremely friendly and they responded within one hour always. There is also a very helpful booklet in the house. It has the most important information about the house as well as information about what to do, where to eat and which beaches to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much and there is really nothing to complain about.

Amazing place for family vacation

Very comfortable house for family (3 bathrooms 😃). Wonderful outside space for cooking, eating and relaxing. Few steps to beatiful beach.

Top Ferienhaus direkt am Meer

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit top Ausstattung, an ruhiger Lage, direkt am Meer. Das Haus bietet in jeder Hinsicht alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand/ Meer traumhaft! Die Einrichtung des Hauses wurde mit viel Liebe und einem besonderen Auge für das Detail vorgenommen, was für ein wunderschönes Ambiente sorgt. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen wirklich nichts vermisst und die Zeit als Familie (5 Personen, davon 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder/Teenager im Alter zwischen 11-15 Jahre) sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Villa incantevole in riva al mare

La villa di Gioia è davvero deliziosa. Curata nei minimi dettagli con un arredamento che richiama il mare meraviglioso della Costa Paradiso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Consigliata per famiglie che vogliono riposare e godersi un po’ di relax!

Liebevolles Haus in schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu dritt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist liebevoll im Maritim-Stil eingerichtet. Der kurze Weg vom Garten über die Dünen und dem Sandstrand zum Meer ist traumhaft. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Mit dem Auto kann man im Umkreis tolle Ausflüge ins Landesinnere oder zu wunderschönen Buchten unternehmen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen, immer erreichbar und flexibel.
