Balia - sea view holiday home with private pool in Benissa

The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are disinfected every week as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spenders and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens. If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

Villa Balia-L enjoys a beautiful calm and sophisticated location by Benissa coast, it provides us with charming panoramic views and sea views, and it is just 2 min. drive away from the cove El Baladrar which includes a very nice beach bar, other shops like supermarkets and restaurants are also 2 minutes drive. Another 4 Km separates us from the center of Moraira, one of the hotspots for holiday guests that has been growing year by year offering a large variety of shops, bars, and restaurants right by the beachfront.

Villa Balia-L has one parking place, and from there, just a couple of steps lead up to a spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool, sun beds, various sun patios and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, all surrounded by a nice Mediterranean garden by the pool. Right next to the main terrace, we find the villa which is built on two separate apartments on the same level. The right one is Balia-L, and the left one is private, and will remain closed and empty during the renting period.

From the pool terrace, we go up to a nice and very private patio between both apartments, from this patio we access Balia-L, on the right side of the patio. We enter the living area with a seating area, a dining room with Sat+TV+DVD, that access to a nice balcony overlooking the pool area and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, followed by two twin bedrooms with A/C and sharing a bathroom. In the utility room behind the villa is located the washing machine.
