First, a fantastic location second, a lovely apartment very well stocked, very clean. A lovely view of the bay from the eighth floor balcony. Communication with the host was excellent.Would definitely stay there again.

1000/10 Rob’s place is amazing. We enjoyed our stay here. Clean, right on the beach, amazing view, walking distance to anything and everything , super safe and the list goes on. Rob was very quick to reply to any questions we had. Just couldn’t get enough of this place. If you find the opportunity to book DO IT you won’t be disappointed. Patricia thank you for your review, To cover your points, there are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement that are accessible 24/7 by getting the keys from reception 24/7. My maid normally puts an extra roll of toilet paper and supplies soap in each bathroom on her 6 day a week cleaning. Also available through reception 24/7. My WIFI discreet to my condo is the best in Vallarta through Telmex. I have the same setup in our other Vallarta home we live in. Like in other countries that I travel in WIFI can vary during the day. Beyond my control. If any of my guests have a problem they can contact me by my cell phone listed on VRBO or through a VRBO message. I watch for VRBO messages throughout the day when I am not sleeping at night. First thing upon awakening I always check VRBO. I may be on an International flight or in a very different time zone but I will always respond to messages. As you know I was in Vallarta the same time as you. I called your cell to check on you and left messages. Our staff at Vista Del Sol are exceptional. They have complete authority from me to act on my behalf to assist my guests with their needs 24/7. As described in my details the white house phone dials 0 to reception. And the portable phone can call the USA, Canada or Mexico free to the guest paid for by me. I am sorry that your issues kept me from getting a 10/10 scoring as I receive from almost all of my guests. I hope you return and stay again. I try my best to give a great experience to all of my guests. But some things are beyond my control and others are resolvable by contacting me or reception in the lobby. Sincerely, Rob Caceres

Tracy, thank you for the 10/10 review. I am sorry that you felt the beds are too hard. When I made the choice to purchase new beds several years ago I made the decision to go with a high quality hotel grade medium firm mattress. After studying this I found that is what hotels use. They are very expensive mattresses. Through the years since some people have commented and all but one other stated they liked the firmness after the first guest said too firm. After I bragged that I put new beds in service. Of coarse there is no wrong or right. It is to each person. But again thank you very much for taking the time to review my home. Rob

Location, Location, Location. Loved the traditional decor of the condo, the rooftop pool was great and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Everything is within walking distance, had such a great time and really enjoyed the local food, amazing restaurants everywhere. Check in process was easy, staff was very friendly & helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Great location, walk everywhere, easy check-in/out, excellent communication with Rob. Condo is exactly as listed with an authentic charm. Balcony is a perfect setting with beautiful ocean views. Condo building staff are extremely helpful. Wonderful setting for a great vacation.

Best Location in P.V..

This was our second time staying in Rob's condo. The location is terrific for exploring the Romantic Zone, and the condo building is right on the beach. The condo itself is attractive and comfortably furnished, with decor that is appropriate for Mexico. I highly recommend Rob's condo.

Location is fantastic!!

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Del Sol. We absolutely loved the location, we walked to all the great dining spots. The property, pool and beach, everything was just wonderful!

I am a retired Airline Captain from American/TWA that lives in several places around the world and I love to travel. I also lived in Japan while working as a 747 pilot for Al Nippon Airways. I served as a fighter pilot on aircraft carriers in the US Navy in the 1970's. I did a stint with the Air Force during Desert Storm as a pilot. I have been in 31 different countries in 6 continents and visited thousands of cities.
I have been coming to Puerto Vallarta since the early 1970's and fell in love with it instantly. I spent many vacations here while still working. I lived in condo 802 part time since 1997. Then I retired to live here more of the year in 2007. I now own my second home in Puerto Vallarta that I live in some of the year. Also I live in several locations in the USA and Spain. I call Las Vegas, Nevada my primary residence, but I travel so much that I'm hardly ever there.
Puerto Vallarta still remains my favorite location. It is truly a paradise where the jungle meets the ocean. With an ideal climate the area affords being or feeling you are always outdoors with nature. A great walking city to enjoy and explore. Condo 802 is in the very popular Vista Del Sol building and has an exceptional location within walking distance of so many amenities. There are many nearby activities to fill your vacation needs. Or just lounge and take it easy. That's my life in Puerto Vallarta. A constant VACATION.

Location of condo 802 and Vista Del Sol is the best of all in Puerto Vallarta. Right on Playa Los Muertos Beach and the quite south side Malecon in the heart of the Zona Romantica.
A very spacious home that has been lived in by me with all the comforts of home. Old world Mexican décor and charm with plenty of beautiful and colorful pieces of artwork throughout the home.
You will feel like you are in Mexico.
Large spacious rooms with comfortable furniture and beds.
The home is at the end of the passageway which gives the best of privacy in the building. Windows in all the rooms allows nice fresh air flow. There are excellent views from the balcony and from all the windows of the ocean, mountains and city.
A very large heated pool on the rooftop with a spectacular 360 degree view.
There are 2 elevators.
My maid for over 20 years, Marisol, does general cleaning.
24/7 English speaking reception, concierge and security.
Excellently maintained building inside and out. Very friendly and courteous staff make one feel at home.
I have been told that I own a DIAMOND in Mexico. I've come to know that actually I own a DIAMOND in the world with condo 802 in Vista Del Sol in beautiful Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta.
You will want stay and you won't want to leave. You will definitely want to return.

Overall just a very charming and lovely home to live in.
