Villa il Pino is a restructured colonial house, made up of three apartments for a total area of about 130 sq. m., holding up to 12 people with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 6 sleeps in sofas/armchair beds. Guests can use a large park, private swimming pool with spacious hydromassage tub, furnished pergola and barbecue, Wi-Fi, central heating and car park. Ideal for small groups of friends who want to be together whilst maintaining their own independence.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The property overlooks the surrounding valley and includes large open areas on various levels, some parts with olive trees and some with grass, where you will find the private swimming pool and a large wisteria pergola with a small house equipped with stonework barbecue and dining room where all the guests can sit together. The pool (10x5m, depth of 1.3m) and hydromassage (6x2m, depth of 0.7m, fresh water) are both externally paved and surrounded by tables, sunbeds, beach chairs, umbrellas and children's play area (swing, playhouse, slide). Each apartment has its own separate area with a table and chairs. Parking is in the property, near the entrance gate.Interior
The interiors have ceilings with arches or wood beams, both typically Tuscan elements. The apartment called “Eleonora”, 42 sq. m., is on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a charming living/dining room with fully-equipped cooking area, a fireplace, TV and small double sofa bed (1.2x1.9m, good for children or teenagers). The first floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. “Giulia”, 41 sq. m., is on one floor and has a living/dining room with fully-equipped cooking area, a fireplace, TV and single sofa bed (1.2x1.9m), a double bedroom with a armchair bed, a bathroom with shower. “Francesco” is on the first floor. Access via an outdoor staircase, upon which you will find a living/dining room with fully-equipped cooking area, fireplace, TV and double sofa bed. A small step leads to a double bedroom overlooking the valley and a bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the swimming pool, there is a small house equipped with stonework barbecue and dining room where all the guests can sit together.

Location
The villa is part of a large property overlooking the hills around Pisa, scattered with vineyards and olive groves. You will find a peaceful area and have a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.

Facilities
All the apartments have central heating, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on the windows, baby bed and parking in the property.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), pool towels, water, electricity, gas and internet consumption. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are baby bed, dinners, cookery courses, hired help and babysitter.

Important Information
Pool and hydromassage available from April 14th to October 13th, 8:30-20:00.
The owners live in two apartments on the same property but in a separate, independent position, so that guests have full privacy and exclusive use of the garden and pool.
Arrivals must be between 5.00pm and 8.00pm (arrivals after 8.00pm are charged a supplement of 50 Euros. Prior arrangements must be made for all arrivals different from the normal times.Activities and Distances
