My friend and I enjoyed staying here very much. Close to the Vatican and in walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. Lucia was very easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay here! So close to Vatican City, walking distance from so many historic sites. The apartment was excellent, perfect size for 3, well equipped and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed, wifi worked well and the place had a lot of character and charm. There is currently construction work close by but we were not disturbed by it. Lucia was very helpful and communicated clearly with us so the whole process was very smooth. We are very happy with our stay there!

The apartment was adorable and spotless. Loved the old elevator. Had everything needed in the kitchen.Would rent again if I ever go back to Italy!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. Very close to the events we wanted to see in Rome. Spacious, clean and classy. Lucia was very quick to respond to our inquiries and was most helpful. Checkin was super easy.

The apartment is lovely and nicely located. Easy walking and buses were easy and close by. My only complaint is that the beds are very hard. I would suggest that she buy bed toppers to improve comfort. I would stay here again if the beds were more comfortable.

Hi Candace, thank you for your review, though. I must say I'm disappointed to receive four stars instead of five simply because you found the beds hard. The mattresses I chose are top-quality. Sleeping habits are very subjective. some guests even asked me the name of the company that makes them, because they found them to be exceptional. As you can see, we can't please everyone, but I don't think that's a factor that should detract from a star. Best Regards Lucia

Lucia’s place is beautiful and very convenient for visits to the Vatican and Vatican Museums.We especially loved the view of the cathedral from the bedroom. She kindly arranged a ride from the airport for us and was there to greet us on our arrival.The apartment is very clean, and had everything we needed for a most wonderful visit to Rome.The apartment is about 200 yards from the nearby bus stop that takes you into the city center and all of the major attractions. And there are grocery stores, coffee bars and restaurants very close.We all enjoyed our stay and would be very lucky to stay there again. Highly recommended.

We loved the authentic Italian experience of staying in this exceptionally clean and beautifully updated and spacious accommodation. The nearby supermarket and buses, with a 10 minute walk to the Basílica made it an ideal destination. With Rome being so hot at the time, the three air conditioning units helped immensely. Lucia kept in touch from the moment we booked our reservation and warmly welcomed us upon our arrival. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

The room was fantastic, with a beautiful view and excellent access to everything. Great location! Conveniently located near the Vatican, restaurants and shops.Full kitchen, washing machine and great WiFi. Apartment is very quiet. Host also provided a number of helpful resources including guidebooks and a binder of helpful information.

Prefect place for our family to stay. Lucia was an excellent communicator and even mat us at the property to check us in. She also provided us with transport options to/from the airport. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this property for your stay. We stayed here for 4 days while in Rome. The Host is amazing at service and hospitality. The air conditioning was awesome during our hot days. Their are some great restaurants in the area that are walking distance.

Lucia has thought of most everything from a bottle of water big spray and a variety of adapters. Unit was very clean and in a great location to the Vatican. About 30 euros from Termini Roma. We were here from 29 Sept to 03 Oct, 2026. There is considerable construction noise Mon/Sat. If you are not home during the day it will not bother you. However, if you plan to take an afternoon siesta be prepared for noise. It’s a large building and looks like it may be awhile. Need to ask Lucia about it. Overall very impressed and I would stay here again.

Lucia is a wonderful host and excellent communicator. Helped us arrange any transportation we needed, gave restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating letting us check in early to the apartment. Highly recommend this stay in Rome!

Beautiful historic appartment. It is close to Vatican City and many restaurants. A grocery store is right around the corner. We found some great restaurants over two blocks and a taxi stand right near those restaurants. So getting around was very easy. Communication was excellent.

This was a great central point for all the tours and shopping we had planned in Italy. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Lucia was quick to respond when I had questions. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood near the Vatican and close to good restaurants. Lucia was easy to communicate with and accommodated our early arrival. We had a car which we were able to park outside the building but did take a little driving around before we lucked out getting a spot.
