Condominium on the beach Cliff, Elevator to the beach, 7 swimming pools (one heated) with gym, sauna, jaccuzi, lounge chairs at the pools and beach with umbrellas, sunshades and towels, all included. Perfect holiday

The property is in a great location, about 200 yards to the entrance to the complex, where you will find supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants. The resort itself is first class. The staff amazing. Will definitely return

We arrived at the house and immediately noticed that everything was outdated. That's not a problem at all, as long as it was clean and everything worked. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen was dirty and sticky. The refrigerator was still full of food and leftovers from the previous tenant. The drawers of all the cabinets were also dirty. The dishwasher wasn't working; they came to fix it, but later it didn't work again. The freezer didn't close properly, causing a lot of ice buildup. The terrace is wonderful, especially with the hammock. The owner was always polite and helped us with a problem with the key we accidentally left in the house. The resort is very beautiful, with nice pools. Our advice to the owner: upgrade the house, install air conditioning, and make sure it's clean. Then it would be the perfect vacation home!

Great location, not a Luxury villa

This place is not a Luxury villa as described, it's a townhouse just like all the others next to it, also it's not 1938 sq. ft., it's 1200 like the others, it may have a larger patio space than some of the others but that does not reflect more sq.ft.. The place was not clean and I had to contact the owner to get someone over from Pine Cliffs to clean the bedroom and bathroom so that we could use it that night, we had to wait till 10 PM to be able to use the property. Pine Cliffs had to come back the following day to clean the rest of the Townhouse, spider webs everywhere. Also please be aware that this property does not have AC, as one would expect with a place described as luxury, this is probably the only property in the Pine Cliffs resort without it.

For the first time, it was necessary to complete the cleaning of the house, which was promptly resolved, despite the fact that it was a Saturday at the end of the day. Apologies were made to the guest. AC is not advertised in the house presentation. The house has one natural thermal insulation, installed on the walls and ceiling, when it was built, and is probably one of the few that did it. Joaquim

Wonderful family holiday

Yes the townhouse could probably do with some modernising but it was comfortable enough for our family of two adults and two young children. Spent most of our days exploring the Pine Cliffs resort and most of our evenings looking out at the beautiful garden view from the terrace. A memorable holiday and we hope to return in future. Thanks Joaquim for having us.

Wonderful family stay at the Pinecliffs resort

The townhouse is spacious and has everything you need for a family of 5. The location couldn't be better. Pinecliffs is truly a 5 star resort. We can recommend the house and will come back if the opportunity arises.

This was our third stay in this property and we very much enjoyed the house for its comfort, location and cleanliness. The house is very cool and set in some very picturesque gardens. A great location with all the amenities of the hotel to hand and of course the wonderful beach. We spent many relaxing evenings eating in on the BBQ.

Muito obrigado. Acrescentava,...imperdível... no terraço exterior da casa... as noites BBQ luminosas, ou à luz das velas,... ou drinks,... ao som da água e do coachar das râs, ...as refeições e convívios também,...literalmente inseridos no grande jardim do riacho,... a ouvir os cucos e pássaros... E o resto... Fantástico!...
