Modern Town House at Levante Beach (WiFi, AirCon, UK TV, Swimming Pools)

Superb location - situated in the highly popular area of Rincon de Loix, just 600 metres from Levante Beach, this modern town house has everything you need for a memorable holiday. The gated community boasts 3 pools, a tennis court and a children's play area. "The Strip", the centre for Benidorm’s bars and night clubs is just a 15 minute walk away.

The house has been fully refurbished and is fully equipped with WiFi and a 32” LCD television with English, French & Spanish cable TV channels. The house has air conditioning in the lounge as well as in each bedroom. These can be turned into heat mode when staying during the winter months. There is a separate kitchen equipped with a hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, European style coffee maker and a washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board at the property as well as a hair dryer at the property.

There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower upstairs (with constant hot water) and a second toilet downstairs. There is also a patio area equipped with 2 sun loungers, where you can sit outside and relax after a day at the beach.

Bed linen, hand soap and towels provided as well as complimentary tea and coffee sachets.

Benidorm is ideal for children. As well as the excellent beach, there is a direct bus which goes to Aqualandia, Europe’s largest water park. There are also bus links for Mundomar (sea world), Terra Natura (zoo) and Terra Mitica (theme park). A multi-screen Cinema with many English screenings is just behind the complex.

The property was amazing. From start to finish was great. Nothing to complain about in any way. Location, host, house all fantastic. Would recommended to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay and a small walk to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and beach is all so close and hear no noise

Perfect holiday home

The only problem we had was the smell from downstairs toilet communication was excellent minors problems were sorted virtually immediately can't praise the property enough great house perfect position no complaints just downstairs toilet needs sorting, will book again.

Great location, clean property, nice pools

Communication with Alexi was excellent. Property has everything you need, nice garden space. Wifi is excellent. Air con life saver. Location is good,15-20 walk to sea front/strip. Supermarket 2 mins. No towel/sheet changes as you have to wash yourself in apartment. Big downside is only 6 sunbeds & 4 brollys around pool so regularly sat on floor which is faux grass. Would be big benefit if fold up chairs were supplied to take to pool. Overall i Would recommend and return.

Ideal Town House for 4 people, a short walk to all the places in Benidorm. 2 very clean bedrooms. all clean bedding. Shower easily has enough hot water for 4 people. Clean towels provide. Communication between myself and Alexi was very good, every question I had was answered very quickly. I'm unable to pick any faults with the property, everything you need for either a short stay or long stay is provided. I would stay here again the next time I visit Benidorm

Fantastic townhouse in a great location. Close to all amenities in a gated community.

My husband and I travelled with another couple for a week in October. Townhouse is very well maintained and equipped with everything you might need. Lovely terrace that unfortunately because of the time of year only got the sun from 1pm onwards. Lovely pools within the gated community, great bars/restaurants within metres of the front door and loads of channels on the TV. WiFi was great and the washing machine was well used. Loads of space for the 4 of us to lounge about downstairs and 2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs with wardrobe and drawer space. So much better than staying in a hotel or apartment. Communication from Alex was spot on. Would highly recommended.. Just be wary of the pickpockets heading to and from the strip/square....my husband had €200 taken from his back pocket...

Lovely townhouse in an ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay in the property. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived and contained all the essential things we would require for our stay. Alexi's communication throughout was superb and we felt totally reassured that our stay would be a pleasant one. We would definitely be keen to book this property again if we were to ever visit Benidorm again in the future. It would be great to see the following additions to the property in the future: - Access to the gated residential area as soon as you arrive (whether this could be via a keycode?!) - Air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs, which would be very helpful during the hot weather - Possibly a BBQ in the garden/patio area All members of our party really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

secure, ideally located property

Wife and I spent January, February and March here. A comfortable two bedroomed house in a garden complex. On the occasional view of the sun, the rear garden was superb; no wind and a concentration of sun rays. Comfortable beds in each of the bedrooms. Decent sized bathroom with an excellent shower within a cubicle. Flat screen tv with a myriad of British channels. Unfortunately, sound does resonate from neighbouring properties, but is tolerable. The property is close to the outdoor market, 3 minutes walk to bars, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to the indoor market and 10 minutes to Levante Beach. Found Alexi to be a really helpful owner and any problems were very quickly resolved. He could not be more obliging.

Since your review, we have modernised the living room and lined the walls with insulation, keeping the house warm in winter but also ensuring guests have a peaceful stay without any noise from the neighbours.
