About this property

Villa Zsara very near La Fustera In its own grounds with private pool

Situated in a very quiet part of La Fustera which is 6 Kilometers from Calpe Town Centre. A 20 minute car journey will find you in the beautiful area of the Jalon Valley where Grapes, Lemons, Oranges and Almond Groves abound. The villa is typically Spanish and furnished very comfortably. We have just installed a new kitchen with granite worktops.
Further details for this holiday rental Golf: Javea 18 hole golf course is 20 minutes drive. Moraira 9 hole golf course is 10 minutes drive, and La Sella, Denia 18 hole golf course, is 30 mins drive.
I live in England with my partner. We both work, but spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have made many friends. We hope that whoever rents the villa will have as much enjoyment as we do each year.

we had a great time, a nice house and a great pool. wonderful outside dining. nice kitchen and lots of room. Would not recommend sleeping downstairs. had some problems with the internet that did not work well for us. it was hard to find at first. but a very quiet and private house. well recommended

Calpe villa

Villa is hard to find , even with satnav. The villa is a good size and very well stocked with tea, coffee, and other bits that have been left behind. We had a problem with the sky TV not working, and issues with the internet, we contacted the owner and he was very prompt with his reply, unfortunately it didn't rectify the problem and he had to get someone in to fix the issues. Although the villa is a good size , the decor is quite tired and would benefit from a good redecoration. The downstairs bedroom is isolated from the rest of the villa and smells VERY STRONGLY of damp. The listing says that they have a problem with mosquitoes and to make sure you use a repellent! Unfortunately we found that the problem was not mosquitoes but an infestation of tiny flying ants which seem to be in the lounge and there is also a lot of woodworm . (Plenty of pictures) When we contacted the owner about these , he said it was due to the heavy rain fall that we had! Unfortunately we had spoken to his villa manager and she told us it was a reoccurring problem. Overall we found our stay to be disappointing. The villa is not far from the beach, shops and Calpe town , but you definitely need transport though. 2 out of 5

Una propiedad muy amplia dividida en dos partes. En el piso de arriba hay tres habitaciones y un salón muy grande. Tiene un baño en el pasillo y el otro en una de las habitaciones de matrimonio. Desde la cocina se sale directamente a la zona de la piscina.En la parte de abajo hay una habitación junto al lavadero y un pequeño aseo. Esta habitación está un poco más deficiente y tiene unas ciertas humedades.Por lo demás, la casa estupenda.

La ubicación, la distribución, la tranquilidad y los servicios de la casa, de 10. Mejoraría los ventiladores, un poco viejos pero hay. La habitación de abajo, con humedades que posiblemente se debiese a una fuga que tenía el lavavajillas. No tiene persianas ni cortinas opacas, con un poco de ingenio te puedes apañar. La piscina muy bien. Mosquitos como en toda zona cerca o en el campo. Tiene mosquiteras. La puerta de la entrada no la pudimos cerrar, quedaba encajada. No obstante, entrábamos y salíamos por la puerta de carruaje. Pero volveríamos a ir. En general nos gusto.

Een zeer fijn huis

Het verblijf was prima enkel veel muggen waardoor je niet de heledag buiten kon zitten. Ook waren de Dennenboom erg lastig met hun afval. En ze hielden de zon tegen bij het zwembad. Veder een prima verblijf.

Calidad precio muy bien

Hemos estado una semana en Agosto muy tranquilos y muy agusto. La casa en general calidad precio está muy bien, la zona de piscina y barbacoa está genial. Tiene un gran salon con aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones así que no hemos pasado calor a pesar de que era algo que nos preocupa bastante. La atención de John a sido muy buena siempre a respondido rápido y muy amablemente a todas nuestras necesidades. Sin duda repetiríamos la experiencia.

La piscina y el entorno estaban muy bien

La casa estaba bien pero una de las habitaciones estaba en la planta baja y fue imposible dormir allí por la humedad que tenía, el resto de la casa perfecta y la piscina bien. Lo peor el dueño, la entrada era a las 12 y nos pidió que llegáramos a partir de las 3, la hora nos venía muy mal, intentamos entrar a las 13.30 pero fue imposible. Tuvimos problemas con la wifi no encontrábamos la contraseña nos dijo que miráramos en el aparato por supuesto fue lo primero que hicimos y no estaba, nos la dio. Lo peor el último día, teníamos la salida a las 10 le pedimos que si podíamos hacerlo a las 11 y nos dijo que NO, le recordé nuestra entrada y las 3 horas que tuvimos que esperar para poder entrar en la casa. No respondio

Férias com a família.

Pela avaliação geral que atribui (5 estrelas) é óbvio que gostamos da estadia. A vila corresponde ao que se espera preço/qualidade. Casa limpa, piscina limpa, espaço exterior muito bom, condições gerais boas, problema maior são os (tigres) mosquitos. Aconselho a que se protejam pois, é a natureza a funcionar. Francisco Silva

Location moyenne qualité/prix conforme

Location très bien placée, jardin agréable et piscine en bonne état en entretenue régulièrement. Trois chambres sont propres avec une literie un peu vieillissante pour deux d'entre elles, pour la chambre parentale elle est correct. La quatrième chambre non praticable, car trop humide qui se trouve au rdc de la villa sans communication direct avec le reste de la maison. Concept de la chambre est bien si vous avez des jeunes qui sortent le soir, mais il faudrait que la chambre soit non humide !!! Équipements un peu vieux ou inexistant (pas de cafetière !), cuisine fonctionnelle. Climatisation uniquement dans le salon, mais très efficace. Pièces d'eau corrects un peu vieux également mais fonctionnelles, sauf celle du rdc ou il y a la chambre humide, car non praticable. Terrasse sympa avec la piscine et le soleil jusqu'à 20h protégée du vent. Les moustiques sont bien là! Finalement hormis la 4ème chambre le séjour à été plutôt agréable en grande partie grâce à la piscine et la terrasse ainsi que le salon climatisé. Nous avons conseillé au propriétaire de retirer la 4ème chambre le temps de faire des travaux contre l'humidité ! Pour nous c'est une villa pour 6 avec trois chambres et non pour 8 avec quatre chambres.

Una casa preciosa, lo mejor la piscina

Eramos un grupo de 8 personas de 18/19 años y pasamos unas vacaciones de 10. La casa es muy grande y está a unos 10/15 min andando del supermercado y la cala más cercanos. El centro de Calpe se encuentra a una distancia de 1h aprox de la casa y el transporte público deja bastante que desear por lo que es mucho más cómodo ir con coche. John siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitásemos e incluso no puso pega en que el último día retrasásemos un par de horas la salida. Si tuviéramos que poner una pega sería la limpieza de la cocina, pues el primer día tuvimos que hacer una limpieza a fondo de esta. Por lo demás todo genial, sobre todo la piscina.

Unos buenos días de descanso

La casa cuenta con una zona exterior muy amplia, con barbacoa de gas prácticamente nueva, una buena piscina y una zona de tumbonas soleada. Quizás deberían pensar en colocar algunos parasoles que hicieran más confortable esa parte del exterior El propietario resolvió de manera inmediata los problemas iniciales de conexión a Internet.

Why they chose this property

I built the villa for my Mother and Father so the property has been in my family for many years. It has therefore a quintessentially Anglo/Spanish character. We are fortunate that over the years we have made a lot of friends a few of which we are fortunate to have living just down the road so it is great to visit them when we get the chance.

What makes this property unique

We have always found the villa a great place to go and relax and unwind. What with its tranquil and quite surroundings the villa is a fantastic place to leave behind the hustle and bustle of the world. It is our second home so we have tried to furnish it with as much care as our home in the UK but also retaining its Spanish feel.
