The main building of this charming villa is built on two levels.

Entering the villa on the ground floor the entrance hall leads us to the fully equipped Ibizan kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and microwave) with dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.

The villa has 2 spacious and bright living rooms, each with its own fireplace, sofa, TV, DVD and terrace with garden furniture where it is optimal to enjoy tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the wonderful views of this magical island.
There is also a bathroom (toilet) on this same level.

Going down the stairs are the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms according to the following way:
- First bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet.
This bedroom has a private terrace with direct access to the pool area.
- Second bedroom with double bed, chill out area and a sofa.
- Third bedroom with double bed and a small, cozy living room.
- Fourth bedroom with double bed and a small, cozy living room with a sofa.
- Second bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet.
In the garage are the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board is also on this same level.

Outside you can enjoy a private garden and a large private pool area surrounded by sun loungers and 2 umbrellas.

Next to the pool there is a “summer building” that has a very bright living room with fireplace, TV; a round dining table; a kitchen and a bathroom (toilet).
There is also a covered terrace with barbecue and 2 dining tables that makes this place ideal to enjoy "al fresco" meals with your family and friends.

There is air conditioning and central heating throughout the villa.

The villa is a residence with excellent location and easy access to the main road, near the most beautiful beaches of the island, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops. A perfect place if you are looking for privacy, it is also ideal for family vacations.

The rental period can begin and end any day of the week.
