Built on one level, it consists of a large living room, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. And on the other hand three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and two service rooms. Beautiful villa with amazing host

Excellent location with stunning views. Couldn't ask for more from the villa or Patrick. Above and beyond our expectations. The stay consistented of 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has enough room and all the necessities, as we cooked most evenings. Patrick is a fantastic host, who has equipped the house perfectly with everything required. It's fair to say we had some self inflicted issues, which Patrick resolved without question or stress. The pool is a great size and is located in the ideal position from the house, which has a couple of different spots to relax, either in the sun or shade. From all the villas our group has stayed in over the years, this is undoubtedly our favourite.

Hidden Gem

A stunning location, Gairaut is a quiet peaceful village and nestled into the hills is this beautiful property. A magnificent view across Nice and looking out into the bay, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. The villa is well loved and cared for, we truly felt at home and everything you could need is catered for. Patrick was an exemplary host, finding the perfect balance of being helpful and attentive. An efficient check in process from before we left home. Patrick communicated everything from directions, to local eateries and shops so we had some local knowledge before arrival and even helped us with our meal reservation on our first night so we didn’t go hungry! The villa was spotlessly clean and the grounds and pool perfect size. We really didn’t want to leave!

Charming Villa, excellent Location, an obliging & hospitable Host

The Villa is secluded with an attractive outlook and good accommodation. The gardens, pool and BBQ make for excellent outdoor living. The local bar / restaurant is well worth visiting as is the boulangerie, both of which are are in the centre of the small village about 2Km away. Regrettably there is not a footpath for most of the route and it is a windy road, so not the best for walking along. The tram is only about another 2Km further along which takes you directly to the centre of Nice. The host Patrick speaks perfect English and always makes himself available to provide advice and guidance whenever requested. A charming location on the Cote d'Azur.

Summer holiday in Gairaut

The villa has stunning views over Nice and the surrounding countryside with a secure and safe garden for dogs. The garden, pool and outside terrace was where we spent most of our days and was perfectly suited to our needs for sunbathing, swimming, reading on the deck, doing yoga and of course eating and drinking. Dogs can be walked from the villa to the main gate by the road but there are no pavements on the main road that allow dogs to be walked safely, so they'll need to be driven elsewhere for further exercise. Supermarkets are a 10 minute drive away and there are delightful local restaurants only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Nice town centre is 20-30 minutes drive away. Patrick was a generous and engaging host who was always available to assist with any queries we had. Definitely recommended for those wanting to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Nice.

Lovely Villa

We stayed 2 weeks at the Villa in August 2022, 2 adults and 3 teenagers plus 2 dogs. Patrick welcomed us at the villa and showed us around, the pictures don't do it justice, it's a wonderful place with fantastic views over Nice and the sea. Patrick is a super host and always responsive. The villa is a home away from home. The bedrooms were kept cool by good and quiet aircon and comfortable beds. The pool is an excellent size with a deep end for diving. My kids took Ubers into Nice for about 20 euros a couple of nights and had no problem getting back. The views are breathtaking in the evening and we had dinner nearly every night in the villa so did not see much of Nice as i did not want to leave the place! We drove a few times to Villefranche Sur mere to go to the beach for a swim it's only 25 min drive and best to go early in the morning. Overall we had a great stay away from busy Nice. Casino supermarket and bakery are just a short drive away from the villa. If you are looking for a great place in Nice look no further this is the villa to book!

Fabulous pool, relaxing stay

Patrick was a great host, taking time to show us around the property and explain everything we would need to know for our stay. Communication with Patrick was easy and he was easily contactable. The house was very comfortable, we were very pleased to have air conditioning in the bedrooms. Our favourite aspect of the property was the pool, with great views over Nice. The pool was well stocked with inflatables, we couldn't get our children out of it! Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

Heaven

A quiet, peaceful, private villa with fantastic views overlooking Nice. This was heaven. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun with fantastic views, fantastic villa with all the amenities this is the place. I would recommend unreservedly. Patrick the owner delivered what he promised and more. Nothing was lacking in the villa in fact the sound and lighting system was amazing. I would love to go back

A first class holiday in a splendid house.

Patrick was a most attentive host and very welcoming- unfortunately I saw very little of Nice its self as our group could not be prised from this lovely house - I would struggle to find criticism of anything really . Hopefully we will return. Thanks again Patrick.

Family Holiday 2019

We’ve just returned from a fabulous holiday in Gairaut, everything was absolutely wonderful! Patrick was delightful, making us feel very welcome, the pool, house and grounds were beautifully kept, sound system and lighting was very impressive too!! We have recommended this house to many of our friends and would love to return someday!

Superb villa with awesome pool and breathtaking view!

A real jewel of a villa with everything one could possibly need for a weeks relaxing getaway. This family home has been renovated to a high standard. The pool is beautiful and our three children had loads of fun. Plenty of room for our family of five! Can recommend restaurant Chez Simon which is a short drive away. A little pricey but good homemade ravioli! Everything in the villa worked as expected. The photos of the view do not do it justice. The garden and pool is private with loads of space to relax. The host Patrick is very nice and accommodating and obviously takes a pride in this property. We can highly recommend the property and we are a very fussy family!

Patrick hat uns perfekt empfangen und alles erklärt inkl. guter Tips fürs Essen und die Umgebung. Das Haus mit Pool und tollem Blick über Nizza bis zum Meer hält was es verspricht, die sehr persönliche Einrichtung hat uns viel Freude bereitet.

Villa agréable, authentique avec magnifique vue

Charmante demeure dans un bel écrin de verdure avec magnifique vue sur Nice et la mer dans un clos privé. Très belle piscine et aménagement extérieur, toutes les commodités, propriétaire accessible et accueillant. La villa est bien située par rapport au centre et à l’autoroute A8, commerces accessibles en voiture en 15 minutes et boulangerie à 5 min. Possibilité d’aller au centre via le tram avec parking gratuit à 5 min de la villa. Pour les sportifs, très beaux parcours pour vélos de route et VTT, col de Mont Chauve à 2,4 km de la villa. Parcours course à pieds également avec parcours plat de 2km le long du canal de la Visubie à 800 m de la villa, parfait pour footing matinal … excellent restaurant l’Autobus à 1 km de la villa, je le recommande mais il faut réserver … en résumé beau séjours dans un très belle endroit.

Urlaub über den Dächern von Nizza

Die Villa befindet sich in Hanglage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Nizza. Das Haus ist hell gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der sehr große Pool mit Meerblick bildet das Highlight. Besonders genossen haben wir die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre. Auch unser Hund war willkommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr engagiert um unseren Aufenthalt zu perfektionieren. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer tollen Villa war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
