There was no back uard light
We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. We do apologize the back yard light bulb was burned out during your stay. We do ask guest to make us aware of any situation such as a burnt our light bulb so we can address it immediately and make your vacation go as smoothly as possible. We hope to accommodate you again on your next trip to the Gulf coast!
The square footage, rooms and beds of the condo were great. The red master bedroom was the only functional room in the house. There was a lot of broken items (balcony chairs, oven, blinds, bathroom faucets, closet shelves & couch). The back door did not latch so we could not lock it when we left. The screens on the main floor by the pool were broken off. Seems like the house gets cleaned but lacks maintenance.

The portfolio manager is working closely with the owner to address the items you mentioned in your review. The screens and faucets have all been repaired. We certainly hope to see you again in the future. We would love to restore your confidence in us.

Upon arrival, the house was very disappointing.
The house was a mess, the yard was a mess and the pool was gross. The house looked like no one cleaned it after the family before us. The pool wasn’t working, the lights were either in the pool. The house inside was very disappointing. There were many things like were broke, loose and roughly used. The bathroom downstairs knob for the shower was very hard and you really had to use some force to open the faucet. The couches were nasty. They were dirty, and extremely used already couldn’t sit right on it without it going really down. The pictures on the website were nothing like what it was in person. Just thought it would be great and was disappointed.
