Our cottages are located 4 miles south of I-90 and Livingston, and 49 miles from Yellowstone National Park. Our property is located at the end of a short, quiet, private road. This fully furnished cottage has tongue and groove pine on the walls and ceiling; very cozy with large windows. Nestled in the mountainous Yellowstone River Canyon, entrance to the Paradise Valley, the Yellowstone River a short 10 minute walk away, or a 1/2 mile drive to the closest fishing access. Within a few miles are three world-class fly-fishing spring-creeks. Four miles to the heart of Livingston's busy hub of activity. We have three other cabins on this property that are available for rent to larger groups or family gatherings. A great way for families to each have their own space, yet share a vacation together. About Mark or Betsy Tomaszewski
We are Mark and Betsy Tomaszewski. We are a home-school family of four, who are active in the outdoors. We love to do anything that gets us out in the woods. We love to hunt, hike, horseback ride and four-wheel anywhere we can. We are also an active 4-H family, involved in Western Heritage, Cowboy Action Shooting, Archery and horse events.. We are an entrepreneurial family who run our businesses with all family members. We have recently become VRBO members, and are excited to bring our awesome cottages to the public! Mark has been a building contractor for the last 28 years, and a home inspector for 13 years. Betsy has had the blessing of being able to raise and educate our two high energy youth. We have lived in the Bozeman/Livingston area for 30+ years and are proud to call this home.

Why Mark or Betsy Tomaszewski chose Livingston
This property is so beautiful and peaceful you will not want to leave! We are tucked into our own small forest of trees, with abundant wildlife and birds overheard every day. You will probably see the resident mule deer or white-tail deer who walk through every day. The Canadian geese and waterfowl are constantly flying overhead. The sunsets are spectacular on the mountains on the east side of the river. This property is wonderfully unique, in that we are 1/4 mile from the major North-South road going to Yellowstone National Park, yet we are at the end of a small private road that seems to be an oasis. A perfect place to come and relax, yet also be four miles from Livingston.
What makes this Cottage unique
We fell in love with this property because it was so beautiful and quiet, yet four miles from town. The Yellowstone River is within our view, and we have about two acres of treed privacy. We are 40 minutes from Bozeman and 1-1/2 hours to Billings. The Yellowstone River is known for it's world class fly fishing, and within a few miles of us there are numerous spring creek private fishing opportunities.

Very cosy and clean with a nice view.
When we arrived Betsy the owner came to welcome us. She made already a basket for us with some nice food in case we were late and didn´t have time to visit the grocery store. The house was very nice, cosy and clean and had a wonderful view. We booked the house because we wanted to visit Yellow Stone. And although it was an hour drive to to park it was definitely worth it.
Thanks so much Hanita! I am glad you and your family had an enjoyable visit. You really packed in alot of activities while you were here. I enjoyed meeting your husband and your children! Come back when you have a few more days to spend exploring.
Perfect location with all the comforts of home!
What a beautiful place and Betsy is so nice and very helpful! We hope to return to Paradise Valley, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Everything was perfect including the location!
This is an excellent place to stay for fly fishing day trips around Livingston!
My son and I came for fly fishing and found these cabins to be great accommodations, very close to town and flyshops and our guides, and right at the Yellowstone River and the East River Road, which is beautiful and leads to great fishing and hiking side roads and trails. We will definitely stay here again when we hopefully return someday for more fishing.
Thanks so much Tim. I'm glad you both enjoyed your trip so much. I look forward to seeing you your next time in town.
We loved this cabin.

Wonderful Getaway! Beautiful Place to stay.
Very clean, well stocked, and convenient! Beautiful place to stay surrounded by mountains. I was sad to leave...Betsy was very nice, informative about the area, and responded to messages. She really is an excellent host and takes pride in keeping the cabins clean. Can't wait to return one day.
We are located in a very quiet spot, 3.5 miles south of Livingston, and 50 miles from Yellowstone National Park. We are located very close to the Yellowstone River, with the nearest fishing access a brief 10 minute walk from the cottage . Surrounded by numerous trees and towering mountains, this is a beautiful, quiet place to rest and relax.
