Peaceful stay outside of Nafplio

The house was amazing. It was perfect for our big family including outdoor space and two living areas so people could get away. A wonderful host and a great property!

Beautiful location in the hills

We spent a few days in Nafplio with our family ages 6 to 80. The house was comfortable and the views amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience the peaceful side of the area.

Wonderful family getaway

Villa Kostantina is a beautiful property in the countryside yet close to Nafplio and the surrounding area. The view is even lovelier than the photos show, the pool/play area is perfect for children and the house itself is very spacious and nice. We hope to return sometime in the near future!

Lovely villa on the outskirts of nafplio

The villa is perfect for a family getaway, lots of spaces to relax and sit together but equally enough to have time apart. The pool is lovely and looks over the olive groves and out to the bay of Nafplio. The villa is a short drive away from stores and a 15 minute drive to nafplio itself. We enjoyed a lovely Greek dinner in the villa cooked for us by Theodoresa and friends. Thanos was a very helpful host, allowing us to check-in early and responding to all questions promptly. If we were to visit nafplio again this villa would be top of our list to stay at.

Nafplio Paradise

The property and home are impeccably maintained. The owner, Thanos, explained the home and property features well and had good recommendations for restaurants and sites in and around Nafplio. Thanos was extremely responsive and helpful. The views from the home/balconies (4) are stunning. The pool was beautiful and a welcome respite after a day of hiking and seeing the sites. This was the best of the three VRBO locations we stayed in while in Greece this trip. We highly recommend Villa Konstantina and would love to return again!

Wow! Stay here and look no further!

Let me first start by saying we are seasoned travelers and have been all over the world. We tend to stay at much nicer than average places so have a lot of VRBO type experiences. My wife rightly commented that this was the best place we have stayed. That is saying something! It was such a fun place to be and we could have moved there. The host met us at the property and gave us a very good intro and help navigating everything. The gated complex is impressive with views from every angle. We sat somewhere different for almost every meal, cup of coffee or glass of wine. The home is very well appointed and we made food there most evenings because we had about the best views anyway. One night the host arranged for a private traditional Greek meal to be made and delivered to us for the cost of the groceries plus 8 euros per person. So for our family it was under 100 euros and totally worth it! Nafplio is such an amazing area to explore and this was well positioned between all the major sites. We would typically go visit somewhere for 4 hours then come back to enjoy the rest of the day at home. Pool, naps, movies, games, food and wine. Of note: driving in you might be thinking it looks a bit run down as there are some vacant buildings, but a very safe and amazing oasis awaits. Don’t look any further than this rental…if you have the means to book it, I strongly recommend it.

Villa très bien située, extrêmement bien équipée, décoration de très bon goût, beaucoup d’espace. Excellent point de départ pour des centres d’intérêt majeurs : Epidaure, Mycenes, Larissa notamment. Et de belles plages à proximité.

Incredible Experience

Our stay at Villa Konstantina was incredible. Beautiful views, multiple outside living spaces, large home that provides for privacy for all family members. Secluded, yet a short drive from all essentials, groceries, beaches and the beautiful Nafplio. Thanos was a wonderful host, communicative and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. I cannot recommend Villa Konstantina enough.

Family Dream Rental

This home was magical. The view, the pool, the cleanliness, the roominess. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this place was at the rope of our list! We will be back!

Lovely stay in Nafplio

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Konstantina, with easy access to Nafplio and many of the sites in the Peloponnese. It was fine to visit in December, and very quiet in town and at all the sites, but future guests may find that the warmer months are a better time to visit Nafplio, when the water at the beaches and in the pool is swimmable.

Amazing house and fantastic host!

Thanos was an extremely accommodating host - answering our questions, making suggestions, nothing was too much trouble! The house was absolutely amazing - everything we had hoped for and more. Nafplio itself is a fantastic place to visit- some lovely restaurants and bars. We loved our time at Villa Konstantina and would throughly recommend it to everyone!

Best Villa in the best area!

Our best Villa experience in Greece by far. Lovely Villa large enough for our large family, with a stunning view of Nafplio, and a short drive to enjoy the historic city. The host and the staff member were attentive, easy going, and catered to our every need. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Tolles Haus, ruhige Lage mit top Ausblick. Fantastic house, quiet setting with top view!

Das Haus ist riesig, wir waren nur zu zweit und haben von drei nur ein Stockwerk genutzt. Alles ist recht neu, modern, großzügig. Alles da, was man braucht. Morgens Frühstück in der Sonne auf der Ost-Seite, tagsüber und abends Sonne auf dem Balkon. Ein Pool soll noch gebaut werden, das Haus ist umzäunt, Tor öffnet mit Fernbedienung. Zu hören sind nur Hunde und Vögel, herrliche Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Nafplio und die Berge dahinter. 2 große Supermärkte in Nafplio, 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Viele Tavernen, waren wegen Corona aber geschlossen. Der Eigentümer, Thanasis, ist sehr nett, hat uns auf dem laufenden gehalten zu den Corona-Entwicklungen in Griechenland und uns vor Anreise viele Tipps geschickt. Thanasis, ephxaristo poli! The house is huge, we were only two and used only one floor of three. Evertyhing is quite new, modern and spacious. All you need is there. Breakfast in the sun facing east, day and sunset on the balcony. A pool still needs to be built, a fence is around the estate, gate opens with remote control. All you hear is dogs and birds, wonderful setting with great view on the bay of Nafplio and the mountains behind it. 2 big supermarkets in Nafplio, 5-10 minutes by car. Lots of tavernas, but all closed due to Corona. The owner, Thanasis, is very nice, kept us updated as to the Corona developments in Greece. Prior to our arrival, he sent us lots of recommendations what to visit. Thanasis, ephxaristo poli!
