The house is in a great location for walkability to the main area of the resort - tennis, pools, restaurant, boardwalk, etc. It was on a quiet side street and there were no issues with noise or traffic.The house was clean, but could have used more attention. floors were a bit dusty with no mat or any means of wiping feet upon entry.The refrigerator did not cool properly. Fortunately there was a second fridge that was operational and we had minimal perishable items as our day was only four days. We weren’t able to keep the perishable items, cool in the smaller fridge, but the main fridge needs repair.Linens provided were sparse, no extra towels and there were no mats in the bathrooms. Had to use one towel as a makeshift mat so as not to slip when exiting the shower.The shampoo and body wash containers were empty. There were limited provisions - one roll of paper towels and toilet paper, one dishwasher pod. It would have been nice if a complimentary coffee were provided for the coffee maker. The house was not organized, cabinets were just crammed with dishes, games, cords etc. however the kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated that there were games etc available. There were no ping pong balls provide for the tables.We wish the house had a porch to enjoy the wonderful weather during our stay, but it did not. However we enjoyed having two separate living areas and televisions. The teens were able to hang in one room while we watched football in the other.
