At 600 m the first beach is free and equipped.
Three minutes by car kilometers of stretches of fine white sand beaches. The sea has changing colors from emerald green to blue. The house is'
consisting of 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 bedrooms for a total of 8/9 places, (but can also be rented for 2/3/4/5/6/7 people). Large garden of 100 square meters, with showers, fireplace for cheerful barbecues, table chairs etc. Kitchen equipped with flat pots, glasses, mocha and everything you need to cook. Equipped with washing machine, television, air conditioning, fans and linen on request. Free parking under the house. Located in a strategic position to visit all the cities of Salento and enjoy all the fabulous white sand beaches. In the surroundings there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market tobacconists. The center, pedestrian, close to the beautiful sea, offers everything you need to spend unforgettable evenings.

Schöne Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Das Haus hat genug Platz für 6 Personen geboten mit einer großen Terrasse. Rosanna stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung und ist super herzlich. Tolle Umgebung, die Teufelsbucht ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben sogar eine Schildkröte beim schnorcheln entdeckt.

Ville de vacances donc ce n’est pas un village avec une vie de village. Pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine car pas prévu ( une seule arrivée d’eau donc pas de tuyau d’eau chaude) pour la vaisselle.....

La casa si trova sulla litoranea di torre San Giovanni , una località di mare rilassante e molto bella, con spiagge deliziose di sabbia bianca e mare da favola. Servita da tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere una vacanza all insegna della pace e serenità. La casa è stata abbellita con sistemazione del giardino e mobilio nuovo. Sono a disposizione degli ospiti, per qualsiasi problematica 24su 24.

Bellissima casa, conforme alla descrizione dell annuncio, fresca pulita rilassante a due passi da un mare meraviglioso. La gentilezza e la disponibilità' dei proprietari danno sicurezza e ti fanno sentire a casa. La zona è tranquillissima, ideale per riposarsi. Il meraviglioso giardino permette di vivere all aperto.
