- We ask for guests to be over 30 years old or families with children. The complex is very quiet so no loud parties, no hen or Stag do's

About Tina Soderlund-Boley
We are a Finnish / Swedish / Brittish family loving to go to Spain for a bit of sun. Since we travel a lot and work hard a large part of the year, this house is our place for rest and family get-togethers. We own it together as a family - whilst the parents tend to spend a lot of the Nordic Winter in Spain, the grankids and daughters with families are there mainly Spring and Autumn school holidays. We love exploring new things in Spain and the culture. We bought our first property in Spain 2014, to see how we would like it. Towards the end of 2017 we realised that the first apartment was too small for a large family like us; we needed more bedrooms, a really large terrace space where both children and adults can access the pool and sun easily and big socialising areas.

Why Tina Soderlund-Boley chose Marbella
Our place is the perfect mix of being large enough with a lot of socialising areas in combination of being close to everything! We can walk easily to most places: the beach, restaurants, Puerto Banus (10-15 mins) and Marbella (beautiful 1.5h walk along the beach). By car we go to the Atlantic Coast / Cadiz, Seville / Malaga / Ronda.. We ski in Sierra Nevada in the winters (only 1.5 hours away) A few golf courses around the corner makes it even better :) Despite this it still is a very quiet and restful place.
What makes this House unique
The terrace is amazing for the sun and to sit and eat on. Access directly to the lawn and in front of the pool which makes it so much easier when people wants to go in and out during the day. It is close to Puerto Banus, 10 mins walk. Beach 8 minutes walk. There is a taxi rank just outside and lots and lots of restaurants in all directions. Still a very quiet and peaceful place... To sum up - perfect!
