Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home...

This house is a real treasure. We love that it's within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. We stay here every year and it's always clean and ready for us. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a homey vibe make this one of our favorite homes away from home.

Perfect January work from “home” getaway

We love staying here! Feels like our second home. Beaches in walking distance, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, great restaurants nearby and both the front and back screened porches are terrific areas to relax. A terrific two weeks. Hope to be back again.

January getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location of the house is perfect and we took daily walks to the beach. We stay in this house every year and it's always wonderful. The host, Allison, was great and the house was clean and ready for us. It's a gem :)

Beautiful home

We were very happy with this beautiful home. I enjoyed the tropical trees and tropical forest in the front yard. Nice screened in porches on the front and back. We had everything we needed to cook with. This vacation home was well equipped with everything we needed. Very grateful we chose it for our stay.

Relaxing Oasis

This is an excellent property. The interior design is outstanding. The front yard is landscaped as a jungle and it is beautiful to look at and provides cool shade. Everything is very clean. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.Everything works- no bugs. The place was well stocked. Thank you to the owners and managers for being so considerate

Special home away from home

My husband and I made this property our home for three weeks - 1 week with friends joining us for vacation and the other 2 weeks working from 'home'. It's perfect for what we wanted and the location couldn't be more ideal. With two beaches in walking distance and several more only a few miles away, we never missed a day without our feet in the sand and a brilliant sunset. It's also close to a wide variety of restaurants and fun destinations. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we needed to cook up a few meals at home too. Comfy beds and furnishings made it easy to relax after a long day. This home gets our highest recommendations.

Great stay at the house

The house was in a very good and quiet area. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything one would need. Some upgraded beach chairs would be appreciated.

Disappointing

We were notified very late on the night before our arrival of major construction happening on the street (upgrading of water and sewerage lines) road was all dug up, heavy equipment parked in-front of home. We were awakened next morning after arrival by construction personnel knocking on door to let us know we needed to move our car or we would be blocked in driveway. Air conditioning was not working upon our arrival, had to call property manager to have tech come out and fix it. Requested to be moved or refunded but received no response. On day three of stay water backed up in shower and toilets backed up due to construction as we were trying to get ready for scheduled family portrait. Thank goodness the men were still outside working and I had to go out there and let them know. Property manger offered to move us to another home however would have to move back this home after two nights. Overall very disappointing and extremely frustrating stay. Also be aware do a street view to see the front of house or should I say the jungle blocking the front of house and trees crossing driveway, be careful not to run into them as you try to park. We would not recommend this property!

Friends getaway

We were extremely pleased with this rental. The location was in a quiet residential area but very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, as well as recreational activities within the surrounding area. The home was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again when vacationing in Naples.

Happy hideaway

Spent 3 wonderful weeks in this comfy home. We walked to Vanderbilt, Bluebill and Delnor Wiggins State Park beaches, plus a short drive to Lover’s Key, Barefoot and so many others. We especially loved the big windows overlooking a private garden, the well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and the two screened-in and shaded porches. So much to love in this home-away-from-home. So sad to leave. We’ll rent here again soon!!

This property was clean, comfortable, and sufficiently updated In all respects with everything provided to make for a wonderful short or longer term vacation. We just spent the month of February at this property and hope to have the opportunity to come back next year. Very easy to work with the property owner for any questions we had from the time we leased back in June.

Great location. Close to beach and everyday shopping. Well equipped small kitchen, nice dinning area. It was very clean and comfortable. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are small, they're perfect adequate. Would rent again.

This house had everything our family needed. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and had all those little extras that made our vacation great! The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals at home. The beach pass included to nearby park was the best! We could go to beautiful beach, come back and go see sunset. Perfect for us! Loved the double lanais to hang out and drink coffee/ read books or whatever. Loved all the birds that hung around the property. Loved the trees in front that hid house from the street and made us feel comfy hanging out in jammies in the morn. Very clean! Would definitely rent again!

Clean, Comfortable, Good Location

We were 3 adults and stayed one week. We had plenty of room (there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths). We really enjoyed having the two screened-in areas; one in the front of the house and the other in the back. It was great to have a washer and dryer and to have beach umbrella, chairs and towels. But the best part of our rental was Allison Evans, our contact person. She was responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated.

Very cosy and special place, perfect customer liaison

We, two adults, 3 little girls, simply loved our stay at this lovely house! It is a special, warm-hearted place, the house is well sized, very clean and equipped with really everything you need, especially a perfect kitchen and a brand new washing machine and dryer. Although Irma just had gone, Allison made everything just perfect for a jump-start into our vacation. Even more, she managed to help us with all our special requests, like baby chair or a cradle. A big thank you to Allison for her help! Thinks to know before you book: - There is no pool - perfect for us with 3 small kids. Just make sure thats what you are looking for. - There are two bedrooms for adults, the two single beds in the 3rd bedroom might be a little too small for large persons. The girls however loved it! Cool colours... - come as you are - there is literally everything in the house, even beach chairs and towels, bikes, etc. - Wifi is fast and everywhere in the place - make sure to bring some good books - there are 2 TV´s in the house (we never used), however the lanai in the front is such a homely place, especially after dark, that with a glas of wine and mild temperatures you might sit there longer than you initially wanted. Happend regularly to us... ;-) Any negative? No, not really. If I had to pick one: the showers could get a make over one day. But if you are not looking for the Ritz-Carlton, they are o.k. Absolute recommendation, especially because of the superior service by Allison!

Amazing holiday experience!

A beautiful house with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation. You walk in and feel right at home, also because of Allison's stellar service that ensures you can start your holiday rightaway. The house is a beautiful getaway perfectly located in Naples Park between Vanderbilt Beach and Tamiami trail which takes you to all the fancy malls, restaurants and shops. It is equipped with everything you need for a convenient and cozy stay. The weather was very rainy when I visited and I didn't mind staying in because it felt just like home! Will definitely be back!

The house has 2 beautiful screened porches which are nestled in by tropical foliage giving you an extremely private feel. The front porch is perfect for a relaxing with a book, cocktail or sipping your morning coffee after a quick walk on the beach. The house also has whole home audio so you can throw on some music and enjoy it in every room of the house. Come during the late summer and early fall months and you can hopefully enjoy fresh Carambola (Starfruit) from the tree in the back yard! Weber Gas Grill for BBQ'ing, Beach Chairs, Beach Pass, Bikes, Towels, etc. Just bring yourself, everything else is here!
