The cottage is located in the hamlet of Netherby 3.5 miles north of Longtown an area steeped in history.
Within 10 miles is the worl famous Gretna Green, Hadrians Wall and the City of Carlisle with Castle ,Cathedral ,Riverside parks ,shops ,pubs and restaurants.
There are walking and cycling opportunities from the door with country lanes and open undulating countryside alongside the Netherby Estate and Forestry.
The cottage is situated in the court yard of our Grade 11 listed Mill House set in 3.5 Acres of grounds containing, Mill Pond,Stream numerous decked and sitting areas for relaxing.
