Large flat with side garden. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and consists of entrance, two bedrooms, living room with tv and living room, kitchen and bathroom. Large front and rear outside spaces. Outdoor table for outdoor dining. All-inclusive package: solar hot water, electricity, gas and reserved parking space. Quiet and well served area within walking distance of the seaside promenade where you can find numerous shops, restaurants and bars.

Ho soggiornato a torre san Giovanni, marina di Ugento nella prima settimana di settembre. Il tempo ci ha permesso di andare tutti i giorni al mare e ammirare le bellezze dei paesi limitrofi. La casa è abbastanza ampia, confortevole e solare, dotata anche del servizio lavanderia indipendente. La proprietaria una persona abbastanza a modo, gentile e premurosa nei confronti di noi vacanzieri. Consiglio a tutti coloro che cercano un posticino tranquillo e rilassante di soggiornare nei mesi di maggio, giugno e settembre per due motivi: evitate il caos estivo e potete trovare dei prezzi molto competitivi. Un abbraccio a tutti. Valerio
