This new modern condo features a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed, two closets and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The kitchen has a big white carrerra marble island for a quick meal or breakfast.
It is stocked with cookware, utensils and dishware for 10.

The oceanfront terrace 27' X 13' offers amazing views and the soothing sounds of the waves down below, it has a dining room for 8 and a comfortable lounging area to enjoy the sunset.

Sayan Beach rooftop terrace offers the best 360 degres views of Bandera's bay and all Puerto Vallarta with a spectacular infinity pool, large jacuzzi, a lounge area with bar and restaurant services.

Enjoy Los Muertos beach or have a refreshing swim in one of our beautiful pools.
An additional two pools, a sitting area with a firepit and a jacuzzi are on the main level completed by a state of the art gym, steam room, massage room and showers. The bar and restaurant are very good and inexpensive.

To make your vacation experience perfect, we have free cleaning once a week, a safe, an indoor parking space, 24h security, wifi and cable tv by satellite. An agent from PVRPV will welcome you and show you the condo and all the amenities of the Sayan Beach Complex. The agent will also be there the day of your departure. This contact person is there for any emergency. PVRPV has a concierge service that can reserve restaurants, boat trips, tours and activities for you.

We had a great stay. Condo was as pictured. Very nice local art. Very comfortable. The amenities in the building were excellent. Several pools at different temperatures plus hot tub and lounging areas. About a 10 min walk on beach to romantic zone though I recommend going left because the beaches are quieter and there is an awesome little tiki hut on the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is well-appointed with beautiful views from the balcony. The staff are extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant. Both pools are top notch and also offer great views. The a/c in the common area and front bedroom is good, but the primary bedroom and bathroom can get a little warm.

This has been one of the best stays we’ve had. The condo was perfectly located and nicely appointed. The local host was very communicative and helpful. From rescheduling rides due to airline issues, to stocking the condo with food and drinks we had chosen from a very nice excel shopping list. The condo building has several nice infinity books, hot tubs, relaxing areas, and bars and restaurants. Meals and drinks were excellent. Thank you David & Moises.

Overall this property is in an excellent location at a very quiet condo community just outside of the romantic zone of PV. The pool facilities and security are excellent. I would stay again with reservations.We did not really use the kitchen very much, but it is well stocked. The unit is very comfortable as far as space, linens, bedding etc. The host was good at communicating, though you will engage with their rep once onsite. Very open common space, which is nice. The two downfalls to this place:-A/C: It is terrible! We went during July so it is extra hot at this time. The AC was a consistent issue and we frequently had to have it looked at, and found ourselves avoiding being in the unit as much as we could. In the off season, this unit would be stunning. They do not have any window coverings along the massive wall of doors looking out at the ocean. The AC does not work if the doors are open, so we had to keep them always closed, & the blinds down in the master bedroom all day, to be able to sleep at night. Feels like they have a governor on it, to be honest...they had people look at it, but no luck-Bathroom Lighting/Master Closet: The lighting in the master closet makes it virtually almost unusable. It has one tiny puck light that barely puts out any lights and the wood is dark, we had to use our phone flashlights to find our clothes we put away. The closest had us to the point that we wished we would've stayed in the guest room but we didn't want to pack up again.

Yes I do live in beautiful and peaceful Canada and I hired a management company to take care of my condo during the 4-5 months it is rented. Regarding the lighting in the master bedroom walk-in I will look into it but this is the first comment I got in 12 years, maybe they changed the lightbulbs and they are not strong enough. I got a report from my manager that they went almost every single day of your stay regarding the A/C that was never cold enough!. You can’t come to a country where is 30-33 celsius outside and maintained the inside at 16C. It is just not possible, go to your local mall if this is what you want. The manager confirmed that it is not cold but cool inside. I will have everything checked in October when we go for the season. For many reasons I will not rent to you again but one specific is that I also got a report from the building management regarding inappropriate behaviour around the rooftop pool at night. We do have camera 24/7 in all common areas, Security staff enjoyed the show you gave them.

November is a perfect month for Vallarta

Great condo in PV

Great size for two couples. Very clean and well maintained. Spectacular views of the bay. Easy walk on the beach over into the zona romantica. Rooftop pool area is perfect. Service is great both at the rooftop and the main pool below. The food was also great, especially for breakfast.

The condo is beautiful with all the necessary items needed (lots of towels, well appointed kitchen, even two bags of ice). We would absolutely stay here again. Very quick and easy Uber rides to town, but also walkable via the beach (if you can handle stairs). Staff at the building were wonderful. Rooftop pool was under construction but that was okay as the main pools were perfect. This was a great, relaxing family vacation. If you need suggestions on excursions, ask the staff. We did a day trip to Sayulita and loved it.

Just what we needed!

This is an awesome property, the facilities are great and the staff friendly. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and given the location of the condo is a long walk from the town centre it's really convenient. We enjoyed chilling, swimming in the different pools and taking in the views which included dolphins and a turtle laying her eggs on the beach! I only wish PV and this condo was closer to Sydney Australia... but we will be back!

Stunning Condo and Property

This is the second time I have stayed at Alain’s condo. The condo is beautifully appointed, spacious, well-cared for with an absolutely stunning view of the bay. Alain is a genial and responsive host. The property is gorgeous with incredible salinated infinity pools. The security and restaurant staff are outstanding.It is an easy walk on the beach to the restaurants in the Romantic Zone. I highly recommend Alain’s condo. It is a gem.

Family Trip

We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves, especially early in the morning and in the evening. The view was unmatched. The unit was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were wonderful, always helpful. The property was very secure. Restaurants and shopping were a quick Uber drive away. We will return sometime in the near future.
