What a gem this condo unit is right on the beach. Steps out the door to all that PV has to offer - great food and markets. Aaron is a wonderful host, very helpful, generous and responsive. Our vacation was just perfect. Thank you!

This is a great property with excellent views! Comfortable, well-lit, nice upgrades to kitchen and especially the bathrooms! This is our 2nd time staying in Aaron's condo and we plan to use it again in the future! Villas Vista del Sol is a clean, wonderful, friendly condo complex...love it!

We’ve been staying at this property and the same unit since 2003. Experience is excellent views are stunning. Property Management is very responsive in the experience gives you an overall sense of well-being and relaxation stunner show!

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay. This Unit is as pictured and in an excellent location with view and all essentials nearby. The Unit was clean, beds comfortable, A/C if needed as there is a great ocean breeze, spoiled by the shower, and well supplied. Aaron was very informative of the unit and suggestions to make your stay ideal. Lastly the Host was responsive in one very minor need and resolved the request. Would highly recommend.

Just stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Aaron was very fast and responsive, the staff were nice and helpful and the noise from the restaurant down below wasn’t bad at all. In fact you can barely hear it with the doors closed and the air on. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely return. The service from the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping was great. The area is amazing for shopping, food and beverages. The pool is incredible. Views are stunning. We would certainly return to this property.

We had a wonderful stay in Aaron’s condo at Vista del Sol. Condo was as described with accurate photos and our host, Aaron, was great with communication. Looking forward to returning in future years!

This property’s location defied expectations in the BEST possible ways. The view (and sound of the crashing Pacific Ocean waves) cannot be adequately described in pictures or words on the description. We will stay here EVERY time we go to PV.

Amazing views and location

Perfect walkable location with amazing front row seats to the ocean. Everything from booking to check in and check out was easy. The security was great and overall building outstanding. Will be back!

I truly felt bad for this returning guest when he informed me that by HIS mistake he rented our other unit. I had nothing do with assisting him making this reservation. Had he reached out I would have informed him that the unit he had previously rented was already rented. Or had he chosen the correct unit he would have seen it was not available. I did offer a partial refund and assistance to relocate him and he never replied. We found out they stayed the entire reservation. I contacted 2 other owners who had availability. I felt that was above and beyond considering he made the reservation on his own. We take great pride in each of our units. We take care of each of them equally the same. We travel twice a year to maintain them and update each one. We and our guests love that we have 1 more modern unit and 1 more traditional unit. The pictures are also 100% accurate. Also our amazing housekeeping and maintenance crew would never let any unit get 'worn out" or unkept. The same staff cleans both units!! If you reference past reviews you can see guests love this unit as well as our other. In fact we have a waiting list for each unit in the high season. Many of our guests have been renting for over 10 years!! I'm sorry this guest clearly made a mistake and rented without looking at the pictures and amazing reviews. I did give him 5 stars as a guest and I wish him the best. Its to bad he couldn't do the same after the hospitality we offered.

Location, location, location

Love this place. Nice condo with a fantastic view. Right in the heart of Romantic Zone with dozens of good restaurants, entertainment and a beautiful beach. Already thinking about booking for next year.
