Questo tranquillo cul de sac con vista sul corso d'acqua e un rapido golf cart corsa verso l'oceano! Situato in posizione centrale sull'isola con un rapido accesso a mare, marina, shopping, l'accessibilità per gli sport acquatici e ristoranti! Veranda con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. Anche un involucro intorno al portico per appendere fuori sulla griglia e fuori. C'è un carrello da golf disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo. Utilizzando un carrello da golf è il modo migliore per raggiungere la spiaggia e non devono preoccuparsi di problemi di parcheggio.

Beautiful Hideaway

This home was the perfect location for our family vacation. Beautifully decorated and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac with scenic water views. So peaceful yet easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local activities. Loved it!

Lovely house on Isle of Palms!

We enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palms at this house. Lots of character and nice big back yard! Good location. 5 minute drive to beach parking. We will be back!

Lovely, cozy home!

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated, sweet home in Isle of Palms. Homey with a fully stocked kitchen. Construction project next door was unfortunate timing but thankfully they ended at lunchtime on Good Friday. Second floor laundry was a plus - nice linens, comfy beds and soft down/feather pillows… master bedroom lacks a closet or bureau but it you rarely unpack your suitcase, it won’t be an issue… coffee on the screened in porch was lovely and the sitting room has a good tv and a place to have drinks before heading out to dinner on the golf cart supplied by the owner for small fee. Bikes in the basement!

Nice location to walk to the beach, well appointed property that was clean and neat. Enjoyed our stay and host was excellent with communications.

Fantastic Isle of Palms VRBO

My wife, myself, and our friends vacation in the Charleston area every year and Theris’ VRBO beach house is by far the best we’ve been fortunate enough to rent. The house is spacious with every room you would need. The decor is is so interesting we couldn’t help but spend time looking at and admiring each piece. The rental of her golf cart made going to the beach such an ease. Angie was incredibly helpful and communicative in setting us up and getting us going. I highly recommend this stay. Thank you both for the most peaceful vacation.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was clean, well kept and located on a private cul-de-sac. It was wonderful waking up and looking out at the inter-coastal. We rented the golf cart too and it was great; a 2 minute ride to the beach and perfect for cruising the island after dinner! Theris was so accommodating and very helpful! We'll be staying here again on a future vacation and recommend others to do the same! Wonderful family vacation! Thanks Theris for the memories!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home

What a charming home!! The art, furniture, porch spaces were all wonderful. The home was spotless. We were so happy we rented the golf cart to drive to the beach. There were plenty of pantry staples and cook and serve ware. Theris and Angie were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay!! A truly great weekend!

Incredible house and location

If traveling to Isle if Palms this is defiantly the place to stay. Defiantly get the golf cart. Makes your daily trip to the beach extremely easy. Plenty of space in the house along with the location is perfect. Only a 10-15 min drive to amazing restraints and places to explore if you want to get out in the evenings.

Great Weekend At 12 Seahorse

We enjoyed our stay at 12 Sea Horse. The golf cart made getting to and from the beach very easy and the house was great for our long weekend.

Beautiful home.

This home has beautiful decor, is roomy with many amenities, waterway views, and the convenience of a golf cart to reach the beach easily. The host is accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Great house

We enjoyed the property and used the golf cart to get to the beach which was easy and convenient. We had 3 children and I was nervous about the knock knacks but they did great. Screened porch is perfect for eating and games. The owner let us check in early which was perfect for us. Very responsive and we loved our stay.

A Mermaid's Rendevous & Seaside Shrine!

Felt like we'd gone to a friend's home, away from all the tourists. Definitely rent the golf cart. Adds to the vacation vibe and gains you access to a local beach and great dining a fun ride away. Loved the Mexican Mochas at The Refuge and sunset dinners at Morgan's Creek Grill. SUP yoga with Jamie was also a highlight. Thanks Theris! For sharing the sentiments and sensibilities of your beautiful home. You're like a mermaid sister that we just haven't met yet! 12 Seahorse was the perfect location for our girl's weekend. We'll be back.

Great Proximity to Beach!

I stayed here a few weeks ago for a girls trip. The house was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was great! The golf cart comes with the rental so it made it really easy to get back and forth. Some things to keep in mind: --The rental does not allow pets. If you have pets at home and are thinking of bringing any extra blankets, pillows, etc. for the weekend - DON'T! We have friends in the area who stayed that did just this and the owner tried to charge us an extra $200 for a pet fee because she found a few stray hairs on one of her beds. -The house advertised an extra bathroom on the listing (main floor) that was unusable as the owner was using as storage. -The owner lives here and has a lot of very breakable items throughout her house. I would not suggest this rental if you're traveling with small children. -We were instructed to check out by 10am on Sunday, and the owner showed up at 10:03 and wasn't so pleasant as we were still loading suitcases into our cars. Ensure you're out of there well before check-out time to avoid any issues.

Thank you for your review. I must address the issues you have stated. When arriving home after your check out time I was not upset by you still being there at 10:03, it was because there were 12 people leaving the house and you stated there were 6 staying. I do not allow pets for a reason. (Dog hair) My bed was covered with it and I have allergies and many people do. Each bedroom has plenty of blankets where you do not have to bring them yourself. Children are very welcome in my home. As with any home we all have things we display and as you can see in every picture they are not excessive. The bathroom downstairs does have a shower but is listed a a half bath. The toilet and sink are very usuable. Constructive criticism is always welcome and we appreciate your review.
